Please note that their schedule may change, and we are not accountable for any of Mountain Creek's updates or alterations as we are an entirely separate entity.

- Lift tickets and water park tickets NOT included.

- Please keep in mind we use dynamic pricing which fluctuates and adjusts rates daily based on demand and availability. Airbnb collects their own fees & local taxes added to the base nightly rate. As our pricing is competitive, we do not negotiate rates.

- We are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs.

- You will receive your own personal Access Code for our condo that is unique to you and only available during your reservation time.

- Free underground garage parking for ONE vehicle.

- For the comfort of our guests, all windows and balcony door must be closed when using the A/C or heat. If a window and/or balcony door are left open for more than 5 minutes, the system will automatically shut off to save energy and only resume once all are closed.

- Fireplace not available in summer.

- Please be aware that while our condo is regularly treated for pests, its mountain location means encounters with insects like mosquitoes are common, especially during the summer months. This can happen while enjoying the balcony or exploring the property. We cannot be held responsible for any insect bites that may occur during your stay.

- Ski locker for your use located on site in The Appalachian (winter).
