Lägenhet på 80 m², helt utanför, ljusa och tysta. Perfekt att koppla av och varva ner. Den har ett rymligt vardagsrum som tillåter flera utrymmen: koppla av, läsa, matsal, öppen på utsidan av en terrass med stora fönster som släpper in ljuset i staden och se spektakulära vyer att beundra den främre bilden av katedralen och Giralda.

Bestående av två sovrum: ett med dubbelsäng och det andra med två enkelsängar. Fullt badrum. Fullt utrustat kök med tvättstuga.

I vardagsrummet finns en futon reconvertible (fåtölj - soffa - säng) som gör att en femte person över natten.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Traumsicht über Sevilla vom 9. Stock. Sonnenbaden rund um die Uhr auf der Dachterrasse im 10. Stock auch im Dezember. Wohnung und Küche bestens ausgerüstet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich vor dem Haus. Garage im gleichen Gebäude 24 Std überwacht. Zu Fuss ca. 30 Minuten in die Altstadt jedoch ein toller Weg mit teilweise reizender Fussgängerzone. Die Gastgeberin Frau Montse ist sehr hilfsbereit. Anfänglich gab es ein Missverständnis wegen dem Parkplatz. Sie hat das grosszügig und kulant geregelt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Relaxing view in a real neighborhood

Great view from the terrace of the Sevilla skyline, both day and night. Functional but small kitchen that worked well for us. Grocery store right across the street and friendly tapas and wine bar on the same block. Yummy grilled chicken place around the corner. Walk into Sevilla proper that could be along tree-lined boulevards or meandering thru the ceramics district to the Triana market. Sevilla was a wonderful city to walk and wander around with each block consisting of historic buildings. The catherdral was overwhelming, Alcantara & the gardens were very interesting, we liked the bullring more than we thought. And the Spanish Pavilion (for the 1929 Worlds Fair) was delightful and relaxing w the guitar echoing thru the promenade. The carriage ride out to the Spanish Pavilion and to get an overview of the city space worked out well - (the horses seemed well cared for). And a flamenco show was perfect for an evening event.

Appartement décoré avec goût, propre, très bien équipé. Vue magnifique sur la ville et la cathédrale. Literie confortable. Communication très facile et rapide. Très bien situé avec arrêt de bus, commerces et restaurants à proximité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Apartamento legal e boa localização

Nossa estadia foi bem legal. Montse sempre muito atenciosa. O apto é bom, com cozinha completa, porém um pouco antigo, móveis antigos e com muitas coisas pessoais espalhadas por todo o lado. Muitas coisas desnecessárias. para um apartamento de aluguel rápido. O que seria importante seriam amenidades como shampoo e sabonete que não haviam. Estavamos de carro e havia um estacionamento com custos adicionais em baixo do edificio, o que facilitou muito. Há um supermercado em frente ao edificio, também ajudou, porém todos os dias faziam muito barulho para descarregar os produtos. O pior de tudo é a peixaria ao lado do edificio. O cheiro é insuportável e entra no edificio e vai para todos os andares. Muito ruim. No geral foi bom

Très bel appartement et bien situé

Bel appartement, propre et bien situé à environ 25 minutes max du Centro de Seville. Plusieurs restaurants dans les alentours ainsi qu'un supermarché. Communication et processus d'accès facile. Propriétaire aimable. A recommander absolument.

Great apartment in a perfect location

The communication was great, easy check in. The apartment was very comfortable with a nice terrace. The area was easy to get to everything, very walkable, we rented scooters and they were a great way to around.

Beautiful sunrise and sunset!! Clean and comfy

Very clean apartment with everything you’ll need! There’s a market Conveniently across the street, across the street on the right side corner there’s a great little restaurant call Mi Vario their food is delicious!!! Comfortable beds enough pillows very very nice highly recommend it!

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement décoré avec soin, bien entretenu et profité pleinement de la terrasse. Il est très bien équipé. La seule petite difficulté a été l'ouverture de porte. Le quartier est animé avec ses restaurants et bars. Un grand merci à Montse pour son cadeau de bienvenue, sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité. Nous conseillons sans hésiter cet appartement très bien situé pour visiter Séville et ses environs.

