NA SABINA är en underbar plats bara tio minuter från stranden (Cala Vadella) utanför den livliga staden och det kallas ofta som en av Spaniens bäst bevarade hemligheter. Det är lugnt och fridfullt, men bara 30 minuter från de största och största intressepunkterna på ön, som: Ibiza (stad), Las Salinas, San Rafael, flygplatsen
. Den lilla villaen är byggd i Ibiza vita karaktäristiska stil, det är 70m kvadrat och har tre terrasser med utsikt över Es Vedra och solnedgången över Medelhavet. Villan är perfekt för par eller par med en bebis som söker sol, vackra stränder, fantastiska solnedgångar, koppla av och de berömda Ibiza-nätterna. Ej lämplig för barn, rök inte och inte husdjur.

Wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen

Wir haben uns auf den ersten Blick in das Häuschen verliebt und die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und betreut. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal bei ihr. Das Häuschen war genauso, wie es im Internet abgebildet ist. Die Dachterasse ist wunderschön und bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Alles in allem 5 Sterne.

Es hat alles gepasst und es war ein Super Urlaub

Ein wunderschöne Finca / Appartment in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Gastgeberin Belen hat uns herzlich Empfangen, Tipps gegeben und Probleme umgehend behoben. Im Appartment ist alles vorhanden und auf der Dachterasse kann man schön entspannen. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt notwendig da es rund 30 Minuten von Ibiza-Stadt entfernt liegt. Zu unserer Zeit gab es für ein paar Tage in der Gegend Wasserprobleme, Belen hat alles daran gesetzt dies zu lösen. Die Unterkunft ist für ruhe Suchende Empehlenswert!

Bcp de charme et idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un délicieux séjour chez Belén qui nous a parfaitement accueillis. L'appartement est très agréable avec son balcon et son toit terrasse vue mer et même un petit bout d'Es Verda. La déco est charmante et la litterie est bonne. Belén est a la fois discrète et au petit soin. On se sent comme chez soi, avec un charme authentique qui ressource magiquement. Au calme tout en étant à 5 minutes en voiture des premieres criques, restaurants, superette... et parfait pour sillonner partout. Nous recommandons donc chaleureusement et espérons bien revenir !!!

Wunderbare Tage ohne Abstrich

Gastgeberin Belen war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnt zudem gleich nebenan und war stets ansprechbar. Das Haus war genau so wie auf den Abbildungen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder nehmen. Top eingerichtet bis hin zu Sonnenschirmen und Strandtüchern, gemütlich, sehr gutes Bett, Dachterrasse mit Meeresblick (wahnsinns Sonnenuntergang!), Frühstücksbalkon... KEINE Abstriche!

Warm beautiful apartment

Belen our host was amazing, she was a pleasure to meet and her taste in decor is energising. The apartment is beautifully decorated with pieces from all over the world that tastefully harmonises within the white-on-white boho balearic architecture. Honestly, our stay here was the most magical element of our first time in Ibiza. The accommodation is very well located as well, within a mostly quiet neighbourhood. I highly recommend! We will be back! Loads of love and good vibes, Raji & Willem.

Séjour fabuleux

L'endroit est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Il est propre, bien agencé, bien meublé avec des points de vue très beaux sur la mer, le coucher de soleil, un bout du rocher de Es Vedra. De plus, l'endroit est très calme. Enfin, Belen (la propriétaire) est très sympathique, disponible, avec plein de bons conseils. Ce fut une très belle rencontre. Nous attendons déjà de pouvoir y revenir. Merci !

Amazing Stay - Best Host - Peaceful Place

Thanks again to Belen for being the best host we could possibly dream of ! She is discreet yet super welcoming and we enjoyed so much our talks with her ! The place is amazing, quiet. Peace and quiet, fantastic views and very friendly host!

We really enjoyed our stay. Belen is an incredibly friendly and welcoming host. When we arrived she was there to greet us, showed us around, and left us some crisps and beer in the fridge for our first night. She kept in touch during our stay and it was always possible to get hold of her if there were any problems (though we didn't have any). The apartment is comfortable and very spacious. We had everything we needed in the kitchen area to prepare light meals (including two frying pans plus saucepans, contrary to the previous review on this site from May 2019). Having a dishwasher was an unexpected bonus, as was access to a washing machine! The interior of the fridge needed a bit of a wipe down, but otherwise we found the apartment spotlessly clean. The furnishings are identical to those in the photographs: the apartment contains an eclectic mix of vintage and modern items, but in our view it's unfair to describe these as 'tired'. The bathroom is clean and practical and looks like it has been refurbished recently. The bedroom has plenty of space for storing clothes and suitcases, and there are shutters on all the windows. If you're looking for somewhere peaceful to stay then this is a really excellent choice! The apartment is located up in the hills away from main roads, and the houses are interspersed with plenty of mature trees and shrubs. The views from the terrace and balcony are spectacular (we loved watching the sunset from the roof terrace). The TV is equipped with subscription services, giving access to a full range of programmes in different languages if you do want entertainment -- though we didn't have much need for it as we spent most of our time enjoying Ibiza. The beach at Cala Vedella is great, if a little busy, but we also loved exploring some of the other beaches in the vicinity including Cala Carbo (which was quieter) as well as getting out and about and exploring the rest of the island. You will need a car to really get the most out of this place, but street parking is free and we didn't usually have too much difficulty finding a space. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday and hope to come back again another year. Thank you, Belen!

