Valleyview Estate Ranch House är en privat miljö, som ligger på Skaha Bluffs, vingårdar, fruktträdgårdar och gårdar med utsikt över Skaha Lake Beach Park. Med familjesammanträden och små grupper i åtanke är huset vackert dekorerat med bara högsta kvalitet. Det finns 3 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum, ett stort kök och matplats och bekväma sittplatser i vardagsrummet och familjerummet. De stora dörrarna och fönstren ger ett sömlöst inomhus- och utomhusliv och får stora mängder naturligt ljus och frisk luft, vilket leder till den rymliga och privata gården. Så vackert är ljuset, det ryktas om den berömda kanadensiska konstnären Toni Onely hittade sin inspiration för hans berömda landskap akvarell tekniker här tillbaka när han bodde i det här lilla natursköna bostadsområdet!

Huset kan kylas med fläktar eller luftkonditionering på sommaren och värmas av en mysig eldstad på vintern. Vi erbjuder alla bekvämligheter som behövs för att njuta av din vistelse inklusive massor av sängkläder, handdukar och badlakan för din användning. Det finns en stor utomhusgrill och uteplatser för att njuta av utomhusmåltider med familj och vänner.

Det finns otaliga saker att göra allt på bara några minuter:

Skaha Park - klassad som den bästa familjevänliga stranden i Kanada, hittar du två lekplatser, barnspraypark, volleybollnät, tennis- och basketplaner, gymutrustning och en frodig gräspark med picknickbord. Njut av en morgonpromenad på strandpromenaden, njuta av solen i akterut, ta en sen dagssimma eller bygga en bål för kvällstrand. Kiteboarders välkomna. Stoluthyrning, Paddleboard-uthyrning finns.

Skaha Marina - vattensporter och båtlansering, båtuthyrning inklusive pontoner, bowriders och kajaker.

Skaha Bluffs Provincial Park (också för promenader) - klättring i världsklass, vandring, mountainbike

Vinodlingar - På gångavstånd finns det två ikoniska vingårdar. Några dörrar ner ligger Crescent Hill, Pentictons första vingård och Riesling Double Gold-vinnare. Nere på gatan ligger Pentage Winery, en vacker och prisbelönad boutique-vingård med en måste-se naturlig stenvinkällare. Eller ta en självstyrd vintur norrut till Naramata eller söderut till Ok Falls och Oliver - du kommer att upptäcka dussintals utmärkta vingårdar längs vägen.

Skaha climb trip

Bob's home was an amazing spot for our group to base our week long climbing trip from. We could walk to the crag, spend the day climbing, and then relax for a quiet sunset on the patio in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family style dinners and the rooms were super comfortable. Bob was fantastic as a host, and even gave us climbing recommendations!! We can't wait to come back!

GREAT VRBO!!

Bob's VRBO is even better than advertised. Clean, roomy, very nicely decorated. So many amenities he put in the home. The beautiful view, the convenience to town and all of Okanagan Valley was great. We would definitely choose this place & location for another trip to the Valley. He left a good note with ideas for a newcomer to the area. Clean up was easy too. Thanks Bob for making your place available.

Great Penticton Stay

This was a really great vacation stay for our family of 5. Lots of space, seating areas, and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The view was amazing, and we loved the family of quail who visited every morning. Perfect location for touring the many wineries of the region, and Crescent Hill winery just down the block was one of our favorites on the entire trip.

Beautiful views of Skaha Lake in a quiet neighborhood. House is lovely. AC had trouble keeping up with extreme heat. Driveway is very steep. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location

Beautiful views from the garden patio. Well laid out house with lots of room inside and comfortable beds. A great patio to the side with a BBQ and table/chairs for evening meals. Location is beautifully quiet and secluded from most of the neighbors, but still only a 15 min/$20 cab fare to downtown.

Beautiful Views and well furnished home in Penticton.

Our host was excellent. Bob was a great communicator and answered all our questions. Although the house was listed for a week minimum stay, our calendar only allowed us to be there 5 days. Bob was very accomodating and modified the calendar for us, very generous and appreciated. The home was great. Well appointed and contained all we needed for our stay and plenty of room for the five of us. Best of all was the view. Beautiful sunsets and an expansive view of the valley. We watched a thunderstorm roll through one evening and it was spectacular. There is a very steep drop in the backyard and I would not advise families with toddlers as that they may fall from the top. Overall a very fun week for us. We will be back to visit this wonderful location in Canada. Once again, thank you Bob for your advice and great communication!

Amazing stay!

The pictures of Bob’s property don’t do it justice. This house was amazing and beyond our expectations. Everything was spotless upon arrival and the property is a a great environment (not to mention the views)! Bob was great about communicating with us and making sure everything was in order for the whole stay. Would stay here if in the area again for sure. 11 out of 10!

Incredible place, incredible location!

My family and I stayed at this location for close to two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was incredible and had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and looked after and perfect for my family. The view cannot be beat! We spent each evening sitting in the backyard watching the sun go down and the view of Skaha lake - breathtaking! Location is great - a quick drive to Skaha beach (and not a long walk if you're okay with hills) and central to shopping and other amenities. Having two wineries within walking distance is also great :) Bob, the owner, was incredibly friendly and timely in his responses and even went out of his way to provide us with detailed information on tourist attractions and other helpful items. We look forward to staying here again. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful property! Amazing view of Skaha lake!

This property is beautiful and has a breath taking view of Skaha lake. Our family enjoyed barbecuing and lounging on the patio. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. This house was immaculate, well supplied , had everything we needed and more. My family has been vacationing in penticton for 10 years now and this is by far the best property we’ve rented. Thank you Bob and Allison for the wonderful stay!

When in Penticton, they are usually climbing in Skaha Bluffs, biking on the nearby trails, hanging at the beach or chillin in the tranquility of the peaceful setting of this unique house and property.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The dead-end Valleyview Road that this beautiful house and property is situated on used to be the access road to the Skaha Bluffs climbing area. Over 30 years ago, when Bob and Corinne used to come here for climbing trips, they would frequently comment to each other, that "wouldn't it be cool to have a place on this road one day." With family and work commitments, trips to Penticton became few and far between. A few years ago, with the kids all grown up and freer time, they started coming back to Penticton, and with the addition of many world-class restaurants and wineries, they fell even more in love with Penticton and began their search for their piece of paradise. They knew where they wanted to be Penticton, so waited patiently for the perfect house and property to come available, and eventually, it did!
