This studio is located in the Driftwood Building at Sea Mist, where it enjoys a side ocean view looking south down the coast. Take the elevator up to the 10th floor to be greeted by a simple-yet-well-appointed living space with air conditioning, a full kitchen, a dining table for four, and free WiFi for your convenience. You can bring your coffee outside to your private ocean view balcony each morning and fall asleep each evening watching movies on the flatscreen cable TV.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
