Detta är en ny high end, 1200 kvadratmeter två sovrum, två badrum (ett tre stycke och en fyra bit), verkställande lägenhet med en håla (som har en vägg (Murphy) säng). Den har ett stort öppet område och ett fullt, välfylldt kök med kyl, spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och stapelbricka och torktumlare. Det finns två fantastiska däck som utnyttjar den underbara utsikten. Det finns också en stor klädkammare i sovrummet. Denna lägenhet kan bekvämt sova 6 personer (det finns en extra gästavgift för den 5: e och 6: e gästen - se offerten för det). Båda sovrummen har queen size-sängar och Murphy-sängen är också en queen size-madrass. (Observera att den inte har en dörr utan har en skärm för integritet). Husdjur är tillåtna, men måste vara i koppel utanför och välskötta. Det finns ingen fest eller högt springa runt i lägenheten eftersom det är beläget ovanför en vårdklinik. Dessa lägenheter är inte tillgängliga för rullstolar. Du går in i lägenheten från utsidan, men måste sedan stiga upp i ett trapphus.

Family visit

We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed and was well equipped. It was in a quiet neighbourhood and had good parking. It was clean and easy to access. We would stay here again

Loved this place! My kids each had their own bedroom so us adults could have privacy! Also the kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen gadgets that we needed to make our dinners.

Great Location , beautifully modern and spacious condo

This condo was extremely clean … fully equipped… lacking nothing! Totally enjoyed our stay! The condo did get warm…air conditioner does need replacing! Centrally located… easy access to grocery store, pharmacy etc. Thanks again for sharing!

Home with AC at great location

Good location and easy access. Close to the store, just walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and nice and comfortable accommodation. We had a have a pretty great stay and had everything we needed to get through the few days we stayed. About 10- 15 minute drive to the departure bay ferry, and very close drive to downtown Nanaimo. Great place for great price. Thank you for hosting us.

Quiet and Comfortable

This condo is absolutely gorgeous, warm and more spacious than I thought. We enjoyed the stunning views of the snow-covered mountains. The kitchen has all of the cookware you’ll need including a crockpot. The Christmas décor brightened up our holiday visit with our kids. Superstore is nearby for all your grocery necessities. Stacey is super responsive and we will look up the place again for a future stay in Nanaimo!

All you need!

This is a great condo with lots of space for 2 couples (and even a few more if needed). It is well equipped with everything that you need and the location is just perfect. Easy access to the Island Hwy and all that the Island has to offer. Thank you so much, we loved our stay and look forward to coming back again.

Family wedding getaway

We recently stayed in Nanaimo for a family wedding in Cedar, it was ourselves and our two adult kids (18 and 22), we really liked the vaulted ceiling’s which gave it a feeling of spaciousness and we also appreciated the tasteful decor. Two full bathrooms helped too with 4 adults!

Comfortable and clean

Our family of four plus my sister stayed for two nights after a canoe trip. The apartment is large, clean, open and comfortable with a great kitchen with everything we needed for cooking. The laundry machines were very convienient. The beds were nice and comfortable and the suite is quiet even though it's on a semi-busy road. We stayed in the middle of a heat wave so we didn't get to take advantage of the large back balcony, but it looks great for cooler weather. There is an A/C unit in the apartment, but with the extremely hot weather the inside temperature got up to 29°C in the late afternoon / evening. With the A/C and the fans in the sleeping areas the heat was manageable. Overall we were probably more comfortable here then at home, where we don't have A/C, and again this was during a heat wave. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and we would come back again

I am the owner of the Wellness Clinic located directly below this vacation condo. It is well located in the north end of Nanaimo very close to Superstore, Starbucks, Woodgrove Mall, restaurants etc.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This condo is located above my office and is just so beautiful. I have used it personally, but now am living elsewhere but want to keep it. I manage another vacation rental and thought this would be a perfect fit for this property.

It is within walking distance to so many amenities. It has two beautiful large decks to enjoy year round. It is a quiet neighbourhood and have high-end finishings.
