Huset är en mysig, lättillgänglig, en plan med öppen planlösning Ranch med en rymlig täckt däck med beundrande utsikt från kök / matsal / vardagsrum och 2 av de 3 sovrummen också. Det har nyligen renoverats, med nya fönster, färg, golv, centralvärme och luftkonditionering.

Två sovrum har drottning sängar, och ett sovrum har en dubbelsäng.

Det finns nådig belagd parkering för 3 fordon och gott om förvaringsutrymme för leksaker, men det bifogade garaget ingår inte i hyran.

Detta är en underbar plats för barn (i alla åldrar) med en ¾ hektar stor trädgård och säker sluten täckt däck som strömmar från det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet.

Beläget i hjärtat av Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, utsikten i söder inkluderar Mt Hood, Hood River Valley, och ner på hela staden Hood River. Utsikten mot öst tittar upp på Gorge, på White Salmon och Hood River Kiting / Windsurfing lanserar förbi Hood River Bridge till städerna Bingen / White Salmon och Mosier och bort till vindkraftparkerna över Maryhill i horisonten, mer än 50 miles away! Great Spot

Directions were clear, check-in was easy, and the house was very clean and comfortable. The views of the gorge and Mt Hood from the deck were fantastic. We highly recommend this place.

Amazing Stay - like vacationing in a Bob Ross Painting

The property was clean and completely prepared for us, easy entry, no problems of any kind. It was incredibly delightful to wake up to the gorgeous view of Hood River and Mt. Hood and enjoy coffee on the patio! It looked just like a happy Bob Ross painting. We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay! Thank you!

House was clean, great location to be close enough to the action but far enough away to feel like we were getting away. John made a great recommendation for a wonderful lunch spot too. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Place for Columbia Gorge Exploration

We were very impressed by this property. As the pictures show, there are some great views, but the actual views are far better than what the pictures can depict. Inside, the home is welcoming and comfortable. We could see that a great number of improvements have been made to the home recently, so we appreciated that all the appliances and bathroom worked well. It seems that the floors, counters, linens, beds, tv's and other facets of the home are pretty new. The home is perched along with a few others on a hillside offering great views, but it's only about a 5-7 minute climb by car from the "main road", and about 15 minutes from the bridge into the town of Hood River and the I 84 on ramp. Although it did not affect our stay or overall comfort, there is just one full bathroom, and the half bath (toilet + sink) is quite tiny (looks like a recent addition). We met our host, John, at the end of our stay and he is very kind and personable. A stay at "Rivenaire" as it is called is highly recommended!

We were looking for a place to crash at night after long days in Hood River, and this place fit the bill perfectly. The owners were responsive and even mailed a left-behind item back to us at their expense!

Peaceful w/ stunning views

Located high above the Columbia River Gorge, Rivenaire was a great stay for myself, my husband, a friend of ours n her kids. We were in the area for a week long event and wanted a place that was away from the hustle and bustle of the event site in Hood River, Or. but was also not to far away of a drive. The views especially the one of Mt Hood from the house is spectacular, I found myself starting out my mornings just sitting on the deck with my coffee, enjoying the crisp air and appreciating the view of the mountain. The inside space is so open that it did not feel like we were cramped or walking all over each other when all 5 of us were inside and I just love how peaceful it is there! When we first arrived we found out that the washing machine was not working, but with the owners living right next door that was quickly fixed and we were so appreciative especially since we just came from camping out for 4 days from another event and had some laundry that needed tending to. Our first night was a little rough and we did not get much sleep. The bedframes in two of the rooms are metal so with every little movement it would squeak so loud that by the time 3am rolled around it just got really annoying but that to was fixed the next day with some WD40. Even with the owners living next door to the rental. John n Patti pretty much left us alone and we never felt like we were under a watchful eye. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views RivenAire wont let you down. ~ Drea P.

Great stay!

When we arrived, a light didn’t work and they were quick to fix it. The owners are very attentive. The home has a beautiful view and is very clean. Everything was well labeled and had everything we could have needed from dishware to towels. Would defintely stay here again and highly recommend to others!
