Beläget ett kvarter från stranden är det bara två minuters promenad tills vit pulveriserad sand är mellan tårna! Lätt på barnen och ännu enklare för dig! Runt hörnet från restauranger, pubar och butiker med cykel, bil eller gratis övagn. Vagnen tar dig och din familj över hela Anna Maria Island för sevärdheter, mat, glass och shopping. Gör att komma runt en bris! Coconut Cove är ett lyxigt och välkomnande hem på det perfekta läget på ön Anna Maria. Wonderful weekend

We have an amazing time together at Coconut Cove, the house has it all.. walk distance to the beach and a tiki restaurant that has really good tacos and drinks. You just need to bring your bathing suit and ready to enjoy your mini vacations. the house is very spacious, has a ping pong table, mini golf and a fútbol table

Great stay with family close to the beach!

Our family loved our stay at this Bradenton Beach home. It was a short 2 to 3 minute walk to the pathway to the beach which was great for our teenagers. We spent most of our time outside in the backyard and the space was great for our family. The undercover relaxing area was great when we wanted to get out of the sun or when the Florida afternoon showers rolled in. The hot tub reached a perfect hot temperature and we loved being able to switch to the pool when we wanted a change in temp. The layout was great for our family and the rooms where very large. We do wish there was a bathroom on the first floor for easy access from the pool but we could use the exercise going to the second floor after all we ate lol. All in all, a great stay and would book again.

Bradenton Beach house

This place was great for the entire family! Plenty of space to spread out in! The pool area with the outside games was a hit with everybody! We were easy walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, shopping and the trolley stops!

Absolutely perfect! Perfect location, pool, hot tub, back yard! Home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. 2 min walk to the beach, close to everything.

Sun and Fun

We had a great week in Bradenton. Lots of sun and fun . The house was spacious with great amenities. We had a few minor issues but most were addressed in a timely manner. May need a few furniture and mattress updates soon , but overall it was a great place to stay and convenient location. We would definitely consider staying here again!

LARGE FAMILY

This was a great house with a great location. Our large family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The large kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and such. Very well stocked with beach chairs and towels. We would highly recommend this house. Just be ready, there are LOTS of stairs!

a great getaway

Our group of 14 loved our stay at Coconut Grove. a beautiful home with ample space indoor and outdoors - for friends, family and children of all ages. The outdoor entertainment is great - pool, mini putt, foosball, ping pong, BBQ, etc. 1 block to the beach, with private access. The service was great, property management was a txt message or phone call away. Highly recommend

Great weekend

This house is absolutely gorgeous, it has a great location and the rooftop is fantastic. It is only one block from the beach, the pool and jacuzzi area are fantastic, will definitely try to stay here again.

Wonderful property!

We would absolutely book here again! The backyard is the star of the show and where we spent most of our time. We had trouble with the key code when we arrived at midnight and the property manager resolved it within minutes. The beach chairs and wagon being provided was super helpful as well. This house won’t disappoint!

A great place for a big get together.

AMI Locals was excellent to work with in keeping us ip to date on things post hurricane. They are the best rental avency we’ve worked with. The propery needs a bit of easy fix things done but all in all we had a wonderful time. Thanks AMI Locals!

This property needs to be updated

When we first got there we cannot believe what we saw. There was trash left behind from the previous guest. Either dirty duvets or they were stained either way they should’ve been changed. Then the chair in the dining room was broke. The one table that was glass was missing one glass piece that goes in the table. There was a cabinet missing a cabinet door. My major issue was the bunkbed room my daughter went to get on the top bunk she is only 90 pounds the bed fell apart literally. I am just very glad that my daughter‘s friend’s daughter was not underneath when this had happened. When I called to report that on Monday the lady that I talked to never even asked is everybody OK did anybody get hurt? Luckily nobody was underneath or they would’ve got hurt. Needless to say they did not send anybody out until Friday to fix the bunkbed. Then the refrigerator for that big of a house was way too small three. Then I told him about the refrigerator is missing a bottom drawer they never replace that before we leave. I’m not sure if it was fleas or mosquitoes but we got bit up Really bad when we were outside. The house could be nice they just need to do some renovations on chairs tables interior etc. etc.
