Very nice place to stay for a girls weekend. Convenient to airport and easy to get to. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again if needed.

Was a nice quite place and neighborhood. Check-in was very easy. Great wi-fi and they have all the streaming services. Close drive to a reasonable priced parking garage to take the train to the city.

Perfect for a pit stop in Jersey City

Wanted to grab a place in Jersey City as a place to crash before and after a birthday party. The place was spacious, had everything we needed, central air worked like a charm and plenty of blankets and pillows. Check in and check out was a breeze and the dedicated parking space was super convenient. Would highly recommend!

New York City trip

This was perfect for our trip to NYC. We were very close to the PATH station which made it easy to get into the city. The place was great and had everything we needed!

Easy and comfortable stay

Overall, the stay was seamless. The host accommodated an early check-in for my group. The property has a very large living room area. There is parking for one car in the driveway.

Great Location

This was the ideal location for our Girls Trip! Restaurants are within walking distance (but you have to like walking), the Path Train into New York was a breeze and the property manager/owner was very accommodating to our needs as well as providing information on the unit and suggestions on how to get around!!

The property had a good location to the Path train to NYC and Newark Airport. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. However the kitchen had a bad ant infestation, we had to immediately remove anything from the counter to keep it from the ants. The bathroom showers had quite a bit of mold and the towels needed updating. The new neighbors that moved in during our stay were nice but very noisy They did quiet down when asked but there isn’t much noise insulation. The street is a quiet residential street

Pleasant stay near NYC

On the + side: Place was really big for the 8 of us (4 adults + 4 children). Central A/C was appreciated, and 2 bathrooms as well. We were quite happy with our choice of staying outside NYC and taking the train from Journal square - about 10-15 min walk. Neighborhood was ok during the day, but I wouldn't have wandered alone at night (it might be ok, but we didn't know the neighborhood). We could park one car in the designated spot, and had no problem parking the other one in the street (but be vigilant of notices because you have to switch sides from one day to another). On the - side: cleanliness is irregular: both showers had very obvious mold in them, items from previous tenants were found under the beds. Clearly an ant problem in the kitchen (very small ants). More table cutlery would be needed, and more pots & pans as well. Located on 3rd floor - to be taken into consideration if you don't want to carry your luggage for 2 flights of stairs (but they're quite large). Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great house with a great location

The apartment is extremely spacious and well maintained, it was stocked on kitchen and bathroom supplies. There’s a collection of children’s books if you are traveling with a child, as well as games such a chess to play with your friends. It’s about a 12 minute walk to the train station to get into NYC so getting into the city is a breeze. The checkout process couldn’t have been easier, you won’t get a 2 page long list of instructions on things you need to do on top of your cleaning fee, just separate trash from recycling. My wife and I booked this property to go see Hadestown on broadway and we’ve already decided that we would gladly book here again for our next show.

Good stay for the price

We liked the apartment. It was the top floor of a duplex building in a quiet neighborhood. The train station was a 1 mile walk. The Property Rep was Accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage before checking jn. (This was a lifesaver for us). The apartment could use a deep clean, and we had issues with ants jn the kitchen.

Great find in Jersey City!

The photos don’t do the location justice! My friends and I celebrated that my now husband and I got married and we couldn’t have a found a better location for our needs! The living room was spacious and the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable.
