Good- but not the place we stayed

Due to maintenance issues at this location we were temporarily moved to a different apartment (studio apt over a block). We were then moved to a 1 bedroom 1 bath just a block over. The final apt on W Lexington and Liberty was gorgeous and met all our amenities and more. Property Manager, Derek, was very attentive and did everything he could to make our vacation enjoyable. We were communicated check in information about 3 hours before check in was possible. Derek responded to all our questions the day of, and throughout the weekend, promptly. Derek was flexible to our check in time which made our travel in much easier.

Booked and Paid for property, was cancelled omw from airport to property

I booked this property for a stay in Baltimore and paid at the time of booking. I received a confirmation email confirming my stay, but no access details. On my way from the airport to the property I reached out to the host to gain access information. He informed me it "should have been cancelled due to a maintenance issue with the building". I reached out to VRBO, who tried to reach the host and could not. VRBO ended up refunding me. However, I had to book a hotel last minute in the same area. Things happen, but the whole experience was annoying and unpleasant. Idk if the error was on vrbo or the host's end, but it seems like it could have been easily prevented.

Host extremely rude and unprofessional. DO NOT BOOK!

I booked this unit for 3 adults, 1 small child. The pictures showed 2 beds, 2 rooms. I was contacted by Lorraine for check in instructions. We were driving from out of town and arrived around 11pm. We were greeted by Derrick. I wanted to put my baby to sleep right away, but I noticed that the unit was much smaller than the pictures and there was only 1 bed. At this point, it was so late, we were ready to accept 1 adult sleeping on the couch, however, I just wanted to confirm that there wasn’t a mix up. Derrick confirmed it wasn’t the same unit and advised us to contact the host. I messaged Lorraine and asked “Hey Lorraine, the unit looks different than the unit in the pictures of my booking. Just wondering if there was possibly a mix up?”. Her response was “nothing was charged, feel free to leave”. The response was surprising so we decided to contact the host, Gonzalo, directly. I called him at the number he had provided through the app. He answered but started yelling at me “why are you disturbing me? I’m at dinner with my family. If you aren’t happy, just leave.” I tried to tell him we were fine to stay in the unit but he wouldn’t let me get a word in and said “No I don’t want to deal with complainers, leave right now” and hung up. Derrick tried asking him twice to let us stay as we had a small child and it was now past midnight but he said no. VRBO tried to talk to him too. We then had to find a hotel in the middle of the night with a small child, which was a struggle.
