This 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home is new to the rental market. It is a perfect gathering spot for 1-3 families. With two bedrooms with bunks, three bedrooms with queen beds, and two living areas, there is ample room for kids of different ages and parents to spread out. The first floor bedroom/bath is a great option for someone with limited mobility.
It is designed for family fun, with lower level recreation room with large screen TV, classic video game consoles and boardgames. The main level with wood burning fireplace and open concept kitchen-living area has plenty seating for friends and family. The home has a cozy and welcoming vibe that immediately feels like vacation. New split unit AC on the main floor will keep you comfortable in the summer months. We love this home and take great care in making sure it is very clean, beautiful, and relaxing. We are eager to make sure you enjoy your stay here as much as we do!

Staying in the Forest Ridge community in the heart of the White Mountains gives you access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and walking pond and trails on the premises. You have easy access to restaurants and shops in Lincoln as well as all Loon Mountain recreation, Clarks trading post, and Whale's tale. The property was beautiful. Liz was wonderful to work with. Very clean, cozy & comfortable. This was our 2nd year renting from Liz and she did not disappoint. Loved our get a way and look forward to hopefully doing it again in 2023. Thank you Liz!

Don't think twice, just book it!

Close to all the activities available in the area. The high ceiling gives the living, dinning and kitchen a very spacious feeling. There is a patio with nice sitting area, where we enjoyed morning coffee and drinks in the evenings. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, utensils, serving platter, cooking pans and pots, small appliances, etc. Elizabeth, the owner had also left a pack of Starbucks coffee and cookie, definitely a nice gesture. We were four families with a child each. The kids loved sharing bunk beds and playing the video games. They also enjoyed the swimming pools and table tennis. Definitely a great choice for families. The mud room was also spacious and user friendly. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again and again. Thank you.

Excellent property for family vacation

My family and I consisting of 2 seniors, 4 adults and 2 kids stayed at the property and had a wonderful experience. Everything was clean, comfortable and had all amenities. Elizabeth was wonderful and the booking experience great. The beds were very comfortable and everything spotless. We will be back.

Awesome rental!

Wonderful rental! We stayed here with another family, and it was so spacious, with enough room for us to have our own space but also plenty of areas to enjoy spending time together. Great place for kids-lower level is awesome with big couch, tv, and the mini arcade games that were a huge hit. Pool area is a short walk away, with access to both indoor and outdoor pool. Plenty of sleeping options, and more bathrooms than we even utilized. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to come back!

NH getaway

There was a total of 10 people in our group. We had 3 families with plenty of room for everyone. Each family had their own full bathroom. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaints are that there wasn’t any toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t find any extra rolls in the condo. The second issue was that there wasn’t a screen on the lower bedroom with the bunk beds. We had 3 teen boys in that room, and they complained of it being pretty hot and stuffy. I should have reached out to the owner but I did not. So that’s on me. Overall I’d recommend staying here.

Superbe propriété bien située

Beaucoup d'espace, excellent pour 2 familles voyageant ensemble. Nous étions 9 personnes et il y avait encore amplement d'espace. Il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire à proximité et tous les services sont à quelques minutes en voiture.

Accurately Described! SUPER SPACIOUS for multiple families! PERFECT LOCATION!!

We LOVED this property! Accurately Described! SUPER SPACIOUS for multiple families in that there are 3 floors. Kids spent most of the time in lower level playing mini video arcade games (Super Cute!!) and board games--which were PLENTY!! --as we forgot ours. THANK YOU!! The Adults spent most of the time in main upper level and patio. LOVED that the dining table sat 8 plus 3 additional seating at bar and additional seating in patio outside of dining area was fantastic for summer! Seating was one of the main reasons we choose this property as we dine together for meals. THANK YOU!! Our only vice were additional trash receptacles needed overall in the home. On the upper level with two bedrooms, there was one tiny receptacle in the bathroom. The main level half bath had none; and trash receptacle at this level was in the kitchen. On the lower level we had to fight for one TINY 8ft trash can with a lid in the bathroom. With 2 additional bedrooms and only large recreational area with kids this was not conducive. We shared feedback with host who was amazing and awesome in communication throughout. Host stated trash receptacles were kept at a minimum on purpose for ease of removing trash at the end of stay. It was definitely too small and a nuisance to continuously go into the bathrooms to toss trash on those levels in my honest opinion. Lastly, there was only one blow dryer to share on the property with 3 full baths on three different levels. Host was amazing in communication throughout and agreed additional blow dryers were a great idea in all full bathrooms. Otherwise, one definite PLUS among the others were the condo pools were just a walking distance away! The outdoor pool and scenery were beautiful! So TRANQUIL! We loved the entry to drop our belongings coming back from the pool, Kayaking, or a day away at Santas Village. SUPER CLOSE location for kids other activities. I would definitely recommend this property for large group of families! Location is BEAUTIFUL! And for the Host who had great communication and made sure we had a great stay! Thanks Liz!

