Rummet ligger i ett 130 år gammalt viktorianskt hus i Historic Downtown Lexington.

Lexington Weekend Get Away

Second time staying at Broadway Gardens and not the last. Great Location and Price. Short drive to Keenland to bet the ponies. Easy walk to Lexington Opera for a show, antique shopping, nice restaurants, coffee shops, nice cocktail lounges and rooftop bars. Apartment is clean and cozy with comfy bed after a long day of exploring and entertainment. Thank you and see you next time.

Perfect!

We were only here for one night for a concert but everything was perfect! The concert was at rupp and it was only a 20 minute walk so location is perfect. The place was very clean and the owner is very friendly! He keeps a lot of things stocked in the room so if you forget anything he has you covered! I would recommend anyone staying

Perfect, charming spot

My husband and I felt right at home in this comfortable, well appointed space. We spent cool mornings in Barry’s lovely and private garden, and later strolled downtown through the charming historical district. Shady parking was readily available, and our host was a message away. Thank you, Barry!

Great place for two people and a short stay

This was a nice property to stay at. Out jass all you need of you are just in and out. Mini fridge,microwave, TV, bathroom, private entrance. The parking is on the street two houses down, but was never a problem. Downtown is about fifteen minute walk or Ubers are readily available in lexington. We typically stay at the hilton downtown, but decided to try this to save a buck or two. We were not disappointed. Everything in the listing was accurate and the host was always quick to respond and even followed up with us while we were there Cheers.

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying here, and I have no complaints. The room is as advertised, well-stocked, and comfortable. It was perfect for a quick trip to Lexington to visit our son.

Big old house walkable to breweries and restaurants

the room was small and cute but it was all we needed! we did use the refrigerator/freezer and coffee maker! the patio out back was so nice but we didnt get a chance to use it. Lexington is a nice town. we would stay there again! The location is a bit noisy traffic wise, thus the 4 stars

Great place just to rest your head

Had been at Keeneland and perfect place for one to sleep. Great for a parent of a student to stay somewhat close to campus. Enjoyed the quiet to relax and get some work done.

Lexington Opera House

Quick trip to Lexington to see a show. Clean Comfortable, Quant and Walking Distance. Barry was very helpful and even went out of his way to ship our coats back to us we left hanging on the back of a door. Enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again the next time we are in town. Thanks!

Nice little retreat

So cute! The bed was super comfy. It was the perfect distance from lots of attractions. I felt safe in the neighborhood as a solo traveler. Kevin was great with communicating. I would stay here again.

Great space and comfy bed - beautiful house and neighborhood, convenient to downtown. The only thing I’d mention is the entrance is dark, the key box is unlit, and the door lock is old so it was a bit wonky getting in and locking up to leave, but the living space is very cute with lots of towels, snacks, etc. Great place!

Luxe in Lex

Great accomodations. Walking distance to everything (breweries, donut shop, downtown). So comfortable. Well decorated. Owner even checked (messaged) during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We will be back.
