Enjoy the most beautiful ibizenco sunsets... This small apartment of 50m 2, with new air conditioning, will welcome you feet in the sand. From 2 to 4 people, it will be ideal for a couple or a family with young children. Located on the second floor of a small building, it includes a living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people) a bedroom with 1 double bed, a large bathroom with toilet and a well equipped kitchen. The small terrace opens onto the bay and you can enjoy the famous sunsets of Ibiza.
Located in the southwest coast, close to the legendary beaches, the most desired area of the island, you will enjoy the ibiza lifestyle.

Great location—very clean and tidy with all the facilities you could need. The host was quick to respond, and check-in was smooth with excellent communication. Loved the vibe of the beach bar downstairs, which added to the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place on a beautiful beach. Very cozy and relaxing. Check out was a bit early and a.c could have been a bit colder but after one night you get used to it.Pillows and bed was fantastic. Very good sleep. Would come back. Good price also.Recommend!

Best beach in Ibiza

We had a great time in Catherine‘s sweet apartment. You have everything nearby and the best beach in Ibiza right infront of the house. View from the balcony is outstanding and communication with agency was perfect as well. We would love to return!

Perfect location, if you look for a dreamy beach Appartement. Easiest communication, everything was very clean and the beach of Cala Vadella is just stunning. We had the best sunsets on the terrace. :)

Lovely Apartment for Two

Our second visit to Cala Vadella, the first staying here. Great location with lovely views over the bay. The apartment is above a busy beach bar and adjacent to a (good) restaurant, but it is on the second floor so minimal noise in mornings and evenings (in fact, it occasionally provided a good vibe when sitting on the balcony). Owner and host were both very helpful and answered question quickly. 5*

Dreams do come true!

We‘ve spent 3 weeks in this beautiful apartment close to the beach and we loved it so much! The interior is very nice and also the facilities are very comfortable. You can reach restaurants and supermarket by feet which makes it very comfortable to live there. For us it was like a dream coming true to live not only close to the beach but at the beach and we would rent the apartment again without doubt.

Beautiful beachfront apartment

Catherine's apartment in Ibiza was exactly what we wanted for our stay. Perfectly located right on the beach, it offered stunning views of the bay from both the bedroom and the balcony. The apartment itself is tastefully finished, providing a homely feel. Well-equipped with all the amenities you need, and communication with both Catherine and Carlos was spot on. They were always available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this property if you're seeking a quieter beach holiday in Ibiza.

Very well located, property is well locked after and matches description, youll find all you need to have a few days off with ease and confort. The owner is very conunicative and caring being flexible and accomodating your needs as possible. Parking in the area can complicated at some times.. the area is great, quete than other busier places in Ibiza, the view and water at the bay are stupendous, with great sunset views. A place to return. Thanks Catherine. We had an amazing time.

A most wonderful apartment

We loved our stay in Catherine's apartment! It was even better than we had hoped. The location was perfect, directly onto the sand below, with the mist beautiful view from the bedroom and the balcony. The interiors were also gorgeous and communication with the owner and the agent were excellent...I couldn't recommend it highly enough. My only negative point wasthat the neighbour below was very noisy on one of our nights, which wasn't idea as we had our young children with us but that sometimes can be expected when staying in an apartment. It certainly didn't ruin our stay though!

Das Apartment ist wunderschön und so wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist top und die Kommunikation mit den Verantwortlichen ist hervorragend. Die AbzĂŒge in der Gesamtbewertung sind leider der deutlich zu lauten Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer geschuldet. Wir haben dies auch schon bei der RĂŒck-Übergabe erwĂ€hnt. Ansonsten fĂŒr eine 3 köpfige Familie "Außergewöhnlich schön". Herzlichen Dank ...

Reibungsloser Check in ,katastrophale Parksituation,nur ein kleiner KĂŒhlschrank fĂŒr die heisse Jahreszeit total unterdimensioniert,kein Gefrierfach und somit keine Möglichkeit Dinge einzufrieren,im Schlafzimmer nur KlimagerĂ€t ineffizient und laut , Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich gut KĂŒche ohne ausreichende KĂŒchenutensilien fĂŒr den Selbstversorger kein Toaster keine Kaffemaschine Herdplatten wurden nicht richtig heiss haben selbst eine Kochplatte gekauft damit wir z.B. Braten konnten kein KĂŒchensieb zu wenig HandtĂŒcher im Bad nur zwei kleine GĂ€stetĂŒcher und 2 BadetĂŒcher fĂŒr 9 Übernachtungen Achtung Um Punkt 6 Uhr morgens zog vom Berg hinab eine ĂŒble FĂ€kalienwolke in die Bucht hier kann die Vermieterin nichts dafĂŒr aber es war sehr störend haben uns jeden Tag den Wecker um 5.45 gestellt und alle Fenster geschlossen vorhanden zu wenig Töpfe WasserqualitĂ€t in der Bucht nicht gut wahrscheinlich der extremen Hitze geschuldet sind immer zur Nachbarbucht gefahrenpositives : wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse und Sonnenuntergang unbeschreiblich schön,Sauberkeit des Objekts Kleiner Laden direkt in der Anlage mit kalten GetrĂ€nken und leckerem Brot sowie Eis zum KĂŒhlen
