If your visiting keenland, or just the area. This house is perfect. Its close to track, close , restaurants, its pet friendly, we had our frenchbull dog. Just fantastic.

It was a wonderful place to stay! Fenced in backyard for dog was superb. The property was close to everything. Short drive to anywhere. Neighborhood was quiet. 10/10 We'll stay again!

This property is clean and quiet. It’s a really cute place! We were only there for one night totaling about 8 hours! Would definitely stay again.

Clean, Dog Friendly, Great Location

After reading some of the reviews, I did try to be a bit more proactive with messaging the host ahead of time for information about a pet deposit and stuff, and they were always responsive. If I hadn't messaged them first, though, I do think I would have been more frustrated with the entire process. Home itself is cozy, clean, and was perfect for our needs. I wouldn't recommend more than 3 adults for a stay - at even 4 people for 2 nights we were pressed for space in the bathroom especially. LOVE the fenced in backyard, it was our main draw because we were traveling with our dogs. Patio space is beautiful. The cleaners do an amazing job with the entire house.Overall, we had everything we needed and felt safe in this neighborhood, and we loved being so close to everything we wanted to visit.

Thanksgiving in Lexington

This is our second time staying at this property while visiting my family for the holidays. Super comfortable home with everything we needed to feel at home for 4 days. Our dogs love the huge back yard and we looked forward to unwinding at the cozy place after busy days.

Short stay

This is our 2nd time booking this home. The host left us a basket full of goodies, Keurig cups, shampoo, soaps and more! The house is very clean and we love the fenced in yard! The location is wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet! We would stay here again.

Perfect place

The house was perfect for our weekend stay!!Its located within 10 minutes of everything!! Furnished very nicely with all the essentials. The only thing I can suggest is a full length mirror!! We plan to stay there again

Loved it !!!

Other than the small trash can in the kitchen, no complaints about anything. Loved the location, the size of the home, the fenced in backyard (we had our dog with us). The power went out while we were there (no fault of the owners) but they offered to move us to another property. We liked the property so much that we didn’t want to leave. The power was back on within a couple hours. We will stay here again.

Great potential, challenging communication

We really enjoyed the house, its location, and the smooth check-in process. However, communication with the property managers was disappointing—very different from my past experiences with hosts. I reached out three times and never received a response.The house itself had a few concerns. The countertop appeared unstable and potentially unsafe, and the bedroom blinds let in a significant amount of light from the street, making it difficult to sleep.That said, the location was fantastic, and the price was great—so perhaps it’s a case of getting what you pay

Long stay in Lexington

We had a need to stay in Lexington for almost two weeks while my sister prepared for a move there from Chicago. We were traveling with 3 adults and a puppy. The home is dog friendly, which was so nice and much needed for our family. The area is very safe and centrally located to everything you could need in the area, including a very large indoor mall with great shops. You do need to drive everywhere but we expected that and that wasn't an issue. The driveway easily accommodated a car and a van. Neighbors were quiet and the home was clean. Would definitely stay there again should the need arise.

Lexington visit

Neighborhood, ease of access/location to UK, and decor of home were wonderful, however the items soon found to need attention were left unaddressed. In addition the host did not respond to correspondence on the matters, which was submitted numerous times by myself and VRBO staff. Those factors were definite game changers for our experience.

Adorable home, close to stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, huge backyard with a fire pit and nice location. Loved our one night stay and were very comfortable in this house! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for a short trip, a girls weekend or as a stop along the way to a further away destination. Great place and great fenced in yard. Comfy beds.

The house was in a great location and was the perfect rental for two couples. Only negative was the air conditioner struggled to keep up during the hot days so an extra box fan or two hanging around to use would be a great addition.
