Just as pictured

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was just as pictured. Only thing make I had to make sure I kept up with my door code because door keys didn't work.

Nice Staff

The property worked, room was clean, most important to me. The price was right . All the employees that I met or talked to on the phone were excellent any company would be proud to have them as reps.

Our room was decent but outside the property was very dirty. Trash was everywhere and when you walk thru the parking garage to get to the indoor pool across the street was disgusting. It has dirty mop buckets just sitting that had a strong urine smell and the indoor pool under the parking garage was horrendous.

4 day stay for Tournament

I come to Myrtle Beach once a year for a baseball tournament. Found the Condo on VRBO and the pics made it look super nice. The building is older and the pool area isn’t that great. The area is Ok. Couple things that were issue is I could not do laundry because the facility doesn’t allow it for this unit. Not good. The condo itself was ok. Bathroom is older and could use upgrade. Fridge is good and so stove. TV got bad reception on multiple channels and the room is small. Overall is was just ok. Nothing I couldn’t deal with. If you aren’t looking for all the bells and whistles this is a good place to stay for the price.

Bad timing?

The experience was fine but some things weren't either working, or usable. The location was great and the room was completely sufficient. There were some amenities that were advertised that weren't working. The jacuzzi in our particular hotel never worked and was not usable. That was a big let down. Also the showers on the entire property coming off of the beach weren't on, which made for rinsing sand off impossible. That makes for a nightmare when a family of 4 is trying to go back to the room and then wait on one another to shower just to be able to sit down. It was extremely inconvenient. Ice machine on our floor was also a no go for some reason. So while everyone was friendly and the location was great, I felt like the overall upkeep of the amenities was a huge let down.

Good property

My Husband and I chose this place for our honeymoon. Overall it was clean. Sheets, towels, and pillows were all white and clean. The unit was a nice space with comfortable furniture and a nice balcony. Nice partial ocean view with just a short walk to the beach access. There were only some minor inconveniences. First the outdoor showers to the whole building did not work so we tracked a lot of sand into our room. Also the shower curtain bar was not fully screwed into the wall which made the curtain dip and let water onto the floor. Lastly, the deadbolt on the door looked like it had been broken before we got there. There are two other locks on the door but I still think that’s a slight security hazard. Overall, the property was very clean and neat and is perfect for a couple or a small family.

Filthy, dirty and not as advertised!

This was our 40th anniversary trip! It was a disaster, we came home 2 days early! Filthy conditions in the bathroom. Brown dirty stains around shower on caulking and around toilet. The hairdryer stored next to the toilet brush and holder with brown stains on them! Floors were dirty and gritty. Had to wipe them up with a towel! Sofa was old,dirty and torn and we would not sit on it! The light was blinking in the bathroom when we got there and went out on Sunday. They did come replace it that day. The only competent thing they had done! We were told we had use of ten to twelve pools but we were told by the man in the lobby we could only use the 2 across the street which the area around the inside pool was filthy and needed a good power washing! We never saw the other pool area of lazy river and slides open! It had signs that it was closed! It was the worst place we have ever stayed in 40 years! I will inform all our friends not to stay there EVER!! I know it is probably not going to happen but some of our money should be refunded because nothing was as advertised and filthy! Thanks for a horrible anniversary!

NOT the best place we've stayed

The only good thing I can say is it was clean and they provided a dehumidifier to keep it from being damp in the room. The WiFi didn't work at all so my husband couldn't do the work he needed to do. The air conditioner was really loud and ran constantly even though we put it on auto. The towels were extremely small. The refrigerator was uneven and rocked every time you opened it. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. I had to take part of it off to get it to cling to the wall so water wouldn't go out the sides. The showers outside the building didn't work so I had no way of rinsing my feet off when I came back from the beach. We were scheduled to stay 4 nights. When I originally booked my room through VRBO I had purchased insurance to make the trip refundable. I had lots of issues with VRBO so my reservation ended up being directly with the property. My trip insurance didn't transfer over. We were going for an event in the area. The event got canceled and we were stuck with the room and decided to make the trip anyway. We decided to leave after staying only 1 night and forfeited 3 nights of our stay (about $600 worth). We weren't even in Myrtle Beach for 24 hours. I will NOT book anything through them again.

Beautiful location!

The property was a two-second walk from the beach! Everyone I communicated with was kind and helpful. We had a great, relaxing vacation. The balcony was a nice touch, with a semi-view of the beach--great place to eat dinner and watch the sunset. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the property. The towels and sheets were fine, but the floor was dirty like it hadn't been washed, so we had to wear socks or flip flops inside all the time.
