Ski Trip

Condo had good room for our family of six. Bedrooms were good, it was clean. The negative bathroom upstairs had mold on ceiling & carpet needs replaced. If the negatives were done, we would stay again. We enjoyed our stay, Thank you

Never again

Spacious, good location, lots of hot water, good working appliances, lots of towels. Unfortunately, dirty silverware and dishes, one bed (4 beds total) with stained comforter and long hair in sheets, broken furniture, not enough blankets for all of the beds, leaking water heater, fireplace didn't work. Would not stay here again.

Not bad

Over all the unit itself was very nice, older but nice, however, there was still trash and clothing left behind from whomever stayed before us. The pans available unfortunately were too worn to use and the fridge and coffee makers still had leftovers inside. The kitchen overhead light constantly flickered and the floor was dirty. Hair was also left in both bathtub drains.

Less than thrilled

Location was great. Spider in bed was not. Bed looked slept in , not freshly made. Towels and washcloths were old and stained (a real turnoff). Arm on recliner and back on love seat were broken. Called the local Vacasa agent twice to discuss with no response back from her all week. Terrible service.

Much to be desired

The condo needed a good cleaning and updating upon arrival. The linens were just tossed in the cabinets and closets and there were not enough towels for our family of 5. The outdoor furniture was in pretty bad shape and needed overall maintenance. We would not stay here again.

Dingy and dirty

While the outdated furnishings did not surprise me, the dingy dirty home did. This house is in need of a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. The mold on the ceiling in the master bath needs to be addressed along with the carpet needing a steam cleaning too. As a rental property owner, not in Colorado, I would be embarrassed to rent this home to anyone. This rental is off our list of places to stay.

Place was good. Location was really good if you want to be in the uptown area. I would say owners need to update some of the kitchen ware- especially the pans. Overall, great place and we had a nice time.

Great spot but needs to be cleaned better

The property was located in a great spot within the town. The issues were the cleanliness of the condo. It was filthy. We found poop smeared near the toilet paper holder, hair in the shower, and the floors felt gross. The house just felt dirty. I don’t think the top linens were changed either. There is also a leak in the downstairs bathroom near the toilet that needs to be addressed. Toilet water was leaking all over the tile. Other than the level of cleanliness it was located in a great spot, and the roads were maintained as well as the sidewalks.

Overall very nice place to stay

Overall this was a very nice house and was easy to find off the main street. The house had everything you could need including cooking supplies, coffee maker, towels, washer and dryer and even sleds. The gas fireplace is really nice on a cold winter day and was nice to sit around. Like others have mentioned, I think the house could a little bit of cleaning and updating but overall I would stay here again.

Pagosa Condo

Condo is in a great area, not in the middle of town but close enough to get there. Is you choose. A lot of nature around you, enjoyed the green space behind the condo, quiet and relaxing. The only issue is the recliner and the love seat are close to falling apart and should be updated soon. Definitely would recommend staying here

Good Place to Stay

Good location, friendly neighbors, access to restaurants. Would have been a 5 star rating if they would have cleaned the back deck of debris and the top of the refrigerator!

Recent visit to Pagosa Springs

The property seemed more like staying in a college friends apartment vs. being hosted in a vacation home. Recliner and couch are broken, hard to find things in kitchen, and poor communication for check in. Home didn’t have regular glasses to drink out of and just seemed poorly stocked. Clean towels were in the drier which we didn’t find until 2nd night. I do not think I would stay here again.

Easy rental in a great location

Great property with tons of space. Stocked kitchen with everything you'd need. Comfortable couches. I recommend updating the master bedding/pillows. Overall a great experience.

VRBO website was the problem

The property was decent, in a great location and about what I expected for the rental amount; however, there was not enough silverware to host 8 people, nor enough glassware. I purchased some very inexpensive of each and left it at the property for future use. The VRBO website is a mess! I booked this property early June and paid in full. When I logged in VRBO, it said that I had not paid and that I didn't have the location, at which point I panicked. I reached out to the owners and didn't hear anything for a couple of days - so I booked another property for triple the price (as this was a multiple day trip, I didn't have access to a computer). Then when I was back in range, I received word that I in fact had the original location. Thankfully, the other property manager worked with me to cancel the other location. I will not use VRBO website again! Recommend using VACASA, as it appears they have a better handle on renting properties in Pagosa Springs.

1st Time using VaCasa

This was our 1st time to Pagosa & we loved it!! The process to rent the house was fast and easy, no complications no worries what so ever. Best experience!! The house was great. Will definitely return & recommend our family & friends
