Nybyggt hem, med alla nya möbler och apparater precis vid kanten av staden med utsikt över bergen. 3 sovrum, 2. 5 bad, plus ett bekvämt sovrum på övervåningen / den / flex med två utdragbara soffor (drottningar) som kan användas som fjärde sovrum. Vackert nytt kök. Gas spis. Stor andra våning utanför däck för stargazing / solbad med spektakulär utsikt. Huvudnivå täckt uteplats med grill.
6 kvarter promenad till stan till livliga kulinariska och konstnärliga upplevelser och shopping (fullservice livsmedelsbutik, spritbutik, mountainbikeuthyrning / utomhusutrustning och klädbutik) och gratis konserter, bondemarknader, barnaktiviteter i parken. 2 block för åtkomst till Uncompahgre River Park trail system med asfalterad och enkeltspår åtkomst till Ridgway State Park.
Fungerar som en fantastisk bascamp plats för äventyr till Ouray (11 miles), Orvis Hot Springs, (5 miles), Telluride (39 miles) och San Juan Mountains, som står över den soliga Ridgway Valley. Fjärrkänsla med bekväm tillgång till allt.
Staden Montrose med en kommersiell flygplats, Walmart, City Market / Kroger och Safeway, Target ligger bara 30 minuter bort.

Perfect cozy getaway

We came to Ridgway for ski-jouring weekend. Great place to snuggle in, warm up, and sleep in a comfy bed. Would recommend.

Great stay!

The stay looked like it did in the pictures and was nice and clean. It was in a little neighborhood that is still developing. Close to town. Perfect place to stay to visit Ouray, Telluride, or other areas!

Perfect spot!

Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Well stocked. Andre, our host, was great. Fantastic location. Centrally located to many attractions in the area. Great restaurants and coffee shops. Our favorites were Eatery 66, Taco Del Gnar, and Cimarron Coffeehouse

Great stay in Ridgway

This property was a great place to stay. The apartment was very clean, and everything was recently updated. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to the town center which had different food options. Overall our stay was great, and we would love to come back!

Ridgway Basecamp

My wife and I enjoyed our time in the apartment space. It’s very quiet but still very close to town. This location provided us a good central location for day trips in the area. The apartment had plenty of space for two.

Comfortable, second story studio

This new property is much more appealing than its photo suggests. It is a one room studio well equipped with everything needed for A couple. The kitchen is large and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again

Great In-Law Studio Apartment.

Very clean, very nice, has everything you need for a couple. Town of rigdway is a favorite. Close to Telluride, Ouray. Most affordable around for the location!!

Lovely roost in Ridgway

This beautiful, spacious studio apartment was a perfect base from which to explore the area. It was very clean and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen.

Great Stay

Cute apartment studio in a nice neighborhood with beautiful views from every window. The bed was SOOO comfy. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants in the cool morning air in July ( doesn't happen in Texas) Loved the large walk in closet so I could organize our suitcases. Only thing I thought it needed to be absolutely perfect is a washer/dryer for longer stays

Great location and views!

Property was easy to get to and access. Apartment was very clean and stocked with necessities. Views from inside and out were great. Very easy access to both Telluride and Ouray. Highly recommend and will most likely book again.

San Juan Love

It was great to get out of the Grand Valley heat for a few days. This little studio was clean, comfortable and close to downtown. We enjoyed the Thursday night music in the park, hiking, Friday farmers market, swimming in the lake and trying a few restaurants that we’d never tried before. This location made it easy for us access all within minutes. We especially liked the walk-in closet, which had more than enough room for our belongings.

Most definitely a Great Base Camp

My girlfriend and I were visiting the area from Massachusetts. We came to ski telluride and visit all the area has to offer. This is a Great Base camp for a Couple to enjoy the area. The studio is as listed with a stove oven and all dish ware you may need. Very clean with a beautiful bathroom and closet for luggage and clothing. The views are amazing. The ride to Ouray and the hot spring is 15 minutes. The Million Dollar Highway is just beyond Ouray as well.(Drive Careful). Telluride is a 50 min ride but believe me the ride is beautiful. You will have amazing views of Mt. Sneffels as well as canyon driving on your approach to Telluride. And as a kicker the Price is more than fair. This was a Great experience and would love to stay again!!

Pleasant visit

The property was well maintained and furnished. Location was excellent. We lucked out by being there for the free Thursday concert in the park in Ridgway. Only thing I'd change was to have fatter pillows.

A bargain price but a very nice place to stay! Do be aware you'll be climbing one flight of stairs - only a problem if you've packed heavy. We enjoyed your studio!

We have been looking for the perfect mountain community for years. Having grown up in Steamboat Springs I wanted to be near world class skiing, but away from the touristy vibe of most ski areas. Emily is a mountain girl at heart and has always loved this part of Colorado. Ridgway is quite honestly a mountain gem, that will surprise you with it's cool inhabitants, restaurants, and proximity to some of the most beautiful parts of Colorado.

This studio is on the north side of town, with easy walking distance of downtown Ridgway. It is also close the pedestrian path along the river and there are amazing views in every direction. The studio is private and quiet. This location is in the middle of some of the best parts of SW Colorado.
