Klubben erbjuder också fullt omklädningsrum, biljardbord och ett mötesområde för samhället. Denna svit med 3 sovrum är ett mycket ekonomiskt alternativ för att vara i centrala Kelowna, bara 10 minuters promenad till hjärtat av centrum perfekt för hela familjen eller vänner på en tillflyktsort!

Detta 3 sovrum (1 är fönsterlöst (den)), 2 badrum svit har en king size-säng med eget badrum i sovrummet, Queen size-säng i det andra sovrummet och King bed i Den. Denna svit har en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet och är utrustad för att rymma 6 gäster (7 gäster om en är i vardagsrummet bäddsoffa).

* Observera att det finns konstruktion i närheten, vanligtvis på vardagar - så vi har prissatt detta för platsen och sovrummen för de häpnadsväckande hyrarna där ute :-).

Du är bara några minuters promenad till Tugboat Beach där du kan bada, hyra en paddelbräda eller bara umgås på stranden. Bara korsa vägen och du är nästan omedelbart på strandpromenaden, där du kan gå förbi stranden till centrala krångel (och bil) gratis. Promenadväg hela vägen till bron och därefter på 5K dedikerade gång- och cykelleder. Detta ger enkel promenad till kaféer, shopping och restauranger i centrum.

Not like the pictures

This condo was very disappointing. There was duct tape tying the kitchen light fixture to the ceiling, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, face plates missing off of electrical outlets, hair in the drawers in the bathroom, a broken light sitting in the deck, the leg on one of the beds broken, a big gauge in the wall from the barn door to one of the bedrooms, the freezer part of the fridge was dirty and paper used to prop up the leg of the kitchen table. The air conditioner is a small one that only cools off the living room. They had fans in each of the bedrooms because they were so hot. We didn’t stay because of the condition of the condo and the fires. Trying to get some of our money back.

Bachelorette stay! Decent for 6 of us sleeping! Not in IMMACULATE shape but certainly good enough for us to hangout! Beautiful location!! Pool was great.

Extremely Disappointed

According to the photos and description, we thought we were getting a very nice place. Turns out that this property is severely lacking in maintenance and quality cleaning, the pictures are a complete misrepresentation of what you get. After complaining, The manager said he would have the carpets cleaned, only problem was my family would need to leave for a whole day. After this, and my deatailed explanation of the other issues, we never heard back from the management company even though we sent several emails. Absolute worst customer relations I have ever dealt with. Kelowna Resort Accommodations’s should be ashamed and not be in business. They took advantage of the fact I had no options.

Great location

Great location. Parkade was not accommodating for pickups . Very tight spaces . We called The property manager place and they were very helpful directing us where to find parking . However we had to pay $12 a day to be close but it was worth it . Still used the parkade to access the street as it was closer than walking out the main doors of the condo and walking around . As for the condo like mentioned before in previous comments the carpets were absolutely filthy along with the patio furniture as it was white cushions so we didn’t sit and enjoy the deck . Couch was also destroyed but covered with a nice quilted type cover . I think it’s time the owners did some updating and tear that carpet out and invest in some new patio furniture that doesn’t have padded cloth seat cushions . Something that can properly be cleaned in between renters . Otherwise we were happy overall with our experience here .

Great Location!

The location of this property was super. Great pool and beach access. The condo was noticeably beat up,dirty carpets, stains on dining and patio cushions, wobbly patio furniture and dings and dents everywhere, but otherwise clean and well laid out for our group. We had issues with one of the beds falling apart over a couple of nights and had to have property maintenance come in twice to rectify, they were super nice and apologized for the inconvenience. We were also so delayed in arriving due to a traffic delay on the highway, but communication with Tim was awesome. He relieved the stress of not knowing what time we would arrive by arranging pickup of our condo keys from the office lockbox well after hours along with all pertinent information. We have stayed in this area twice before, once at this particular location (different condo) however, this is our 1st experience using DKRA. I would definately look into booking with them in the future.

Great Location

Property location was great for walking distance to waterfront and restaurants. Condo was quite dirty - carpets needed cleaning, and an overall cleaning of walls and balcony needed as well. Other then the cleanliness issue, we really enjoyed our stay!