Fantastic family vacation

We had an amazing time at this property! Plenty of space for our extended family- total 10 guests (7 adults and 3 kids). The layout was perfect for everyone to have their own space. Having a full bath on each level was awesome with a big group. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and fitness area was great fun for all. The neighborhood is great for bike riding and walking and so close to Loon, shops, and restaurants. The host was awesome to work with…very quick with replies. We hope to stay here again.

Truely perfect for families

Perfect for a getaway of two families with 5 kids under 8. Super clean, great layout. The pictures don't do it justice. Great location, with easy access to amentities (indoor and outdoor pools, playground/park), grocery store, family-friendly outings.

The property was wonderful. Liz was great. It shows that they truly care about their customers & their property. We loved the family room downstairs. It was great for watching the football game Sunday. Plenty of room of all day f us. We would stay again if the opportunity arose. Thank you!

The property was as advertised. The host was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had before and during our stay. It was a beautiful home in the perfect location. We were a twelve person group with plenty of room for everyone. The home itself is set up very well particularly in regards to space and that everyone could enjoy themselves in different areas. The lower level was great for the kids and teens. All in all we are planning to make this our annual destination when staying in New Hampshire if it’s available.

Amazing location and perfect for a family get together.

If I could give it 10 stars I would!! In real estate they say location, location, location. With this property add a 4th location. Not only is it close to all the parks and hikes in that part of NH but it is one of the best condos in the development for the pool and tennis courts. Parking is right out front too which makes it easy to unload and load up. The condo had everything we needed plus some nice surprises with video and other games for the kids (and adults). With 3 floors you can really spread out. Grandkids were put to bed early upstairs while adults could play games and talk downstairs. If you are looking at vacationing in this area stay here if it is open. Nice safe area for walking too as they have blocked the streets in such a way that only local traffic is on your street. One more note. We try to do this every year with our kids and my wife noted that even though we stay at places with enough rooms and beds for the family the dining table has never been big enough for all of us to sit down at the same time. Well all nine of us could here. Just another bonus. Elizabeth is great too. My wife had a zillion questions about the area and Elizabeth patiently answered all of them...plus maybe I had a few too. Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your wonderful home with us.!

Great property for all ages

Our family had a great experience at this property. The kids loved the downstairs space, while the adults could have quiet time upstairs. Being so close to the sports club was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Would definitely stay again. Clean and comfortable home!

Family Vacation

First I would like to thank the owner of the Rental being kind enough and renting there home to us. This property was beautiful it had ever thing to accommodate our family. I would like to give the owner a heads up on there cleaning company. We had a 1 yr old with us so you know we are always sweeping because our little one puts everything in his mouth and when I was cleaning up I found alot of not nice things in the cushions of the couch and behind the chairs in the living room and also the dining room rug other than that this place is perfect for us on our family vacations again I would like to Thank You and look forward to next year. Amazing location for family vacation!

What a wonderful experience! The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including top of the line appliances. We vacationed with 3 families, 10 people, including kids and a toddler. There was enough space for all! The game room downstairs kept all entertained. The location was perfect- closely located near the Common Man Restaurant, downtown Lincoln, hiking trails, and all the White Mountains have to offer. The owner was responsive to all communication. You can tell careful thought was behind sharing this spacious 3 level house!

Family getaway

Exactly what we needed for our 4 generations! We each had our own “space” when needed and our own bathrooms. Yet a kitchen/dining area large enough for all of us. Very well kept. A definite place to return to.

Great place in the center of Lincoln

Me and my family had a great stay! The home was perfect for all ages as it had places for both the kids and adults to relax. It's in the center of Lincoln so it made everything super convenient as well. Property owner was easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend staying here!

We are a family of five. Our three kids are now age 15, 13, and 9. We bought the house when we had just two little ones and it has evolved into "our happy place" where we instantly shift into vacation mode and chill with friends. We feel the house is perfect for families with kids of mixed ages. With two rooms with bunks and twin beds, it is well designed for groups of kids. Additionally, most adults wouldn't be too comfortable sleeping on bunks and trundles.
