Palmer som svänger, tropiska vindar, öfåglar som sjunger sina sånger, integritet .... Allt detta och havet är aldrig mer än några steg bort. Promenera de välskötta markerna i skuggan av de vajande banyanträden. Spela en uppsättning på tennisbanan, ta ett kyltopp i en av de två poolerna eller koppla av i en av de lugnande badtunnorna. Grunderna ligger tvärs över gatan från en av Mauis bästa vita sandstränder ... idealisk för avslappnade promenader, bad och solbad.
Vår lägenhet renoverades just i april 2019. Vårt mål var att modernisera enheten men ändå upprätthålla en strandig atmosfär. Vi tror att vi har åstadkommit allt detta. Renoveringen inkluderade nya golv, nya skåp i hela, granitbänkskivor, alla nya GE-apparater och naturligtvis färsk färg. . Vi utökade också vår lanai och lade till en king size-säng. Båda badrummen är också ombyggda.
Maui Banyan ligger i vackra södra Kihei, på öns södra strand. Anläggningen har ett utmärkt läge och tillgång till angränsande Kamaole Beach II, med lekplatser och öppet grönt utrymme. Anläggningens skönhet kompenseras av den höga toppen i Haleakala i bakgrunden, som ger svalnande skuggor under de varma eftermiddagstimmarna, en perfekt atmosfär för golf och andra aktiviteter.

Everything was very clean. The host was absolutely amazing. The kitchen had everything that you needed. The ocean is right there couldn’t have asked for a better host and hostess. We now consider each other Ohana.

For our first time to Maui, we couldn’t have chosen a better location to celebrate visiting our 50th state, and 40th anniversary . The property is centrally located within an easy drive of the different geographical locations we wanted to explore. The condo itself was clean and well stocked. Joni has it well organized with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is even a closet with numerous beach items. We enjoyed the lanai every morning and most evenings. The grounds of the property are well maintained, and contain many beautiful tropical plants to enjoy while walking along the path. Although we did not have a need to contact the host, her responses in the beginning of our search were quick and detailed. She sent a very nice welcome letter a couple of weeks before our visit going over the condo, what is expected, etc. we will most definitely rent from Joni in the future.

Maui Banyan is a wonderful property with an excellent location. Joni was easy to communicate with and sincerely wanted to make sure we had a great stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had all that we needed during our month long stay.We especially enjoyed being able to sit on the lanai in the mornings on the garden side of the complex.

Amazing location wonderful amenities

Kihei was the perfect location for our family vacation. Lots of close by amenities and amazing sunset viewing at Kamaole beach every night within walking distance. We can’t say enough about this amazing condo. We’re already planning another trip back!

H409 has everything you need to have a fantastic stay in Maui. Located in H building which is within easy walking distance to the Kamaole beaches, great for morning walks. Joni is just a text away, and responds quickly. Highly recommend this unit.

Perfect location with a well stocked property - from linens, kitchen and beach items. It really would have been an added benefit to have a AC for the bedroom as it unfortunately remained rather warm at night. I enjoy a cooler sleep environment. The host was super flexible with our check in time which we greatly appreciated.

Great place in a great location

The condo is newly renovated and well maintained. Furniture and appliances were very nice and comfortable. Great location with the beach across the street and many restaurants/stores within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here.

Will stay again!

Perfect location steps away from the beach watched every sunset the chirping of the birds in the morning being able to see the ocean and the mountain at sunrise. It’s a great location. Property pool is close by parking is a plus can’t wait to come back very clean.

A Piece of Paradise

Property was great and was accurately portrayed. The location is great for walking to beaches, restaurants and shops. The beaches in Wailea are spectacular and are only a 10 min drive away.

My husband Joe and I live in Auburn CA.. We both work full time, but we try to get to the condo in Maui about every 6 months to make sure it is ready for our guests.
We have an on-island manager who is available to call for any maintenance and repairs.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love Kihei for it's weather, it's proximity to the ocean, and for the ease of getting to all areas of the island.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

In our unit you get both sunrise (over Haleakala) and gorgeous sunsets. We love the privacy that the 4th floor gives us, especially since there is a very large open space between us and the condo complex across the way. The beach just across the street is wonderful, there's a walking 'path' from our beach all the way to Wailea and it's all along the beach. It is just comfy, homey, beachy, and a great place to stay. We also provide beach chairs, a cooler and other beach items for your use.
