The large rear entertainment area seamlessly extends from the indoor dining space and includes:

✔ A hammock to stretch out in.
✔ A large outdoor dining table.
✔ A drinks fridge.
✔ Plenty of space for kids and pets.

The front patio, complete with a hammock, seating, and a table, is perfect for a relaxed breakfast after a morning surf.

Location

Once you arrive, park the car and walk everywhere! The beach, surf club, sports club, and main street attractions are all just minutes away.

What’s Included:
✔ Instant coffee, ground coffee (plunger), black tea, and sugar.
✔ Basic kitchen essentials: olive oil, salt, pepper, paper towels, and basic spices.
✔ All linen, bedding, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats, toilet paper, air freshener, hand wash, bin liners, and cleaning supplies.
✔ Bring your own beach towels.

Parking
On-site parking is available for vehicles, boats, and trailers. Please note:
✔ One boat per group.
✔ Do not park on the footpath, front lawn, or behind the property.
✔ Use only the carport or designated parking area.

Pet-Friendly Stay

We welcome your fur baby! A pet fee applies per stay for up to two small or medium-sized dogs, covering extra sanitization.

Pet Rules:
✔ Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets (bags and a shovel are provided).
✔ Pets must not be left inside when unattended.
✔ No pets on furniture, including lounges and beds.
✔ Owners are liable for any pet-related damage.
✔ If left outside alone, pets must not cause a disturbance.
✔ Repeated noise complaints may result in guests being asked to leave.

Important Safety Information

For your safety and comfort, please take note:
✔ In case of emergencies, dial 000.
✔ While the yard is fully fenced, we cannot guarantee pet containment—please supervise pets at all times.
✔ Exercise caution when using the fire pit, especially with children or pets nearby.
✔ Check local fire bans before use.
✔ Do not burn timber with nails/screws, cans, bottles, or any foreign objects.
✔ We are not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from fire pit use.
✔ There is one CCTV security camera on the property located near the side door pointing to the main gate. It is only activated when guests are not on site and is purely for the security of the house.

By staying in our home, guests acknowledge they are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children and pets. The accommodation provider assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or unsupervised incidents.

House Rules & Guest Responsibilities
✔ We respect your privacy but are available if needed. A local co-host is also available to assist.
✔ We may inspect the property if complaints arise, particularly regarding noise or unapproved guests.
✔ All house signage must be noted and observed to avoid additional service charges.
✔ Guests must report any damage or equipment failure during their stay. Unreported damage found at check-out will be addressed within 24-48 hours.
✔ Any breach of house rules will result in booking cancellation, guest removal, and no refund.
