Awesome pool, great views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the layout of the condo with the bedrooms away from the living area so we could sleep if others were up watching tv. The pool was simply amazing! Loved the condo. Had everything we needed to cook meals for the family, which saved money. The only negative I have is that the Wi-Fi is not very good at all. The valet and parking attendants were super nice!

Reviewer Comments: Book that condo staff was great condo owner needs to address a few things - shower curtains were molded at the bottoms, kitchen did not have any pot holders or any cooking vessels that could be put in an oven. The dryer repeatedly set off the fire alarm unless the laundry room door was left open. wifi was horrible. the condo advertised 4 tv's. there were 3 plugged in and one in a closet. however, there were only 2 directv boxes so the third tv was unusable. Parking is a nightmare. Many spaces are reserved, but our condo owner has not paid for reserved spots, so finding a spot is almost impossible.

Shores of Panama

The condo was stocked with the bare minimum of utensils/kitchen supplies. There was dust on the walls and it was poorly cleaned; we were blessed with a pet roach when we walked in. The parking garage was chaos each day. We eventually chose to Uber instead of drive our car because of how backed up the parking garage was. The elevators remained packed and kept stopping. We walked 8 flights of stairs several times because it was impossible to get on the elevators. It seems that this condo squeezes a lot of people into a small area and they don’t have the engineering in place to park cars or operate elevators efficiently. There’s no reserved parking spots with condo 821, which makes it even harder to park in an already crowded garage.

Horrible Condo

The complex was nice but the condo was horrible. It was dirty upon arrival and was still dirty after the cleaning crew returned. We were not offered any type of compensation from VP & the cleaning company owner indicated he would bring us a gift card for dinner but never did. We won’t be renting from VP again.

Highly Disappointed in Room

This condo had not been cleaned AT ALL when we arrived. I contacted who we rented through and they assured me they would send the info to the office and get it taken care of. I never heard back from anyone nor did anyone show up to clean. The floors were FILTHY, coffee was still in the coffee pot, the showers were disgusting. The place was completely run down and outdated and just overall not cleaned or well kept. There was hardly any kitchen utensils and it literally looked like the towels and bed sheets had been changed out and that was it. Over all extremely disappointed in this place, worst room I've ever stayed in. I liked the resort itself but will never rent this condo again or rent through Vacations Perfected since they could care less about accommodating us when I contacted them in regards to the cleaning. Cleaning fee should be refunded since we spent our entire first evening cleaning the condo.

Fall break

A little understocked with dinnerware. Also the balcony could badly use some furniture. 2 chairs on the balcony. I will say that this resort is very clean. They have people around the clock cleaning the pool area, parking garage, and around the resort. However the rules are way to strict at the pool. Very very hot out and u can't even sit on the edge of the pool with ur feet in if j have a bottle of water. Kids were not aloud to even have a ball in the pool even when there were no other people around. The condo was ok but the crazy rules and stuff at the pool will keep me from staying at shores again. My kids did not enjoy it

Not what I expected for the cost

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we were told that it could be as late as 6:00 when we would have access to the condo. I understand that it is peak season, but 6:00 pm is a bit excessive. We ended up being able to get in a little after 4:00. It was not remotely clean. I am not one to be super picky, but a mop on the floor at the beach where you are barefoot a lot of the time isn't asking too much. A walk from the bathroom to the kitchen and your feet look like you e been walking around Walmart barefoot is not acceptable for the price you pay. For a condo that sleeps 8 people, you would expect that there would be ample cookware to prepare food for said 8 people. We only had 5 and there were no lots large enough for even 5. The plates and glasses in the cabinets had water and food in them, so we had to run all of the dishes through the dishwasher prior to using them. The sofa needs to be replaced as if you are sitting in the end you are high up from the bar and the middle sinks in. Luckily, we are the family of outdoors, and stayed outside a majority of the time we were there. No reserved parking spot is also a nightmare in a complex this size. We did enjoy our stay, because we were there for the beach not the condo. This will be our last visit to Shores of Panama unfortunately..

July 2018 Stay

Condo does not have car parking reservation, so we had to literally hunt for a unreserved parking place. One night we looked for 1:30’ for a parking place. WiFi super slow. Ocean view only available in living room, both bedrooms are towards the back of the condo. Elevator waiting time could be as much as 15 minutes.

Not a Spring Break

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If I wanted to join spring break I would go here in spring. Young people yelling from balcony's until after midnight, cars cruising LOUDLY until 2am. Uncomfortable beds and disrepair in the condo. Seaweed all over the beach! NOT a good place to stay if you want a nice QUITE stay.

Great condo, but dirty!!!

This is a beautiful condo, but is absolutely filthy. I'm sure the floor wasn't moped in months. The sheets where also not changed. There was also a fee added on after I booked because they claim to had forgotten to tell me. My advise is to manage these like you would have your family stay there. We will not be return customers.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was left with the floor not finished being swept. No one ever called us to check in after I had called three times to check on the room. After 6 pm we got the call with the door code after we had to call. It seemed no inspector came around and that left us very inconvenienced!

March 2016 Stay

Our trip to Panama City Beach and Panama Shores was definitely eventful. We certainly enjoyed the spacious upgrade to our condo that Book That Condo provided at no extra charge. The Book That Condo Staff was certainly helpful, although our WiFi requests were never addressed. We did have an injury the first night due to the stairwell door slamming on my 10 year-old daughter's arm on the first floor. She healed, but we spent the evening at urgent care. It seems that there should be some hydraulics in the door to slow it down in the event of high winds. The next night, my oldest daughter was threatened to be escorted off the property via police simply for asking for a new (she had the broken one with her) wrist band. She was not even asked for her room number, and she does not have an ID due to being 14. All that said, we loved the view and the high level of security at the pool and in the building.
