Fabulous stay

This is our 3rd year at Tidewater and we have always enjoyed our stay. Communication with the propery owner was great. The facilities are wonderful and the staff is the best. Ready for our next visit.

Location is GREAT!

Pros: The location is exactly what we wanted!!! It’s on the beach and close to the pier! The owners were great and communicated even when they were on vacation AND at 2 AM in their location!!!!Cons: Check your SPAM/Junk mail! We missed the required document for Tidewater and had to pay a last minute fee. This was booked last minute, so we probably would have had to pay the additional fee, but we had no idea! The fee is based on the number of bedrooms. I paid for a 3 bedroom, but I think this is technically a 2 bedroom condo. They put bunk beds in the hallway to the bathroom and a curtain as the door. It was fine for our last minute stay. The elevators were not all working. It was random which elevator was working. The pools were FREEZING, even the “indoor heated pool”. We walked around bare footed in the condo the first night and ended up with nasty feet! Probably because we are on the beach but still YUCK! We wore shoes the rest of the stay.

We loved everything about our stay but the elevators. The location was great and the unit was exactly as listed. If it weren’t for the elevators we’d definitely stay there again.

Great location

Location was great. Elevator situation on the condo is a bit frustrating. During high peak times, you could wait on an elevator 30 minutes or more. Condo said it had a hair dryer, but we couldn’t find one. Overall experience was good and the location and view was amazing. This condo could use a little decor upgrade. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Perfect Family Rental

We booked this condo last minute for our family for Spring Break. The condo was spacious, had everything necessary for a beach vacation and was a prefect location for daytime fun, family restaurants and nightlife! We will definitely book again!

Beautiful Condo with Great View

My family and I enjoyed our stay. This condo was large enough to comfortably sleep our 9 guests. It was very clean and well maintained. There is a lot to do on the property and we was close to everything…Pier Park was hit. We will definitely stay again. Oh and the food from the property restaurant was very delicious.

Awesome Experience!!!

Everything was great location, condo, beach, shopping, restaurants all within walking distance. I was concerned about other comments on the elevators being slow, but had no issues at all. Plan to come back next year!!!

It was ok. The stove was nasty. The microwave and stove was broken on the bottom. The sliding glass door was almost impossible to open/close. Very minimal supplies for the kitchen. Maybe this is the norm for condos? The fire alarm test was conducted two days while we were there for what seemed like hours. I was pretty disappointed in the condition of the furniture. My nightstand looked like someone had burnt cigarettes on it. I literally had to dry any clothes 3-4 times to get them dry. The owners were very responsive when I emailed them. I have very limited knowledge regarding renting a condo- so maybe this is the norm?

We will definitely be back!

This property was perfect setting/location…and the view, absolutely breathtaking. Elevators were not at all as bad as many were saying. Busy time of year, so of course there were some waits. But that’s to be expected. Property owner 100% wonderful! Great communication, detailed info sent in timely manner. Working with them was seamless!! The only “negative” would be the cleanliness of unit upon our arrival. Cleaning crew could have done better job in kitchen especially. Our initials concerns were relayed to owner immediately, who again, responded and addressed concerns quickly. We will be back!!

Needs some upgrades

Balcony furniture needs replacing. Some cookware needs replacing. No wine glasses and needs more small glasses also small plates. Ice maker not working properly. The master bedroom needs a mattress cover. Phone listed but not available. We do not have a cell phone for communicating with people in the area. Had some minor problems which the owner took care of immediately.

Great property

I have been coming to Florida many years, this is the best place that I have stayed in. From the secured garage, to the nice condo unit, it was superb. The condo was clean, and was better equipped than any place I have been. The owners were very easy to work with. We were quite pleased with everything and will. no doubt, be staying there again.

Unit was not clean.

Floors were sandy. 2nd bedroom sheets were dirty. Kitchen sink was dirty. Several light bulbs were out. Light bulbs were replaced after contacting owner 2 days later. I have stayed at several units at Tidewater. This one was very disappointing.

Impressive...

We couldn't have had a more beautiful condo. The view is breath taking! From the balcony every morning we would watch the dolphins; the evening the stunning sunsets. We have rented other houses and condos, but the owner, Mr.Kolesnikov, is one of the most friendly, helpful, wonderful owner. When contacting him he always answered right away. Tidewater Resort was very clean, and their employees very friendly, and helpful. The condo was supplied with all the necessary items to ensure a wonderful trip. Being this our niece's first visit we took her to various points of fun and interest. St. Andrew Park/Shell Island, Pier Park, M.B. Miller County Pier, Russell Fields City Pier, to name a few. Definitely a place for a repetitive vacation! Thank you Mr. Kolesnikov!!

We dreamed of having a vacation beach home for years. Both of us are originally from Central Europe and we had a chance to travel all over Europe to many exotic beaches before coming to the United States. We fell in love with charming Panama City Beach resort from the first sight and started looking for a vacation home. We found a condo that was kid-friendly, had a great neighborhood, was located in a newly-built resort, had modern amenities, and had so much space - a requirement for us and our three kids.

There is an awesome view of the Pier and you can sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins and boats in the distance. Tidewater is a luxurious resort with pristine beach and great amenities. You will find everything you might need for your perfect vacation right here: two huge Lagoon Pools with Jacuzzi, heated Indoor Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Fitness Center, Theatre, Restaurant, and much more. Spending a vacation at the beach satisfies our needs for the salt air, white sand and turquoise blue water. It's a place like no other in Florida. The ocean-front view is magnificent! It is simply breathtaking, and none of the pictures can capture the beauty of the nature well enough to show it.

This condo is our vacation home, and we decorated it with love and care. We chose a tropical design because we feel comfortable in bright happy colors; we think it is a great getaway from a sophisticated look of a city. The condo has modern appliances, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV/Cable/DVDs in each room, and most importantly, it is child-proof. It is the ideal place to relax and unwind or have the time of your life as you enjoy the many nearby activities. When you feel like exploring, take a short drive to one of the many exquisite beaches along the shore. Panama City Beach offers a variety of entertainment. There is something to do for every member of your family. While you might enjoy snorkeling, diving or parasailing, your kids can visit animal parks, pirate ships, giant slingshots, or go-carts. Are you a golfer? There are five championship golf courses in the area. There are museums, movie theaters, great shopping. And yes, we are only 1/3 of a mile from the famous Pier Park!! When the sun goes down, PCB lights up with an enticing array of after-dark entertainment options.
