Renovated beautifully, prime location

Wonderful condo - leave the beach chairs, boogie boards and towels at home, the owner provides it all!!! Pack light - there is a full size washer and dryer too!! Beautiful view on the 17th floor overlooking the beach (gorgeous sunsets). Nicely renovated, comfortable king bed in the Master, bunk beds in the hallway and double pull-out sofa in living room. Spacious living area, 2 work stations with monitors. Small dining table and counter tops with chairs. Games, puzzles, books provided in room. Beautiful outdoor deck with table, chairs and 2 rockers. Kuerig coffee maker, plus lots of extra kitchen amenities. Beautiful unit - would stay again and highly recommend. Couple of notes about the area: 2 pools, very busy condo complex Directly on the beach Beach access - stairs only (no ramp) High traffic area (really congested - plan extra time) Restaurants and entertainment within walking distance Pier Park - 1.8m away. Parking garage across the street with bridge to cross - plenty of luggage carts. Be prepared to wait for elevators during peak times.

Perfect getaway

Property was so clean and comfortable. The master bed was amazing. We had everything we could possibly need. Property was well maintained and well managed! Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy and beautiful!

This condo was so beautiful, had an amazing view, and the host was very helpful! The resort was very nice, and was close to a lot of fun things that we could walk to. Loved every minute here!

Great place!

Wonderful place to stay. Clean and setup with everything you need. Stacy our host was very quick, and informative. Starbucks is connected to the condos, big plus!! Only 2 things were a little aggravating. We waited a long time for the elevators each time we left or came back. And we got in after 10 on our last night, which was a Monday. When there is no parking in the first garage, you have to go to the second one behind that one. We found it by accident, but apparently it was the correct one. All in all, was a wonderful mini vacay. Thank you Stacy!!

Amazing

The property was spot on. Clean, breathtaking view. My kids had an amazing time here. Me and my wife loved sitting out on the balcony at night. Beach is clean, and the people are wonderful. We all couldn’t of been more happy. Stacy was easy to get a hold of if needed, always answered my question quickly. Pure perfection.

Surprisingly disappointed - would rate 2.5 if available

Pros: excellent ocean front view Cons: loud, hear elevators most of the night, many maintenance items left unattended, looked worn out, dated, master feels like a dungeon, carpet nasty in master bedroom. I could list more.

The Best Vacation Stay Ever With Teens

This property was exactly as described. My two teens and I absolutely LOVED our stay. Stacy's detailed instructions came prior to our arrival and covered everything we needed to know from start to finish. The property was very clean and comfortable and included everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We needed to contact the cleaning service for more towels and she responded immediately and with excellent customer service. The overall property amenities were perfect for a mom with two teens who get bored easily. The beach concierge was great and guided us to our assigned beach chairs w/umbrella. The pool, arcade, and outdoor games were also a hit with my kids! Everyone working at the property was kind and helpful. Best of all was the beach view from the balcony. The pictures of this spectacular view did not do it justice. All three of us enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the view during the day, during sunset and at night viewing the stars. Wow. Stacy thank you so much for providing excellence with this property. We've stayed at many VRBO locations and this was, for sure, in the top 3.

Panama City Beach Paradise

The unit is beautifully decorated and includes everything you need including beach chairs and towels. The host is very responsive and the ocean view from the 17th floor is spectacular. The unit if right off the Wyndham-side elevators and we never had a long wait during our stay.

overall great

We really enjoyed the property and location. The master bed mattress has a dip in it so may need to replace it! Overall the rental was clean! I would have went with a two bedroom since the bunks and the couch bed were not very comfortable but who goes to the beach to sleep? The only advise I would give is make sure you print out your parking pass before you arrive! I didn’t and I had a hard time getting one. I ended up going to security and they were nice enough to print it! Stacy is awesome to work with and I would rent from her again! Hopefully she has other units that she manages because I would love a two bedroom next year.

Beach vacation

Overall the condo was fantastic. Three complaints. The bedroom carpet was filthy, I refused to go barefoot on it. And you could hear everything from the outside walkway from the master. The rest of the condo was amazing. The elevator service in the building was an extremely long wait times . Some times waiting 7-10 minutes to be able to ride one.

Perfect Weekend

This is the perfect place to stay!! There is so much within walking distance, we didn't drive our car all weekend. Our condo was clean, beautiful and gave us a perfect view of the ocean. Will definitely be staying there again!!
