Small but clean

The apartment itself is very small but is clean and newly remodeled. The walls are thin so it is a bit noisy, especially on the sleeper sofa but earplugs are provided by the host. This is a residential apartment, we felt fairly safe in the area. Nice place for the price.

Excellent séjour !

Appartement parfait pour un séjour découverte de New York ! Confortable, bien entretenu et propre. Très bon contact avec l'hôte qui est disponible en cas de besoin. De plus, le bus n°125 de l'autre côté de la rue emmène directement dans Manhattan à Port Authority en 25/30 min. Génial! Seul petit bémol : l'insonorisation de l'appartement est à améliorer mais l'hôte donne des bouchons d'oreille pour la nuit. Notre séjour estival a été merveilleux et nous projetons déjà de revenir une prochaine fois pour des fêtes féériques de fin d'année. Merci Claudia !

Top Appartement für Städtetrip nach NY

Wir haben mit 4 Kindern im Alter von 7-17 Jahren 5 Nächte in dem Appartement verbracht. Funktional und bequem eingerichtet. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Sehr gutes WLAN. Bus direkt vor der Tür, man ist in 15 Minuten am Port Authority Bus Terminal in NY. Alles hat wie abgesprochen geklappt. Super Infos von Claudia vor der Anfahrt. Für einen Städtetrip nach NY absolut empfehlenswert!

4 day short trip to NYC

Smaĺl but well kept apartment. AC in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and in living room, kept cool even in hottest July days. Direct connection by bus to Times Square in 20-25 minutes. A great stay.

In one word TOP! If you want more words! ReadBelow :-). The premises were very need and I like described. Nice and need apartment. First arriving at the building you might think is a bid outdated but when entering the apartment you wil know all is very nice and fine. During our stay there was a ver small thing to fix and we noticed the owner to be able to fix it for the next person to rent the apartment and Claudia did all to fix it still during our stay. Thank you for that. Apartment has 3 good size bedrooms so good stay for 6 persons. Kitchen has all that is needed. Even the coffee for when arriving late! Supermarket is like 5 min walk. The bus stop (take the 125) is in front of the building easy 20 min to NY center so easy. Even late in the evening the return is an easy trip. Just be sure to be at the correct apartment when retuning late. Buildings look familiar to the neighbors building. (Again sorry to call you this late Claudia and thank you to help us!) If I make the trip again I will rent the same place again for sure. No need for me to stay at the center of NY.

Family friendly!

Great location to travel easily into NY for fight seeing at a fraction of the cost compared to NY. Five of us fit comfortably in the apartment and had no complaints. The owner was extremely friendly, communicated well and was super easy to work with. Will definitely rent again!

Zeer comfortabel verblijf vlak bij NewYork city

Wat was het een goede keus om in het appartement van Claudia 4 nachten met 7 personen. Met de bushalte voor de deur waren we in 15 min downtown. Met de verschillende winkels ' om de hoek' en eetgelegen was het eenvoudig om zelf te koken, uit te eten of op te halen. Dit appartement heeft alles voor een huiselijk en comfortabel verblijf. De airco was ook zeer fijn. Het contact met Claudia was prima. Kortom een echte aanrader deze woning!

Decent stay

I booked this place for my family to stay who were visiting from out of state (my parents, sister and godmother) Location was very convenient especially if you are planning to go to nyc - bus stop is literally a block away. It would have been helpful, if listing included a picture of outside of the apartment building - we did not know this was a big apartment building with multiple units so was a bit surprised. Noise level was pretty high since it is located on a busy street and I think there might be hospital nearby (my family complained that they had hard time sleeping at night due to the sound of ambulance) If you are a sensitive sleeper, I would recommend not to stay at this place. The least pleasant part for me was communication with property owner. After my family checked out, the owner contacted me accusing my family for a missing hairdryer. When I talked to my family who are pretty much elders, they said they never saw nor used hairdryer up on checking in. Knowing my family, they are not the type of people who would take anything away from property and this was very unpleasant for me. Also owner demanded me to send IDs for everyone and forced to keep it on the file until checkout which I was not comfortable with as copy of ID can be used for fraud, etc. Overall I would say decent stay with a few improvemental area.

Adorable apartment!

We needed a place to stay for a few days while moving our youngest into college. The three bedroom apartment was clean, spacious for what we needed and conveniently located. We will book here again!

Worth the price

The apartment was recently renovated and very clean. The neighborhood was safe and services are close by. The bus to Manhattan went every hour and was easily accessible. Communication with Claudia went well and she responded quickly. The laundry room is nearby and got laundered and dried laundry conveniently. The house looks terrible on the outside but don't be fooled, the interior is very comfortable. The sounds of the street were inside, so there were earplugs waiting on the bedside table. The whole family slept well and we had a nice vacation.
