VATTENFRONT HEM PÅ LAKE TRAVIS - Lake

Vackert hem ligger vid sjön Travis. Detta 3 sovrum 2 badrum hem har utsikt över sjön Travis från två olika balkonger. På övervåningen kan du koppla av i ett rymligt vardagsrum. Köket är fullt utrustat och det finns gott om plats för hela familjen att äta. Ett sovrum ligger också på övervåningen med en queen-size säng och badrum. Nedervåningen har vi 2 sovrum och ett stort badrum med jacuzzi-badkar samt duschkabin. Ett överdimensionerat sovrum har två queen size-sängar båda med nya minne skum madrasser. Det andra rummet har två enkelsängar. Det finns också en ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare. En stor täckt balkong har utsikt över sjön. Det är ett utmärkt ställe att äta en romantisk middag eller mata den vänliga rådjur som kommer på besök. Perfekt för helger / veckodagar och mycket familjevänligt. Du har tillgång till gym, simbassäng i olympisk storlek, privat park vid sjön, golf grov (9 håls) och en privat båtramp som ligger bara 1 km bort. Du kan också hyra en båt från Liquid Thrillz, som ligger i vår marina mindre än en mil från huset. Vi har också en flytande restaurang (The Gnarly Gar) där du kan höra fantastiska liveband på natten eller ha en söndagsbrunch! Point Venture är en dold pärla vid sjön Travis, dess en av våra favoritplatser att vara! Låt oss veta om du har några frågor alls !!!

This is the place to be!

I had such an amazing time at this property, for one it was so easy to rent two, The scenery the lake was beautiful, waking up to the beautiful deer in the morning, eating at the restaurant walking around the people are so sweet and kind I will be back.

Excellent choice

This is first time we used vrbo and this type of holiday stay and definitely will not be the last one. Our experience is very positive. The rental townhouse was well located and well furnished with everything that will make your stay enjoyable. The neighborhood was clean and noise-free. We saw multiple friendly deers day and night. Easy access to many close by coffee, gas stations and food places.

Christmas vacation

Had a family Christmas gathering. There was plenty of room for all. We had 6 adults and one child for dinner, but could have easily seated 9! The kitchen and house in general were very well stocked with everything we needed and that is what you want when flying in from out of state! We enjoyed walking to the park, watching the deer and enjoying the view. There were also fireworks one night! We also loved the proximity to Austin and enjoyed the city scene as well. We would love to come back when we could take advantage of all the lake has to offer! Also thanks so much to Jennifer for the great communication!

The right size, price and location

For a place to bunk down after a long day on the water, this property worked just fine. The unit is nothing extravagant - but with a family of five now requiring two hotel rooms, the price and size was perfect. Plus the manager was quick to respond with any requests for further information. Some small extra touches were nice and came in handy, too : - )

Living Life

Great communication, pleasant, and all my questions were answered with great enthusiasm. The Villa, as I called it was impeccable. Everything was laid out, clean, new fresh towels, all amenities you have in your own home. Great accommodations. The downstairs bedroom was really nice. OMG, the beds were just right too fir sleeping. Great view for the 4th of July parade. The surroundings were great too. The park, the late, & the restaurant. Not to mention the deer, lol. They run the place.

Hello, I have grown up on Lake Travis. One of my grandmothers lives in the neighborhood and my other grandmother owns a house nearby. Point Venture has always been a family affair and it holds a very special place in my heart. I bought the house a couple years ago to move closer to help my grandmother who was living alone and not willing to leave the lake. In the years since I bought the house, I have married and had a baby girl. My husband is a Houston firefighter and we have since moved so he can be closer to his work. We still come and visit quite often but now we can share our little piece of Heaven with you. I hope you can make some very special memories here with your family as well!

You will fall in love with the house, the neighborhood, and the of course the lake! This cozy two story house has lake views from both balconies. We spend most of our time outside on the lake, at the pool, or down at the Gnarly Gar listening to the great local bands. But when you do decide to come inside you will be pleased with the quiet peacefulness. We also have very comfortable beds (perks of owning a furniture store.) The upstairs bed is plush for those of you that like feel like you are sleeping on a cloud and I have two memory foam mattresses downstairs that are great for anyone who has any back pain! This is a great place to bring your family! My daughter loves feeding the deer off the back porch, my husband loves that he can go shoot a round of golf, and I love the lake! There is something for everyone. There are parks, hiking, and even wineries very close by. However, I want to make sure and note that Point Venture is about 40 miles from downtown Austin.
