Enjoyed spending time with family. Loved eating outside with picnic table under covered deck. Picnic table and bench’s needed to be brushed down to get all the top layer of finish that was peeling off. Plus cobwebs looked like they had been there awhile, so not very appealing. Paddle boards and kayaks needed to be cleaned before we used them. Board started sinking quite a ways down the shore and needed me to walk it back. No plugs were in it and we couldn’t find them in staging area to put in. Quite disappointing. One kayak was missing a plug as well.
Our top priority was to use the paddle board shown in picture, but wasn’t one, although looking back it wasn’t listed a s amenity.
Kitchen fridge inside needed to be totally cleaned before we used it as there was dirt and grime along shelf inserts etc. Same with microwave. One drawer pullout was broken. Very disappointing to start our vacation. Garage was in disarray so would have needed to organize it to use.
The 4 orange life vests we used looked to be brand new. That was a plus! Bathrooms and kitchen looked to be remodeled and looked very clean.
Great view of lake from inside cabin.
Loved being on the lake where we once owned 20 Years prior. Lake was still clear as we remembered it, No place for our friends to pull up to dock to pick us up with their pontoon. They currently live on lake so it was very inconvenient.
I wouldn’t rent it again. I spent a thousand more than usual to rent this cabin.
