Vi ombyggde C15 med ett nytt luftkonditioneringssystem, köksapparater, sovrum / vardagsrum / matsal / Lanai-möbler, nya madrasser och Laura Ashley-sängkläder, nya tallrikar / disk / glas, nya infällda lampor, nya klinkergolv, nya takfläktar, renoverat kök och badrum med bänkskivor i granit, ny färg i villa, ny 65 "Ultra HD 2160p SMART TV med 4K 2160p Blu-Ray-spelare & HD-kabel och LG trådlöst soundbar, ny 32" HD SMART TV 's i varje sovrum w / HD-kabelkanaler och Blu-Ray-spelare, 2 nya JBL Iphone / Ipad / Ipod laddning / dockning stereo spelare / väckarklockor i varje sovrum.

Villa C15 ligger några steg från den världsberömda halvmånstranden på Siesta Key i Floridas. Villa C15 har ett fullt funktionellt kök med spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, diskmaskin, kaffekanna, mixer / smoothie maker, brödrost, grytor, kokkärl, disk / glas och redskap. CBVR har en enorm uppvärmd pool med biljardbord och bordtennisbord.

Casa Blancas enorma och vidsträckta privata aktuella strand tillåter gratis användning av två stora privata skuggade kabanor, schassstolar, uteplatsstolar, privat badrum, duschar och massor av strandutrymmen för barnen att leka med mjuk, sval pulveriserad sand och njuta av lysande Siesta Key solnedgångar.

Vacation Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been staying at Casa Blanca for almost 40 years. Even though Management has changed over the years, the experience remains the same. Accommodations are great and being so close to the pool or beach is awesome. One thing I would change is that the cleaning company should leave enough trash bags for the entire stay. Such a small thing that should be provided so that I don’t have to buy a box of 45 trash bags for 1 week.

Very nice, although we did see some things slip this trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Blanca is always a pleasure. We did notice our unit wasn’t as clean as it typically is. We swept the floors and cleaned the bathrooms which weren’t as clean as they have always been. We love the accommodations however. 2 double beds would be our biggest suggestion instead of twin beds!

Great location on Siesta Key-steps to Gulf of Mexico; clean, well-stocked C15 Villa at Casa Blanca

We were lucky enough to get into and book C15 private villa at Casa Blanca Vacation Rentals at 6154 Midnight Pass Road on Siesta Key (in Sarasota, Florida). C15 is the best 2 bed/2bathroom private villa on Siesta Key because it is only steps to the Gulf of Mexico, is a large 1200 sq feet 2/2 with extra enclosed lanai and was remodeled through 2017 with new beds, bedding, stove, Wi-Fi, Xbox 360 and games and kinnect, etc. My kids and teenagers had an awesome time playing in the soft white powdery sand and swimming in their huge heated pool. We booked again for next year!! I liked C15 also because they could sleep six people, with a king bed, queen sofa sleeper, and two twin beds. I called CBVR at their toll free number 877-349-5101 to book C15. Tucker at the front desk was extremely helpful in booking C15. The warm aqua blue Gulf of Mexico water is so refreshing we’d float out there until the amazing sunsets every night. Google some images of Siesta Key aqua blue water to see what I mean.

Home away from home

My husband and I planned our first family vacation to Florida last August 2016. We knew we wanted to take our 3 year old twins to see the beach but we were a little nervous about traveling with them and leaving the comforts of our home. The accommodations at Casa Blanca Villa C15 truly eased all of our worries. We felt right at home there. We had everything we needed! Any appliances/utilities to prepare meals, beach gear (including water wings for our babies), and plenty of indoor entertainment (which came in handy since Hurricane Hermine hit the Gulf Coast during our visit). Our neighbors were delightful as well! The trip was a huge success despite being there during a hurricane, and we attribute that to Casa Blanca Villa C15!! We will be returning to Siesta Key, FL in November and can't wait to stay at our home away from home!!

Casa blanca c15

We have been going to fl. For 31 years and have enjoyed it so much! We have rented several rentals but c15 is so comfortable we just love it and have rented this one for probably 10 to 15 years! Love that it's so close to the beach. Lovely kitchen and super nice tv!!

Nicest Villa on Siesta Key (C15 at Casa Blanca)

My family stayed at Villa C15 at Casa Blanca Vacation Rentals (6154 Midnight Pass Road) which is located on the Gulf of Mexico side of Midnight Pass Road, and C15 was just a few steps from the soft and powdery soft white sand on Siesta Key. The Crescent Beach that is on Siesta Key is just wonderful and Casa Blanca has a huge area of that beach reserved just for the CB guests. C15 was very large with two full bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom and shower, and we had an extra queen bed in the living room sleeper. C15 had all new beds, sheets, kitchen equipment, plates and most enjoyable was the extra large 4K 65" TV in the living room with a working Xbox Game System, controllers and many games!! We loved playing all the board games at night on the enclosed Lanai and we used all the sand toys that C15 supplied inside the Lanai bench. We highly recommend C15 at Casa Blanca if you are looking for a completely remodeled and stocked large 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom on Siesta Key.

