It has one bedroom and two full bathrooms (the master bath has a Garden tub), comfortably accommodating up to 6 people (preferable up to 3 adults). We love this property! The location is 10/10! The location of the condo in the building is great, the layout of the condo is great, the owner is precious and so welcoming!!! We will be back!!

Great place for our family of 4!

My husband, son age 9, daughter age 7, and myself stayed here during spring break! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was central to everything. The condo was very clean and has all we needed. We want to come back again!!

Beautiful View

Nice condo with a beautiful view. Communication with owner great. Fully stocked with everything you need. They are upgrading the elevators, they are now smooth and fast. All the staff was very nice, and they offered activities if you wanted to participate. The location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary trip

This unit was very clean and had all the things you could possibly need. View from the balcony is breathtaking! Debbie checked with us to make sure everything was good! We had a great time!

Nice condo to stay in!

My husband & I really enjoyed ourselves while staying there. The only thing that drove us crazy here were the Harley's driving by every hr into the night. Apparently it was biketober month? The noise from all those bikes & their radios blaring made it hell for us. Our baby was woken numerous times because of the loudness. Obviously thats not the resorts fault but had we known that then we would've booked for a different week.with .

Perfect!

We stayed 5 nights in this condo and it was perfect! 2 adults and 3 kids ages 17, 11 and 8 and then my sister drove down for a few nights and we still had room. It is walking distance to Runaway Island, Sharkys, Alvin’s Island, Homemade Ice Cream shop. We didn’t have to get in our car but once all week. There’s even a little market across the street that has snacks, drinks, etc. Condo was so clean and had EVERYTHING you need down to the sand toys and beach chairs. We will definitely be back!!

Great views and very nice place

The inside is very nice and well maintained. It was clean and everything worked well. The host went well above and beyond what I expected and that was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

BEST FIRST IMPRESSION OF FLORIDA

This was the first time for each my husband and I to have a chance to visit Florida. The experience of booking - so easy, staying at - the pictures provided was exactly what we walked into and when needed communicating with this property made it memorable in a wonderful way. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful ocean experience. From the view to the sounds of the waves crashing into the shore while muting out the sounds from all the people on the beach during the day. Access to the beach was a few short steps across a walkway and the overall premises was clearly kept clean and inviting. When I was first looking into a place to stay I had started with hotel rooms with little kitchenettes - the minimal extra it cost for the maximum space we accessed including location to the ocean was worth every penny.

Absolutely Amazing Stay

Debbie was a perfect rental contact. Responded to all questions immediately and left nothing to wonder about! It was the cleanest beachfront stay we have ever had. We hauled our bikes down for Thunder Beach and had no hassle about parking Truck/Trailer and the bike! The view was great, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will definitely get this same room with the same contact on my next trip! Thank You for the great Anniversary and Bike Rally stay!!!!!

Amazing place

The place was absolutely gorgeous. I really love the place. The host was so wonderful that you would think that she was a relative everything they say about this condo is true something they don’t say but they should. It was a Wonderful place to relax quiet it was a three day vacation, but I really enjoyed it. I definitely will return very very soon. My wife really Enjoy it View Was spectacular and the sunrise was magical and the sunset was amazing. The host was a was super great she always answered all our questions and responded within minutes. Thanks for a great time a place I would never forget.

Beautiful get away

My family and I had an amazing time here. The views are just as pictured! We saw a dolphin one morning on the balcony. Beautiful location, within walking distance of many restaurants! The place was clean and hosts were very prompt on communications. The condominium had wonderful amenities that we all enjoyed as well. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Vacation!

We loved the condo, plenty of space with modern amenities and FANTASTIC view! If we go back to Panama City Beach, we’ll definitely look for the same condo. The owner was VERY attentive and responded promptly to any questions we had before & during our stay. I highly recommend this property for fellow VRBO stays.

Spring Break Rental

Great condo and great host! The resort was lovely with heated pool and direct access to beach. Check in and check out process was easy and the host (Debbie) was great about responding and giving us information! Had beach chairs we could use and a balcony we watched the sunset on every night! Would recommend this place a hundred times over!
