Detta 3000 kvadratmeter hem sitter pÄ 2 delar i den prestigefyllda Cove Pointe-underavdelningen. Det finns 5 sovrum och 3 badrum och ett stort öppet koncept vardagsrum. Det finns en stor omslag runt dÀck med imponerande utsikt över Big Creek-omrÄdet av sjön. Huset vetter mot vÀst sÄ att du kan se nÄgra av de mest fantastiska solnedgÄngar som Norris kan erbjuda.


Huset har 3 queen size-sÀngar, 1 king size-sÀng och 2 uppsÀttningar vÄningssÀngar för barnen. SÀngklÀder och kuddar tillhandahÄlls. Det finns 3 plattskÀrms-TV med direkt-TV: en i master sviten, en pÄ huvudplanen och en i vÄningssÀngrummet. Varje TV har en DVD-spelare kopplad och det finns gott om DVD-skivor för dig att anvÀnda pÄ de dagarna nÀr du bara vill koppla av och titta pÄ en film.

Huset Àr fullt lager med disk, silver ware och köksredskap. Dessutom finns det vanliga föremÄl, inklusive en brödrost, 2 kaffebryggare, mixer och mikrovÄgsugn. PÄ huvudhusdÀcket hittar du 2 grillar som passar dina behov av uteservering (en Àr en propangrill av kommersiell kvalitet och den andra Àr en stor kolgrill). Huset har ocksÄ 2 kylskÄp, ett i köket och det andra i det nedre vÄningsbarnet. KylskÄpet i köket har en ismaskin, men det finns ocksÄ massor av isbrickor att göra mer. Trash pickup Àr onsdagar och lördagar. Denna fastighet har över 400 meter av sjöfronten. Docken har 1 tÀckt glid, ett dykbrÀda och 2 jetportar. Det finns plats för 2 bÄtar och 2 vÄglöpare. Dockan har kraft, ett minikylskÄp och lampor för att göra det alla viktiga prep-arbetet för nÀsta dags aktiviteter.

This property was just as advertised. I booked this house based solely on the reviews. It was clean which was priority to me. Great communication with the owner. Had all the necessary items in the kitchen. Couple of things that could improve the stay would be to provide bath towels/wash rags. There are three levels but only one thermostat, so the bottom level stayed cold but the upper level stayed a little too warm. There was a ceiling fan so that helped a lot. Also the master mattress is extremely firm. None of these took away from our weekend but good to note for other guests. Overall had a great time.

This is the second time we have stayed here and truly had another wonderful experience. Great location and great setup with house and dock as we brought 2 boats and had plenty of room for trailers and vehicles. Owners are quick to respond to questions and house layout is perfect for what we needed. Will definitely come back!

Happy Get Away

Our family (Us, our Daughter's Family, and our Son's Family) loved our stay at Serendipity! The bedroom setup was perfect for us, our children, and the 6 Grands! The kids loved hanging out in the bunk room to play and watch TV on their own, the adults enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck and a kitchen that held everything we needed! The dock was superb....we fished, swam, enjoyed the diving board, and even took canoe rides around the cove! There was plenty of room for the pontoon we rented and the kids loved tubing and learning how to water ski! We had a wonderful vacation...thanks so much, Michael!

Overall a very Great place! 100 steps to the dock was not terrible if you plan for it! It is Norris Lake you are going to have steps.

Stunning Views at a Great Location

We have been coming to Norris for a couple years and this is our favorite side of the Lake. The evening sunsets were amazing! It was easy to get in and out as we brought our own boats. We were able to speak directly to the property manager prior to arriving who helped answer all our questions. The kitchen was stocked with every type of pot/pan, knifes, enough plates/cups, etc. The house itself is much larger and nicer than the pictures show. I would definitely come back to this house and stay again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful property!

This property is wonderful for a large family. The listing was accurate and the house was clean. There was very limited cell service, but it was not an issue for us at all. The property owner was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and recommended a great marina for boat rental nearby.

Great place to stay

This house is large, has a very large easy to navigate driveway, and was very well stocked. Pros: -2 full size refrigerators -Plenty of cookware, dishes, drinkware -Plenty of seating for dining and lounging -Very spacious. We had 8 adults and were not crowded or on top of each other -Satellite TV with DVDs to keep littles or young adults entertained -Easy to navigate stairs to water -2 dryers -Mini fridge on the dock -Owner communicates well and sets expectations up front for his house -This lot has an insane amount of space for cars and trailers and the driveway doesn't make you feel like you are falling off a cliff. Cons: -Dock close to main waterway so boat gets knocked around a bit. Nothing major but make aure you have enough bouys for all sides of your boat -No door on the bunk bedroom. Our girls hung a sheet using command strip hooks which was an easy solution without causing any damage to the walls. We come to Norris about 5 times a summer and this house definitely stands out from others mainly for size. This house is great for families with little kids and also can comfortably accomodate about 10-12 adults as well, which is hard to do at Norris. I think the listing said you could also rent the carriage house, which I think could accomodate another 2-4 adults. I wasn't in the carriage house so no idea how much space is in there. We would definitely rent this property again, and if Michael is ever considering to sell, I'd love to connect!

The pictures don't do it justice

This was the first time we stayed at a place where we all agreed that it was nicer than the pictures! So often, it's the other way around. Serendipity was a beautiful house on a stunning lake setting. The house is west of the lake so the sunsets were amazing. Sitting at the fire pit and roasting marshmallows while the sun was going down is a memory that will stay with us for a long time. The lack of internet and spotty cell service was a plus for us. It helped reinforce the down time we all needed.

I have always loved Norris Lake and have been coming here for over 20 year. I had been looking for a home here for over 4 years and fell in love with this home as soon as I saw it. I had the privacy I was looking for and I wanted to have a place that faced west to enjoy the stunning Norris lake sunsets. I think you will enjoy your time here as much as our family has and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Welcome Friend,

My name is Serendipity on Cove Pointe.
Life is sweet again because I finally have an owner who is taking care of me. He has promised to bring me back to life again, but it will take time and patience.
You see, when I was built in 1995 I had an older brother who was the only dwelling on my property for years. He was built in 1984 and had fought many storms, but is still strong and worthy of providing shelter.
Many years of patching on his roof and in his interior has kept him going with so many band-aids that he almost went to wrack and ruin. But now our new owner is carefully planning his reemergence into greatness again. It will be a process which will take a little time and patience. But wait until he is finished! Wow, what a sight he will be again. He will be named Little Dipity.
As for me, my new owner named me Serendipity on Cove Pointe because on a lovely fall day, he was surprised when he just happened to drive by me and saw the beauty of my property and the breathtaking view of the lake that I provide.
Sadly, It was so neglected that things didn’t look so good, both inside and out. Others who looked at me walked away in dismay because of all the repairs that had to be made, but my owner saw my potential and he decided to take on the challenge to bring me back to my beautiful self again. Happiness will fill my walls once again.
I am strong and I can still take care of my inhabitants, but I need patching and painting and cleaning and dusting and washing and shining until I am once again the beauty I once was.
