Tre nivå radhus. Enheten är möblerad med två master sviter på övervåningen med king size-sängar och egna badrum. Den lägre nivån har ett sovrum med en Queen size-säng och ett extra sovrum som innehåller två våningssängar, och en enkelsäng med en dubbelsängssäng under. Stort familjerum på lägre nivå som är perfekt för barnen att umgås eller för hela familjen att titta på en film på platt-tv. Huvudnivån har ett öppet koncept familjerum, kök och matsal. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Helt ny gasgrill. Fantastisk utsikt över bergen! WIFI och 50 "platt skärm på första våningen, spektralkabel i enheten.

Bekvämligheter: Sportsklubb med inomhus- och utomhuspooler, separata ångrum för män och kvinnor, bubbelpool och jacuzzi. Tennisbanor, basketplaner och damm. Swing set, Gazebo med grill och picknickbord område på sportklubben finns också för användning.

Great rental!

Hank's place was clean and comfortable - plenty of room for our whole group. Location is excellent - love the Loon shuttle! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

It was just the vacation we needed. We enjoyed all the amenities and the space allowed us and our 7 children to all spread out. We loved the 2 sitting areas, use of the grill and the deck! Hank responded to any questions immediately.

Great vacation home!

This townhouse was beautiful and huge! It is perfectly located close to Loon and all of the touristy things (yet still tucked away with amazing views). Hank was very responsive. My family enjoyed our weekend getaway in Forest Ridge!

Excellent Condo & Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Spacious, clean, and comfortable beds. Plenty of water pressure in the shower too. Hank was also incredibly responsive when I texted him during our stay with a question, responding within a minute or two. Thank you Hank, we hope to stay again next year!

Very nice property!

It is a very nice house in a great location close to Loon Mountain. Within walking distance is a clubhouse with pool and game room - great for kids. Interactions with the owner were courteous and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful rental!!

We had a great stay, this was a wonderful and large unit perfect for our group which was two adults, two young adult brothers and one of their friends. Plenty of space for everyone and they enjoyed the finished basement living area with TV and big couch next to the two bedrooms. The main level and two bedrooms upstairs were amazing as well. We have rented dozens of units near Loon over the years in all of the various condo complexes, and this was the best yet.

Hanks property was exactly as described, very clean, easy to find and check into. It was a perfect size for our group and we hope to book again next year! Hank also went above and beyond to help get us a package that arrived to us after we left. Amazing host!

Spacious stay in great location

This house was perfect for our group size and has plenty of space for kids and adults. The kids loved having access to the pool at the sports club. The location has nearby access to abundant activities in the beautiful white mountains. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time!
