The living room, accentuated by a slow combustion wood fireplace, exudes warm hospitality, especially during May to September when firewood is provided (outside these months you can purchase firewood from the local service stations). For guests fond of home-cooked meals, the kitchen is a dream. Fully-equipped with a coffee pod machine, dishwasher, and an array of cooking essentials, making a delightful meal is easy as pie. A gas BBQ and outdoor setting enable memorable alfresco dining experiences within a gorgeous garden view backdrop. As if the experience couldn't get more idyllic, a private pond on-premise adds to the dreamy ambiance.

Laundry needs are well-catered for with provided clothes dryer and washing machine. The Mimi & Coco ensures guest peace with dedicated on-premises parking for two cars and careful provisions for safety, including smoke alarms and a private entrance.

Pets - small to medium sized pets are welcome but cannot be left unattended at the accommodation and must be included and approved as part of the reservation. Please advise at the time of booking the size and breed of the pet.

Please Note - The property features a large fishpond with its own ecosystem, so no swimming or drinking is allowed. Young children should be supervised at all times around the pond.

Good To Know

Guests have full access to the entire house, as well as the fenced front and rear gardens. Please note that the property includes a separate studio at the rear, which only has access to the turning circle area. Guests may park behind the house at the back of the driveway but are asked not to park in front of the studio or garage. There is parking for two cars at the rear, and the driveway is shared with the studio.
