Experience the unique lifestyle of West Dawson in this cute and cozy Off-Grid cabin.
This cabin has all you need for a great stay, just 1.5km from downtown Dawson City.
The cabin has cooking facilities with a propane cookstove, kitchen sink and cooking utensils. The water comes by gravity from the upstairs water tank which will be full for your stay!
The place's heat is from a woodstove that needs to be maintained during your stay! Your host will help you and will explain the proper use of the wood stove to ensure a safe and comfortable stay!
There is a L shaped couch if you want to sit down and relax in the peacefulness of the forest.
The bedroom is up the stairs, which are a bit on the steep side, just so you know!
It features a comfortable queen sized bed with cozy linens and blankets.
The toilet is a rustic, but comfortable outhouse. And just so you can treat yourself to the proper off grid experience, the shower is a sauna/bath house. Instructions on how to use it are listed in the sauna.

I moved to West Dawson in 2014 and fell in love with the community and the off-grid lifestyle! It brings you back to realize the basic necessities you really need in life. To try it, is to want to adopt it!
