Awesome stay in Rancho

It was the perfect house for us. We needed something big enough and had all the little amenities. This house was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The hosts were wonderful in communication the time. It made our stay awesome.

Awesome House

We rented this property for the weekend, and it was great. The house was clean. The property managers were super easy to work with and they communicated every second of the way. They made sure we were taken care of if we needed anything. Good, quiet neighborhood. Would rent again!

Very basic, but that's what we were looking for - a place to stay in Rancho Cordova that could sleep 8-10 people.

Easter weekend

The worst thing about this place was the check in process. It took 20-30 minutes just to get the door unlocked. There weren't very many baking pans or Tupperware to store food in. There was absolutely no seating in the back yard. Thank god my kids could bring their own camping chairs for us to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. I will not be renting here again.

The house is really nice fully furnished with everything you need. The process of figuring out the key is the only thing that needs to be changed. It’s too complicated.

Scam/Terrible Service.

If I could give a ZERO I would. So Kevin is the owner but he has a cohost named Alfonso, they originally give you a quote for the people you request and the night, but the week of your booking they send you a payment request because “the app did not charge the amount of people”. Not once did Kevin get back to me when I asked for him to give me a call and Alfonso was starting to get mad when I questioned him because “he is not Kevin”. But if his number is listed should he not be the one to be professional and help? We did not stay at the property because it seems like a Scam and we would not pay the extra money request when we had already submitted our original payment. Don’t fall for the low price listed because they will try to charge you for non sense.

It was Ok. Will not return

Right off the bat we were given the wrong code to get in the front door. I called and spoke to the gentleman, who asked if he could call me back 20 minutes later. After telling him we were there and had an infant with us that needed to get out of the heat we spent 10+ minutes on the phone trying variations of the key code. Door was extremely hard to open at first. There was no access to control the ac/heat. There was no welcome booklet that listed the wifi password. There were cameras in the home that looked like they were turned on and filming communal areas. I wish the owner was more helpful when asked twice if we could extend our stay. There was no response to an inquiry regarding early check in and late check out. The cleaning fee was pretty high as well for a one night stay. Front yard hose was strung all over the yard, the inside garage lights were kept on with no access to turn them off.

Property was very very clean. There are a couple of things I think you could use. You say you sleep 10 we had 7 and there needs to be extra chairs for the dinning room table or even an extra folding table and chairs, more serving bowls for dinner and a full length mirror. But all in all I would rent again like I said it was very clean.

Great Stay!

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Check in was a little difficult just because we weren't given the correct code but Alfonso was super quick to answer my phone call and get to the house location to help us out. That was amazing! He was super attentive and asked if we needed help to let him know. Definitely will think of this house for future stay.
