A Great Place to Stay

Frequent guest to the Casa Blanca

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been a guest of the Casa Blanca twice a year for many years now. The location and access to the beach are great. The beach is second to none. Unfortunately the units, over the past 2 years or so aren't being cleaned well. Last spring our beachfront unit was filthy and when I took the sheets off the bed there was a huge blood stain on the mattress pad. Nasty. This spring our shower was very dirty, the other bath had mold in it, no hot water in the sink, very little water pressure in the shower, the dishwasher didn't work, overhead light in the bedroom didn't work. We called the office and left a message, no response all week. One month before our trip I emailed the office with a question, no response. I asked the question to the lady at the desk when we checked in, she never looked up, just answered the question with a rude one sentence answer. I said, Thanks, we've not had two cars here before so I wasn't sure what to do, she looked up and stared and rudely repeated the exact same sentence, looked down and never spoke again. After many years, SADLY we have made reservations for this fall somewhere else.

We found this property to be clean and well stocked for our stay. The location and beach were both great. There were a few minor issues that needed some attention (leak in master bath sink, sliding glass door hard to slide) but were not big issues for us. We would return to this property if we were in the area again.

The Casa Blanca is a wonderful villa located right on Siesta Key beach

The villa was perfect for us, full kitchen, two full baths, and two nice size bedrooms. The unit was clean and very quiet. We like the short walk to Siesta Key beach (this unit is about 200 feet from the beach) the sunsets are amazing. Casa Blanca also has a very large pool that we visited each day. There is a laundry room near the front office which was very convenient. Short trip to downtown Sieata by trolley or car with plenty of shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!!

Great Location!

This was my 1st trip to Siesta Key. Loved the location of Casa Blanca! It was steps from the beach and you can hop on a trolley to travel to other parts of the key. I loved drinking morning coffee on the screened porch and reading in the evenings. It was very relaxing. It was a perfect floor plan for me and my granddaughter & her friend who came with us. Renting a tent or umbrella for a day at the beach is easy and inexpensive, and it's a nice option to have available. The rental company sets it up and takes it down so there's no assembly required. The beach is beautiful and steps away. I liked it so much I booked a villa to come back in October with my husband.

Great BEACH TIME !!

Great time on the beach between business meetings !!! Great way to relax !! Only problem was that we checked in after midnight due to a late flight, and I had no codes to get the keys—— eventually it got loved and we LIVED OUR STAY !!!
