Fabulous Vacation

This is our second time staying at the Newport Beach Marriott and the resort does not disappoint. There is so much to do for all ages. We enjoyed many of the resort activities as well as the pool and just having time to relax. This is also our second time booking with Ray and he is an A+ host, quick to respond and answer my questions. I would not hesitate to book with Ray again.

Wedding Week

beautiful views of Pacific Ocean & Catalina island from our villa suite. very spacious & clean.

everything was absolutely almost perfect. (there was twice a temporary electrical power & water outage during our stay but we simply went to dinner or the beach. As it is this is not my first stay at Marriott Newport Coast Villas. I always love my experiences. This time I joined the Marriott Vacation Club! I now own 3,000 points & 7 specific days Gold at Marriott Newport Coast Villas! 😊 I am quite sure I will buy more points in the future!

Restful Get Away

This is an excellent place to relax and recharge. The property offers many options from the pools, to activites for all ages - a putting green, playground, basketball and more. There are several firepits to enjoy s'mores as well as great places to sit and enjoy the sunset. And our property manager was amazing. Hope to be back again.

Summer Vacation

Property was very nice. A lot of amenities. The room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is the refrigerator was very loud and rattles while running and the drains in the main bathroom had a smell. Other than that I would definitely recommend this unit and property. Ray was very responsive whenever I emailed with a question. He was a great host. I would recommend this property and Ray. The only reason I gave it 4 stars overall rating was because of the noise of the refrigerator and the smell in the drain.

Amazing experience

Absolutely enjoyableexperience.... the property manager Ray is amazing and goes above and beyond to make you feel welocome and address any question you have which isn't all that common nowadays. Will definitely be staying here again.

Exelent family vacation!

Thank you very much Ray for being a wonderful host! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable, homey. The hotel service was excellent. The shuttle busses taking to the beach go every 5-10 minutes. There are grills in numerous locations across the substantial campus. The pools are clean and very well maintained. The nearby Crystal Cove beach is probably one of the best in Southern California. It is not crowded, and the ocean remains shallow for a quite long distance from the shore. The area is one of the safest and upscale neighborhoods in the country. You can find lots of restaurants and stores around the hotel (not walking distance though).

Excellent Family Vacation!

The property was perfect for our family vacation! The rooms are large and have all the conveniences of home. I appreciated the extra garbage bags, dish soap and other supplies provided. There were so many on site activities, tons to do and the pools were beautiful. Ray was very pleasant to deal with and up front about costs. He answered all my questions promptly. I would highly recommend this property for family vacations and those bringing extended family as well.

There’s a reason we keep coming back...

This is now our go to place when we’re in the Newport Beach area. The villas are perfect for families and the location could not be better! Beautiful property and great amenities. Excellent communication with the owner. We did have to change units this stay due to some work being done on our first villa but the resort handled it well and it was only a slight disruption to our vacation. We would definitely rent from this owner again. Thanks so much!
