Vacker sjöstrand lägenhet på Clearwater Lake (3200 tunnland). Dessa lägenheter ligger ungefär 40 meter från sjöstranden på en halvö mellan två sjöar med utsikt över båda sjöarna. Se soluppgången över en sjö och titta på solnedgången över den andra sjön medan du sitter på verandan svänger.

Sitt och koppla av, lyssna på lumman och titta på djurlivet, fiskar (sommar och vinter), golf i närheten, eller njut av de många unika shoppingmöjligheterna i Annandale, ett stort utloppsgalleria i Albertville eller många gallerior i Minneapolis inklusive Mall of America.

Loppmarknaden på lördagsmorgonen är ett måste för alla att uppleva. Hitta dagens pris (antikviteter och nya föremål), köpa färska grönsaker, njut av minirutor, majshundar, vattenkokare majs, ostmassa eller äta frukost i den gamla röda shacken. Många fina restauranger i området. Fisk efter val, bas, crappies, solfisk eller norra gädda. Ankajägare tillflyktsort på hösten. De små barnen kan njuta av lekplatsen och sandstranden eller tillbringa dagen vid poolen och fånga strålarna. Eldstäder tillgängliga för kvällens lägereld.

Great Condo on the Lake

This was our third stay. There were some new upgrades to the unit since our last (new windows, single room AC unit, and TV). These were nice amenities, but we keep returning for the location on the lake and quiet setting. A relaxing stay again!

Family-friendly stay

The cabin has access to great family-friendly facilities: a pool, a small lakeside beach, and a dock. The cabin was clean and cozy. The host was very communicative and the check-in/out process was very smooth. Although the cabin doesn't come with beach tools, pontoons can be rented from across the lake.

Beautiful Lake Location

A nice on a gorgeous lake with wonderful fishing. Communication with property owner with any questions and concerns were resolved quickly. Condo is rustic as advertised and suited our needs. I would definitely return again.

Despite the weather

Despite the weather the property was as advertised! Close to restaurants and shopping. Pool was awesome and heated! Rained slot before and during stay. Docking spot provided, but we didn’t bring our boat because of the weather. Would stay again!!

Couples Get Away

This condo was perfect for our short getaway from the hustle of life. Great fishing, friendly neighbors, and just a short drive to the bait shop. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

4th of July

This was the full July 4th experience. We enjoyed boating, fishing, parade, carnival rides and of course fireworks. The cabin was just the ticket for our family to rest, relax, swim and play.

Still a Perfect Condo on the Lake

This is the second time we stayed at the condo, and our experience was as smooth as our last stay. The hosts were responsive, check-in and out was a breeze, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We could not ask for a better location on the lake!

Wonderful property and beautiful scenery

Owner contacted us immediately and gave information on our stay. Beautiful scenery and accomodations. We rented a pontoon from Charter Rentals in Annandale and easily parked it at the dock, weather was great for our stay . Overall had a fantastic time.

Great location

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Super easy to keep our boat at the slip just in front of the cabin. Hearing loons all the time was the icing on the cake. Thanks for the great accommodations. Many happy memories!

Amazing place on the lake

This place was perfect! Enjoyed the views on the deck. Lots of room for a party of 6! Boat dock spot for a rental pontoon from nearby!! Some of the best fishing I have had in a long time!!!

Perfect Condo on the Lake

The property was perfectly located for our fishing trip with a short walk to the dock on Clearwater Lake. The condo had all the essentials available and was very cozy. The weather was beautiful, so we spent plenty of time on the back deck simply enjoying the view of the lake.

Lovely Getaway

Great place to stay although it could use some interior updating - I didn't mind too much as we didn't spend much time inside but for example, the shade/curtain in my bedroom did not open for sunlight. The beach & pool were great for me & my friends. Everyone in the area was super nice & the check-in process was real simple! I'd definitely stay here again for the price.

Lakeside condo with good amenities

What a neat location and beautiful views of two different lakes. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The condo is a bit dated, but very cool, like you’re going back in time. One lake is just a minute walk, where you can swim or paddle board. And a nice clean pool, too. Fun vacation!

Perfect location

We spent a delightful week here with our grandchildren. The property had everything we needed and the location was perfect…..steps away from the playground, beach and pool. We also enjoyed exploring the area and its many parks….and the Pioneer Village. The owner’s directions were complete and easy to follow. We enjoyed the beautiful deck—-especially the swing. Many memories made and a load of tired children delivered back to their parents!

Wonderful vacation home!

Last year five friends and I stayed in another unit and it was not up to standards. This location was far superior and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and comfortable. We all slept well as the beds were comfortable and the rental had all the amenities we needed for a fun weekend with friends. All 6 of us said that we would come back again. Thank you to the owners for such a wonderful home away from home:)

Great!!

We stayed in the cabin and thought it was great! It was clean and has a GREAT location. It's right by th water and also really close to the pool. They supplied lots to do. Movies. Games. Etc just in case it rains. We will rent here again.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I brought our two little kids (2.5 and 5 months) for a weekend. Very relaxing couple of days. Our two-year old had so much fun with the pool and the playground and the beach. Just what we expected for a little lake getaway. Only had AC in one of the bedrooms with a window unit, but we just left the doors to the rooms open and it was fine. Overall pretty fun!

Great lake view

After a small hiccup in communication about access, we had a short but pleasant stay in this townhome on the lake. Being the end unit, it had a great, unencumbered view of the lake with a great deck where we spent most of our time. There were people in some of the other units but they were quiet and friendly but not intrusive. The unit was adequately stocked in the kitchen and the beds very comfortable. I'd book this unit again.

Cozy Cabin

The location was great. The property itself is dated but well maintained. Good amount of towels, pillows, blankets, seating etc. kitchen was well stocked. Beach, pool and playground were perfect for kids. Owner was good at communicating. Only one window AC unit in a bedroom upstairs. Would have been nice to have an additional AC option in the cabin. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Family weekend

Great time with our family, the lake is very weedy but we made the best of it and had fun! The condo is cute, brings me back to my childhood with the decor. And my only complaints are, the fridge was not as cold as it should be (on coldest setting) and ceiling fans in every room would help alot with air flow. I still give 5/5 over all!

Owned since 2003. Our goal is for you to have the best vacation possible. We are always available by cell phone in case you have extra needs. Our unit is the closest to the water. We have a veiw of one lake on one side and another lake on the opposite side.

You are close to the pool and the closest unit to the lake. You are the closest unit to the playground and closest to the docks. You can watch you kids on the playground and at the beach. You can fish off the dock. Our unit gives a clear view of the beautiful sunsets on Clearwater Lake.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Friendly owners, many rentals, vacation atmosphere and yet quieter than most vacation rentals. Pool rarely packed with people. Bring your pool toys and air matress or just sit in the sun or shade, read a book, and watch the action.
