Great Kihei getaway!

We just spent two weeks in this condo and had a wonderful time. It was very clean and well stocked. Lovely little goodie basket upon our arrival. Owner was very responsive. We had one tiny hiccup with the bedroom TV…we emailed Dawn and she had it rectified right away. So great to have the washer/dryer and all the beach gear. Super location, across from Kamaole Beach 2 and close to some good restaurants. Highly recommend!

The condo was nice. The owners gave very clear instructions for our stay. The walls seemed pretty thin between our unit and the unit beside us. There wasn’t anything that the owners could do about it. Thankfully, the people beside us weren’t too loud. The only other issue was the bathroom pocket door didn’t close all the way and didn’t lock. This wasn’t an issue for us because it was just our family but I could see it being an issue for others. The location was great, being right across the street from the beach and the pool was close to the unit.

Loved the location. Easy access to beaches and great dining. Very nice kitchen that had everything we needed. Patio door from bedroom to the lanai was a nice plus. King bed was clean and very comfortable.

Amazing location close to beaches where we seen sea turtles. Very spacious and clean. A lot of extras which made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this location, the owners were awesome.

Fantastic location and condo!

We loved our stay here at 203 Maui Banyan. This was our first time staying on the South Side and we absolutely loved this condo and the location. This condo made the perfect home base for our two week stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much every utensil you could need! The AC worked great and we loved enjoying the Lanai. Kam II was the perfect beach and it’s literally right in front on the property. We were within walking distance to tasty food and treats. The hosts, Dawn and Sean, were so responsive to messages and offered great recommendations for things to do, eat and see.

Great location

The unit was as described. Great location, three minute walk to the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. The unit is nicely updated and had everything we needed. Very quick and efficient communication with the host.

Cute but not for persons who have a disability

The property was nice driving up. The unit was difficult to get into. You have to go upstairs then downstairs to get to this tucked away area on the first but second but first floor. The couch wasn’t comfortable and the toilet paper was a used roll just left there. When running out the owner stated it’s not their responsibility. But if you’re hosting.. common courtesy .. but maybe not. Anyways no elevator and this spot is not persons with disability friendly.

Maui Banyan getaway

The condo is exactly as pictured. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal, across the street from the beaches and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The owners were responsive to any questions I had, and they provided a lot of good info for the area. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo

Perfect for visiting K Beach 2 right across the street, easy walk to get cinnamon rolls and coffee, and Cafe O’Lei is a short distance to waddle home after dinner! Condo is very comfortable. Communication with Dawn is immediate and friendly. Would recommend to friends.

All the comforts of home 100 yards from the beach

My wife and I spent a week basking in the sun of Kihei with this wonderful Maui Banyan property as our home base. The condo was extremely clean, provided everything we needed for the week (including chairs and umbrella for the beach) and came with an amazing basket of welcome snacks. We've stayed at Maui Banyan before and this unit's location on the lower end of the property sets it apart from others as you aren't climbing the hill to get home everyday. Dawn was a wonderful host and was completely responsive to all of our needs during our stay. The kind of person that you'd want to rent from again.

Home away from Home

Clean, well furnished, comfortable, smart lay out for a one bedroom condo in an excellent beach location. Quiet yet close to beach, restaurants, shops and services. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and bedroom and virtually new washer and dryer. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella and ice chest and only wished we could have stayed longer.

Very comfortable apt in a great location!

we stayed at Dawn and Sean’s apartment for four nights and loved our time there. the rooms are nicely furnished and very comfortable. They had pretty much any appliance you could need as well as beach gear like chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and cooler. Dawn was also super responsive to our questions and gave us extremely detailed check in and check out information which we greatly appreciated. Location is fantastic as the beach is literally across the street and because you are so centrally located it is easy to drive out to other places on the island.

Clean, well stocked, great location and responsive hosts!

My husband and I loved our stay here. We checked in easily and found that the place was exactly as it appeared in the listing. Dawn was so responsive any time we needed help. We found the shower curtain was missing when we arrived, but Dawn was able to sort it out in less than an hour. The place was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook some meals before our longer day trips. The sheets were soft and the shower was warm, which aren't always a given at rental properties. The location is also awesome - its convenient to drive to Kahalui, Lahaina, Wailea and to the Haleakala National Park. We also loved that it was across the street from the beach. We walked over to swim and watch the sunset every night. Overall, this was a great place! I have exceptionally high standards for cleanlieness and found myself really comfortable here. Thanks Dawn!!

Anniversary Trip to Maui

This property is right where you want to be in Kihei - walking distance to many shops and restaurants, 1.2 miles to a good grocery, and right across the beach from Kam II beach. It was quiet and clean, and the details - from extra beach towels to beach chairs, spare remote batteries, and kitchen cookware and utensils - were much appreciated. When I needed to ask a question, the owners were almost immediate in their replies, also a big plus. If we had the time, we'd go back tomorrow, and stay here again, no question.