Unterkunft von Belen "Na Sabina Boho House"

Belen hat sich sehr bemüht, damit wir die Unterkunft finden, uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles getan damit wir uns wohl fühlen. Das Haus war gepflegt, es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Kurzum: es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Pretty but damp, dated and basic

We received an effusive welcome from our charming hostess Belen. First impressions were favourable but it did not take long to dampen our spirits. I travel extensively so know how disappointing a bad review will be for Belen but there are are serious issues with this flat. The first was an overriding smell of damp in the bedroom. The cupboards, drawers and bedding were extremely musty even after the previous prolonged dry spell. This is clearly an ongoing issue as there is a portable dehumidifier: unfortunately this was unable to reduce the humidity below 70%. On the bed, grey sheets were clean but had old ingrained dirt. Belen kindly provided two new pillows as the others were worn out. The very-average mattress is 30cm too small for the two linked wooden bed bases. Light from the living room which has no black-out blinds ensures an early wake-up call. Two steps from the bedroom, easy to trip on, lead up to the living room/kitchen. Here we found various electrical multi-socket leads trailing across the floor. The furniture is an eclectic mix of mismatched items. My friend described it a cross between ´boot fair and Ikea´. "BoHo" is a 1980s abbreviation of Bohemian Homeless, drawing on various bohemian and hippie influences. These days it suggests a level of luxury and chic, but the furnishings here are certainly not. The chaise and chair look just fine but are incredibly uncomfortable. The two pretty carved wood dining chairs have no seat cushions. There is an old LCD tv receiving only Spanish and news channels. The kitchen, open plan to the living room, lacks basic equipment such as frying pan, small saucepan and casserole dish. There are no instruction manuals. A door leads to the bathroom, newly painted but already showing damp patches around the adequate shower, where, incidently, there is no shelf on which to stand shampoo etc. On the small living room balcony, metal chairs and a table fit only for the skip stood on dirty and cracked tiles. This standard continues to the roof terrace where there are no parasols or shade. Finally, a word about the location. These flats were built fifty years ago as the long-defunct Robinson Club holiday complex and are now badly subsiding in a run-down area. The local crowded beach has two over-priced tourist restaurants and a small supermarket. You definitely need a car. I am sorry Belen but this is a very tired flat and seriously overpriced even for expensive Ibiza.

La casa ideal en Ibiza

La casa es perfecta para pasar un fin de semana o unas vacaciones más largas. Belén, su dueña, disfruta cuidando todos los detalles y hace que la estancia sea muy especial y te sientas “como en tu casa de Ibiza”. Repetiría sin dudarlo: la casa es perfecta por localización, limpieza y demás, y tener a Belén cerca es un lujo! Muchas gracias por todo :)

Belen’s apartment

Belen was as amazing host. We landed late in ibiza and we were tired and hungry and Belen drove us to a restaurant which unfortunately was fully booked so Belen then drove us to the beach to eat. Also Belen drove us to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble and the apartment is beautiful. We will be back again.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen Details und von Belen selbst restaurierten Möbelstücken. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Herzlichen Dank auch nochmal an Belen für ihre herzliche Art. Ich hoffe wir kommen bald wieder!

A beautiful, peaceful apartment with wonderful views!

This is more like a house than an apartment as it is a house divided into three very private apartments. It is large and open with a balcony leading off the living area and a roof terrace with separate seating areas above. The decor is attractive with personal touches that make it very homely. It is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and peaceful surrounded by private houses and larger villas or apartments. Belen is a lovely, relaxed and welcoming host. The beach of Cala Vadella is beautiful, sandy and not overcrowded. It takes just over 10 minutes to walk down but longer back uphill in the heat. The location is great for visiting other beaches in the area but Cala Vadella is actually one of the nicest, in my opinion. I thoroughly recommend Na Sabina Boho! We had a fantastic holiday here!