Great location and very thoughtfully equipped

We loved the location of this apartment and the very well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is great, very close to the main strolling area of Triana. The kitchen had everything we needed and well-equipped to cook a full meal. Balcony and view are fantastic, especially romantic when the sun goes down and the cathedral is lit up in the distance. This place is a little small but we made do in a family situation.

Good location

Very nice location, near the bus station but also în walking distance for the main visiting attractions like Cathedral and Royal Alcazar. The balcony provides a very nice view from the ninth floor of the center of the city. The location is suitable for 2 couples or a group of 4 people. It served very well our purpose of visiting Sevilla at the end of the year.

Beautiful apartment with cathedral view in Triana

We had an unusual experience where we thought we had booked a different apartment but ended up in this one- not the fault of these property owners. What could have been a disappointing experience turned into a wonderful stay— Miguel was very accommodating, we were greeted with wine and snacks and had a beautiful Christmas celebration as a family. This place has so many little touches and felt like home. The sunrises and sunsets are brilliant with a view of the cathedral in the distance. We loved being in the Triana neighborhood with quick and easy access to downtown Seville by both foot and car. Thank you for making our stay feel special; I highly recommend staying in Triana, going to a local flamenco show and walking down to the river and across the bridges.

Great Place

We stayed for 6 nights with 2 kids and loved the view, location and proximity to groceries. We arrived and the check-in was fast and easy, there was food waiting for us and lots of great books for travel ideas.

Great apartment

Beautifully clean apartment with very comfortable double bed and pillows. We didn’t use the twin room. The balcony was lovely and had morning sun so was perfect for breakfast. The rooms were a bit smaller than they appeared in the photos and it would be tight for 5 adults but perfect for us. The sofa was very comfortable. The only thing we would comment is that there were only 2 wine glasses -ok for us but not if there were 4 adults. The coffee machine is a Nespresso one and had we realized we would have brought our favorites with us, though there were capsules provided. There area is very convenient with a supermarket across the road and a lovely locals bar. Although it’s not a long walk into the monument zone (20 - 30 mins) it was enough to put us off going back and forth during the day which was a pity as some of the tours we had booked were spaced out over the day and getting back to rest wasn’t worthwhile. Taxis are available!! Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would recommend the apartment.

Brilliant stay

We have just returned from 4 nights in this lovely apartment. Everything about it was spot on and Miguel, the manager, was very helpful and replied quickly to any queries we had. Much appreciated. The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard throughout. The bed was comfortable although the pillow was much too hard for my taste....but that's just personal preference. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided and the AC in every room was very welcome. Triana is an up and coming area with lots of good places to eat and a fabulous Flamenco show at Baraka. Book this show if you can. It is a bit of a trek to the main tourist centre, but we tended to do all the touristy stuff during the day and then spend the evenings in the local area, which is about 5-10 minutes walk away. This was our first visit to Seville; there is still a lot for us to see and do so we will be back and would stay in this really great apartment without hesitation.

Le processus d'arrivée est compliqué (téléchargement d'une application ( je suis sur trottoir devant la porte). qui ne marche pas. Je téléphone au représentant qui, bien aimable, ouvre à distance la boîte contenant la clef du logis. Pas de clef. Le représentant vient lui-même avec les clés. Ouf! Finalement c'est un très bel appartement très propre, très bien équipé et très bien situé , avec un balcon agréable les chaudes soirées sevillannes.

Endroit parfait

Voyage familial 5 personnes dont un bébé. La communication avec le proprio Montse et par la suite le gérant Miguel s’est très bien passé. Accès au quartier Triana et appartement très facile. Nous avons opté pour le stationnement sous-terrain payant (10€ par jour) car plus facile de s’y garer. L’appart au 9e étage est parfait, cuisine a tous les accessoires nécessaires, propre, endroit sécuritaire, confortable, calme. Parfaitement situé près des restos et cafés de Triana et à une distance de marche raisonnable des lieux touristiques. La vue du balcon est magnifique. Marché Dia face à l’appart. Merveilleux séjour et y retournerais sans hésitation. Merci à Montse et Miguel.

