King Tide - Spectacular ocean views

King Tide is a fully self-contained unit located on the second floor of an older-style block, with fantastic views over the ocean.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, with built in robes and ceiling fans, as well as access to the side balcony. The second & third bedrooms also have ceiling fans and each have two single beds. The second bedroom also has its own access to the side balcony. The bathroom is combined with the laundry that includes a washing machine & dryer. The living/dining area have spectacular views of the beach, and features a small balcony to relax and watch the waves. There is a TV and an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge & microwave, as well as useful kitchen utensils.

This property is located in the heart of Broadbeach and is a quick walk from the shops, parks, cafe's, the Kurrawa surf club, and all the restaurants that Broadbeach has to offer.

There are patrolled beaches across the road and a great walking track for a stroll along the park & beach.

Undercover parking for 2 cars, however, they are in a tandem configuration.

Yearly girlfriend Gettaway

Great position straight in front of beach, very clean, had everything you need. Older building no aircon but wasn’t needed with beautiful breeze coming through. 4 min walk to oasis and Broadbeach restaurants. Back again next year.

As good as it looks

The unit was clean modern and airy. The view was spectacular and right across the street from beach entry and lifeguards. A short walk to supermarket, shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location and views to match

We loved our stay, with modern furnishings and new bathroom. Very comfortable for the whole family and in the best location with everything on your doorstep. The only negative was the sound of the windows rattling during the night while there was a bad storm outside for 2 nights. Another thing, that didn't bother us, but the owner should know is that the front window in front of the dining table was leaking . Obvioulsy a fault in the front flashing above the window.

The best location and perfect for families

Such a great little place. Old building but that was no bother as the apartment inside is lovely. A bit dated in the bathroom but nothing to stop us enjoying our stay. You could not ask for better location or views from this apartment. It felt like you were literally on the sand. I liked not being in a high rise. We had two small children and the only issue is the balcony is certainly not to current codes and as such you need to keep little ones off the balcony and the doors closed as it's a bit dangerous otherwise if you have little climbers, but I would stay again without hesitation and keep the kids off balconies again as we did this time. Otherwise would not hesitate to reccomend this little gem as a simple no frills perfect stay right on the water and within minutes from everything you could need. Great breakfasts at The Coffee Club daily as a tip!
