This newly built beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully separated carriage house is sleek and modern and boasts a brand new pool (seasonal)and hot tub (year round)! The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen sliding patio doors open to the pool deck and outdoor space where you can enjoy the pool and mountain views.
The fully fenced private setting around the pool makes you feel like you’re in your own little spa oasis. There is plenty of private outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine, views and the natural landscapes of the South Okanagan. The house is centrally located and within a 2 min drive to any shopping.
Perfect for families, two couples, or a few friends to enjoy Penticton (up to max of 6 guests – best suited for 4 adults and/or 2 children). City of Penticton licensed and inspected for your safety (#00115010).
There are 3 bedrooms: 2 Queen rooms and a third bedroom with a twin bunkbed. Approx 850sq' of indoor living space and 2000 sq’ of outdoor living space.

Great location and fun amenities

The property was accurately described. Great communication. The property was accurately described, a couple friends, and I enjoyed the weekend at this Vrbo. It was beautifully maintained, and we enjoyed the hot tub over the snowy weekend.

Great Place

The property was great. They have everything you would need there and easily accessible. Pool and hot tub were a great inclusion, and we were within walking distance to coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The property does have another home on it, but they were respectful and quiet.

Wonderful property close to the beach

Overall our stay was amazing! We were comfortable the minute we got there. After a long drive we were happy to relax. The pool kept the kids occupied and we made some solid family memories. It was a very special trip for us as it was my dad’s last trip to Penticton. It’s a special place in our hearts. My family will be back. The owners were very easy to communicate with and were so kind. We loved the welcome gift. So thoughtful!