Holidays in The Casablanca C15!

We stayed for 7 nights in the C15 house. The beach is beautiful and the sea water warm. We loved the house, its very complete and beautifully decorated.We very much enjoyed the sand toys and the harry potter full movie collection!!

GREAT stay!

My family stayed 5 nights (kids ages 12 and 10). The location is great-steps to the beach, the unit was very clean and accommodating. My son enjoyed the xbox and we enjoyed the board games. So many options. We had taken the red eye out and arrived before dawn. As the unit was not occupied the day before we were able to check right in. Soooo helpful! I didn't love that there was not a washer/dryer but I knew that before booking. Thanks for a great time!

PERFECT

Our 13 day stay at C15 villa was wonderful. The villa was very nice and comfortable. It was just a few steps to the beach, which was perfect. We LOVE the Siesta Key area and Casa Blanca. We have already made our reservations for February 2016 for a 2 week stay.

The Nicest Villa on Siesta Key

I have stayed on Siesta Key for several years at several different complexes and in particular at Casa Blanca. This is by far the nicest villa we have ever had the pleasure to stay at. From the large screen t.v. in the family room to the king size bed in master bedroom. This unit is beautiful and all newly remodeled. The unit offers a good selection for cookware and utensils in the kitchen to games and video games for the children of all ages. Having an enclosed lani is great. In the morning you have the sun which shines in as you have your breakfast or to read the daily newspaper. In the evening it is perfect to read a book or just relax after a day at the beach. This particular unit offers WIFI which is a very nice touch. The restaurants in the area are awesome. Besides the restaurants there is so much to do in Sarasota and also nearby surrounding towns. I also can see why Siesta beach is voted the #1 beach in the United States. The sand is pure white and the shells flow into the shore off of the Gulf of Mexico. The villa is a few hundred feet from the beach but also is very close to the private pool and game center. We were very fortunate to book this unit for next year and are looking forward to another relaxing stay at this most beautiful villa.

Hermosas vacaciones

Armar nuestro viaje no fue sencillo ya que venimos desde Argentina y no conocíamos el área en absoluto. Eligimos Siesta Key por recomendaciones de colegas estadounidenses. En mi búsqueda, quería un lugar conformable para mi familia, bien equipado para poder cocinar nuestras comidas, con dos baños y dos dormitorios para tener independencia y que estuviera bien cerca de la playa para no necesitar tener largos traslados con mis hijas pequeñas. Todo lo que quería lo conseguí! Esta villa en Casablanca fue el lugar perfecto para nosotros. La playa es preciosa. El servicio de sillas para la playa, los juguetes en la villa para la arena, tablas para barrenar las olas, televisor con Netflix, X-box, cable, etc. superan hasta las comodidades de nuestra propia casa. Recomiendo a todos este lugar 100%!!

Super fun for the family

This was the perfect vacation for our family, we had things to do together as a family, from morning until night. This was our first visit to Siesta Key and it was amazing. The sand and the beach and the water was beautiful and the villa is only a few steps from the beach which makes it very easy to fetch food and drinks when needed. Our kids spent most of their time on the beach and in the water. There was a huge variety of sand toys at the villa that we were able to use. We took a day trip to the Ringling museum which was very, very fun and another day trip to Venice beach to seach for shark teeth. In the evenings we relaxed on the lanai while the kids played xbox, it was perfect. I will be coming back next year to Seiesta Key and especially to this villa. Everything in it is new and updated with wifi, iPad docking stations and Xbox . The big flat screen TV makes it particularly enjoyable for evening nights.

Great Beach Access! Clean & Updated.

My family loved this large 2/2 villa at Casa Blanca Resort. The furniture was all new and my wife really liked the remodeled kitchen that was stocked with a stove, frig, blender, pots, pans, and new dishes and plates. Had a great time cooking many of our meals to save some money. We loved our very short walk to the resorts' large beach area and lounging on the chairs and watching the sunsets. We also loved walking to Crescent Grocery Store and Captain Curts bar and restaurant located close by. We took the free Siesta Key shuttles to the Village and were glad we were only minutes away but out of that busy area. My kids loved the free hi-speed Wifi internet in C15 and loved playing Xbox games, dominoes and board games. The sunsets are amazing and we recommend you see them every night!

Beautiful and Perfect

We love everything about this villa. Decorated beautifully, clean, everything updated. Even though we do not need the second bedroom we continue to pick C16 because we love it.
