I have stayed at this property twice because it is wonderful! It truly is a home away from home. The hosts have thought of everything you might need for a pleasurable stay. The unit is clean, beautiful and centrally located in the area. I look forward to staying again!

Pictures Don’t Do It Justice

This is a quiet guest house in a beautiful neighborhood. Good location for getting everywhere. Everything you could need is provided and top shelf. So much bigger than it looks too. Beautifully laid out and has such a comfy bed I slept better than I have in ages. The owners are gracious and one only had to ask if anything was needed. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

Good Location for Thousand Oaks

Well-appointed property and Jeff the onsite manager was gracious. This mother-in-law-style apartment seemed best for two adults as the Euro Lounge in the office space was uncomfortable for sleeping. The rules list was longer than most other properties I have rented from VRBO. Otherwise, our stay was good.

A Great Place

This was a great rental and I highly recommend it. The owners were terrific and walked me through the house. It was extremely clean and well stocked. Because I have family in the area, I plan on renting this place again and I hope you do too, you won't be disappointed.

A quiet and beautiful stay

I couldn’t have asked for a better location for my stay in Thousand Oaks. This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is both luxurious and well appointed but also cozy and the hosts made me feel right at home for my long stay. I will be back when I am visiting the area again.

Delightful stay

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 28 day stay with hosts Irina and Jeff. They were very attentive, and the house was immaculate and very comfortable. It’s connected to the host’s house, but with separate entrance. It’s in a very nice quiet neighborhood of 1000 Oaks, great for walks, and with plenty of shopping nearby. The place is exactly as the photos show. But I commented that the Master bedroom was nicer than the photo. The bath shower was great. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Wonderful Stay in Thousand Oaks

I cannot say enough about my stay at Irina’s property. Everything was perfect and clean. Everything in the house is brand new! Easy drive to Malibu. Will definitely be back!

Great and comfortable stay

We had a great stay at Irina‘s and Jeff’s guest house. They usually don‘t allow kids but they were willing to accommodate us and make an exception which we were super grateful for. The place was as described and we had everything we needed. Whatever was missing we received after requesting it from Irina. The only thing we would have liked to do was to host friends for lunch or dinner (which is not allowed probably due to noise concerns) but other than that it‘s a great place to stay longer periods of time. Can recommend.

Beautiful clean suite in quiet thousand oaks

Really enjoyed our stay with Irina and Jeff. They were very friendly and responsive. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and can probably use a few more dishtowels, pans and baking dishes but overall very comfortable - like home! Less than a mile to Trader Joe's helped a lot! Thanks for everything!

Pretty, modern space and lovely owners!

An unexpectedly contemporary find as this is actually a private, converted space in a mid-century suburban home. It boasts nearly all the conveniences, plus modern gadgets such as Apple TV access (or similar), heated bidet, touch-button lighting, etc. Very nice.

Beautiful, clean..... absolutely perfect.

Jeff and Irina want to welcome you to their quiet and private escape luxury suite in Southern California, just North of Los Angeles 30 minutes from Malibu and the Santa Monica mountains. Jeff and Irina have been hosting since 2018. They fell in love with property because of the over sized spaces and very private backyard space. Once they got started remodeling the property they did not stop until they completed the luxury suite apartment for rental, and it shows in the quality and detail they put into it. They both love to travel and have been to Mexico and Europe multiple times, visiting new and interesting places, meet new people and making friends. Also they are big pickleball enthusiasts, being involved in the game since 2017. Irina enjoys baking, cooking, and mahjong. Jeff enjoys gardening and watercolor painting when time allows… They are both Realtors and have been the business of Real Estate for over 23 years.
