Helt ny 3000 kvadratmeter modernt hem beläget i gated community of Norris Crest med en av de bästa utsikten över sjön. Det ligger nära Shanghai Marina. Detta är den perfekta platsen för din familjesemester. Den öppna planlösningen har en familjevänlig design (sover 11), som inkluderar 5 sovrum (3 sovrum med vidsträckt sjöutsikt), 3 5 badrum, ett stort välutrustat kök, en matsal med plats för 8 till 10 och utomhus täckt däck matsal för 8. Det innehåller ett rymligt allrum med TV, CD / DVD-spelare och ljudsystem på huvudnivån. Gå ut på övre plan däck med en fantastisk utsikt över sjön, till en full soffgrupp, utomhushögtalare och en gasgrill. Underredningsområdet på lägre nivå har en TV med ljudsystem, en våt bar, ett minikylskåp och tillgång till nedre våningsdäck. Nedre plan däck har ett picknickbord, 2 solstolar, utomhushögtalare och en veranda swing med mer underbar utsikt över sjön. Det har också en sten promenad tillgång till eldstaden. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare ingår. Hemmet har en täckt glid på gemenskapens bryggor, vilket är en 3-5 min. köra från huset, för din båt och tillgång till en båtlansering. Från gemenskapens bryggor är du bara några minuter till Shanghai Marina, och en snabb båttur till "Hoppa Bridge" (Cedar Creek Bridge).
Hemmet ligger 30 minuter från I 75, 20 minuters bilresa till La Follette där du hittar alla dina shopping och medicinska behov. Norris Crest ligger nära Deerfield Resort, som erbjuder bekvämligheter som en 18-håls golfbana och två restauranger. Sittande mellan Cumberland Mountains i norr och foten av Great Smokey Mountains i sydost erbjuder det några av regionens finaste båtliv, skidåkning och fiske. Annual family vacation 2023

Year #7 to Norris lake...we try to select different housing each year to experience different parts of the lake while cruising the lake on a Triton boat ⛵. This year was one of the best w this house. It was perfect form the property managers being very personal and friendly. Their neighbors were top notch. We metany down at the community dock and was welcomed like we had been there for years. A true community friendship in this nice gated area. The included boat slip made it even better so we didn't have to dock at the local marina. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the view is breathtaking. We had late night fellowship on the back porch w our family, just like being at home. All the accommodations were over the top. Ty again for the friendly atmosphere that we enjoyed a relaxing and refreshing vacation away from home 🏡. Highly recommend and hope to go back ourselves 🏡 ⛵

The Best Stay Yet!

The property had second-to-none views with an updated, comfy/cozy feel inside. There wasn't a detail overlooked in terms of needs; and every inch of the house was utilized - no wasted space. The "older adults" could socialize upstairs and the "younger adults" had an area downstairs to call their own which was just as lovely as the upstairs. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs with 2 full bathrooms - each side shared a full bathroom - genius design. This home felt like home. The Community Dock is easily accessible (2 min.) within the gated community and eliminated the dreaded stairs that usually accompanies a stay at Norris when getting to your boat. This property will be first on our list next year to check when the calendar opens.

One fabulous property!

My husband and I, along with another couple, just returned from the BEST week in this beautiful home! The home is perfectly situated so that the views of the lake were stunning from nearly every room. All of our evenings were spent on the expansive covered porch and the morning sunrises were stunning. There are many nearby marinas, including some with fun restaurants that we visited after our day on the lake (Shanghai and the Tiki Hut). We have stayed in many homes over the 20+ years we have been coming to Norris and this is the first one we immediately rebooked. Mick and Cindy are the most friendly and informative hosts we have come across…they very sincerely want you to enjoy your time in their home!

Amazing location, great views, and awesome people.

