Welcome to our house! I have a unit on the first floor. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a shared laundry. This unit is suitable for a family who need 2 bedrooms. Or it can be used separately for 2 people with each room having a private entrance. # 1 room is 18 X 11 size. #2 room is 16 X13 size. You can either book one room for 1 or 2 people or you can book for your family with 4 people. My house is in historic Catonsville, Baltimore County, Maryland! Rental includes free street parking. You can access one room directly through the front entrance at the back of the driveway. Another room entrance is in the back yard. Both rooms have queen/full size beds. A nice new kitchen with dining area. The bathroom is between two rooms. We have washer and dryer in the laundry area which is next to the bathroom. Guests can use the private yard and grill, deck area. This quiet, private space is close to the Interstates of I-695, I-70, I-95 and railway station that can take you to capitol of Washington DC via metro ($7.00 one way). It takes about 3 and half hours to New York by train. The bus stop is just around the corner which can take you around Baltimore. The shopping area is within walking distance. It only takes less than 15 minutes to UMBC and CCBC by car.
The Ocean City is about 2 to 3 hours driving distance to the east and about 1 hour drive will take you to mountain area like such as Harpers Ferry or Camp David area. Several entrances of Patapsco Valley State Park are close by. Historical Catonsville town has various traditional and modern restaurants.

Now I have rooms available in my house. I want to share my wonderful home with my guests. So, I decided to open 2 rooms for everybody who like to stay at local family home. There are so much to see nearby the area I live. My house is very convenient to go to Washington DC and to New York by train or by cars. For those who love beaches, you can go to east within 2 hours. Atlantic Ocean is there. For those who love mountains driving within 1 hour to the west, Harpers Perry and Camp David are there. Historical famous Baltimore Inner Harbor, Chesapeake Bay is within minutes' distance. Of course, you will love the various food around. So welcome to Maryland.

Location! Location! This house sits around everything. It is close to the train station which easily for you to take day trip to and back Washington DC and New York. The bus stop is in the corner of the street. It is very close to University UMBC, CCBC, John Hopkins and University of Maryland Baltimore. It is also close to Inner Harbor and many historical places. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Some of them can be traced back in 1800s. Several states parks around with very nice hiking routes. To the east, you can reach Ocean city for one of the most beautiful beaches; to the west you can view the pretty mountain-Hiking, walking...ect.