Apartamento perfeito em Triana

Eu e minha família permanecemos por uma longa temporada no apartamento. A proprietária, Montsé, é maravilhosa e se esforça sempre para responder com rapidez tudo que lhe é solicitado. Ficamos muito felizes com a nossa escolha. O apartamento em si é limpo, funcional, confortável e oferece mais do que se pode precisar...A localização é perfeita. O bairro de Triana é especial. O centro da cidade é acessível em curta caminhada ou pelos meios de transporte disponíveis (ônibus). Do apartamento se tem uma bela vista para a catedral. Os dias que passamos em Triana vão permanecer para sempre em nossa memória, não só pela beleza da cidade, mas pelo acolhimento proporcionado pela Montsé em seu belo apartamento. Para quem vai de carro, há garagem disponível no prédio, o que é uma raridade na região. Experiência altamente recomendável e que vai nos deixar saudades para sempre...Espero poder voltar um dia e me hospedar por aí novamente. Obrigada por tudo, Montsé!

Puente de la Inmaculada en Sevilla

Todo perfecto. Montse, nuestra anfitriona, siempre atenta y cordial. Alonso, el chico que nos recibió, encantador. La vivienda te permite descansar, tremendamente cómoda, y el desayuno y las vistas, desde la terraza, de lo mejor. La vivienda tiene todos los detalles que puedas imaginar, y alguno más. Sevilla, su gente, y este barrio de Triana, se quedan para siempre contigo....Muchas gracias de corazón.

Muy bien equipado y acogedor en un barrio autėntico.

El apartamento es acogedor y tiene todas las comodidades como para sentirte en tu propia casa. Justo enfrente hay un supermercado. La propietaria, Montse, amable y diligente. La ubicación en un barrio popular y auténtico alejado del enjambre turístico y de las molestas tiendas de souvenirs y negocios para "guiris", aunque nos obligaba a dar un paseo para llegar al centro monumental, unos de 25 mts. a pie a través del barrio de Triana. Recomendable.

Sehr komfortabel und gemütlich ausgestattet!

Das Appartement liegt im 9. Stock (mit Fahrstuhl), vom Balkon aus hat man einen guten Blick über die Stadt. Es war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt und hatte eine Erstausstattung an Toilettenpapier, Küchenrollen, Kaffeekapseln, Mülltüten, Waschmittel usw., um über die erste Zeit zu kommen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als Willkommensgruß hat sie uns einen Blumenstrauß, einen Prosecco, Brot und kleine Leckereien hingestellt, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut und es uns schmecken lassen. Das Appartement ist ausgesprochen gemütlich, geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet, viel schöne Deko, hübsche Lampen und sogar sehr bequeme Betten! Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, die braucht man im Sommer auch. In der Küche mit danebenliegendem Abstellraum gibt es ausreichend Geschirr, einen Geschirrspüler, Nespresso Kapselmaschine, Mikrowelle, diverse Küchenkleingeräte, eine Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Von der Wohnung aus kann man zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten die Altstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Der Weg dorthin führt durch Heaven Triana mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften. Genau gegenüber befindet sich ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, so dass man sich bequem mit Lebensmitteln versorgen kann. Eigentlich braucht man in Sevilla kein Auto, wir haben uns trotzdem einen Mietwagen genommen, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung, z.B. nach Cordoba und zu den weißen Dörfern Andalusiens zu machen. Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Appartements zu finden, ist allerdings so gut wie aussichtslos. Es gibt aber unter dem Haus eine bewachte Tiefgarage, die Zufahrt ist in einer Nebenstraße. Nicht gerade preiswert, aber notwendig, falls man ein Auto hat. Wir haben uns in diesem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt, fast wie zu Hause und können dieses Appartement wärmstens empfehlen! Sollten wir noch einmal nach Sevilla kommen, würden wir gerne wieder hier wohnen. Nochmal einen ganz herzlichen Dank und liebe Grüße an unsere Vermieterin!