Generally close to everything you want to do with great mountain drives and great local food restaurants. It was the perfect Christmas vacation for the whole family.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Relaxing Sanctuary

Everything about this incredible home was just as we expected. Such a beautiful home that was super immaculate, very well-appointed, and so easy to enjoy! Cindy & Mick have provided families a place to truly get away and enjoy Norris Lake & the surrounding mountain area. Just being at the house during our stay was especially enjoyable--reading on the deck, watching birds & butterflies & boat traffic on the lake, as well as walks in the neighborhood. The view of the red sky just before sunrise was incredible! This stay gave us the chance to visit with our children & grandchildren who still live in East Tennessee. Our 4-year-old granddaughter said it best as she was leaving, "I'm sad to leave the 'wake' house!" Thank you for such a delightful and peaceful home to enjoy during a wonderful vacation. We are grateful!

Great getaway!

Our family met for Mother's Day weekend and it was a great location for all of us to reach. The house is super warm and inviting! So clean and well-designed. We had everything we needed including beautiful weather and a fantastic view. We were able to use the boat dock which was so ideal for our family. And the marina is very close by for whatever we needed. A great place to rent a pontoon boat also. We hope to come again! Would highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to feel pampered and carefree!!

Relaxing week at the lake

Our family spent a week in this beautiful home. The owners are wonderful and quick to respond to any inquiries. The house is clean and well decorated and fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals and enjoy family time together. It was truly a home away from home. We spent most of our week enjoying the upper deck with a breathtaking view of the lake. We were truly able to relax and unwind. The kids loved having their own rooms with comfortable beds and the lower level to hang out, play games, and watch tv. We appreciated the selection of games, movies, and books on hand. The house is in a lovely gated community high enough up the mountain for a wonderful view and though winding, the drive up felt safe. There were stores for groceries and supplies on our way to the home, just about 20 minutes drive from the house. We also enjoyed a day in Knoxville, an hour’s drive, exploring the botanical gardens and Market Square. We often like to stay different places when we travel but we all agreed that we’d love to visit this home again.

Family-friendly cabin with stunning lake views

I can’t say enough good things about this cabin and its wonderful owners. My family of five (including three young children) stayed here with my in-laws right after Christmas. The cabin was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The owners were extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. They checked in before arrival to make sure we had all the information we needed and even offered to leave the stair gate installed when they learned that we have a two-year old. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The set-up is great for large groups. The main level has a master suite, and the lower level has four bedrooms, two detached bathrooms, a second living room, and a bar area with a small refrigerator and second Keurig. The views are stunning, both from inside through the large windows and from the two decks. We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

A Refreshing Retreat

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood with an absolutely beautiful view! My husband and I were looking for a getaway and we found the perfect place. The owners have thought of everything. . . It is well appointed and so comfortable. You have the lake for recreation (Swimming, boating, etc.) and the surrounding area for hiking etc. Even walking the neighborhood is great, and we met people who were so welcoming. The home was spotless and as I said, extremely well designed and outfitted. Cindy and Mick are great hosts, and communication was beyond excellent. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is our favorite! We would give it 6 stars if we could. We will be back. . . God blessed us there!

Our best vacation!

We absolutely loved this gorgeous home. Every detail was perfect. I’ve never had such a comfortable and relaxing stay. We ALL loved it: from my eight year daughter up through my teenaged son and daughter. We wanted to stay longer!! The views are fabulous as is the furnishings and layout of this beautiful home. The kitchen is a cook’s dream come true. No detail was left out! Cindy and Mick are the ultimate hosts who provided every bit of information we needed and were just wonderful. I don’t want to rent anywhere else! Anything after this would only be a disappointment.

Gorgeous Getaway

This rental was the best I’ve had at Norris Lake. We have been coming to Norris for 20+ years to waterski. It was even more beautiful than the pictures show. Excellent design and function. We usually stay in lake front houses, but this was just as nice, as it had a private community boat slip that was easy to use. My family loved being able to get their walking and running exercise completed on the safe roads and trails within the gated community. We will recommend to our closest family and friends. Thank you so much for an awesome stay.
