This quiet, quaint, private room consisting of a queen bedroom with private en suite bath, sliders to deck, and shared common office space is perfect for someone looking for a quick getaway or a longer stay, using this space as your home away from home while attending a family reunion, wedding or exploring the White Mountains and the beautiful Mt. Washington Valley.

The space
Ripple on Silver Lake is a beautifully updated circa 1903 home formerly run as a lakeside bed and breakfast. The current owner has converted the main house into affordable living for traveling health professionals. She lives onsite in the innkeeper's apartment of this wonderful property and is happy for you to enjoy the property or to help you plan your mountain adventure.

The space offered here is a queen private room with en suite bath and private entrance. The room comes equipped with a small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, bureau and rocking chair.

Slider from your room leads to a large private deck complete with a bistro table, chairs, gas grill and stairs to the beautiful brookside yard, all with stunning sunset views, occasional wildlife sitings and a brook side hammock.

Common spaces include shared office space and outdoor front and side porches and yard spaces.

During your stay
You are free to enjoy your stay without interruption and on your own plan. Or Trisha is happy to help you with recommendations and orientation to the area.

Additional Notes: This accommodation is a private room with ensuite bath with private outdoor entry within a larger home. Accommodation does not include entry to main house. This space does not accommodate pets.

Excellent stay, nice quiet location.

Property is quite cozy with great views thanks to the private deck attached to the room. Trisha is amazing and very attentive during our stay and provided great knowledge to the local area. Thank you again as our stay was wonderful and look forward to future stays!

beautiful place with an excellent host

We had a lovely stay at Trisha's place. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous, and Trisha is a wonderful host. She greeted us like family and had some excellent recommendations for food in the area. The place was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable.

Great stay with a great host!

Trisha is an amazing host and she made sure our check in and check out process were as simple as possible. She greeted us at the front door during check in and helped make both my partner and I comfortable. Moreover, the house is next to a beautiful lake and a short drive from Conway and the scenic highway (the name of which escapes me).

Silver Lake Accomodation

Great location, wonderfully quiet, very clean, very attentive host. Two of us stayed for five days, which was a little too long for such a small space. One or two nights would have been great. But we were happy to find this space on short notice and Tricia was quite lovely, and she let us use her grill so we didn't have to eat out too much!

Perfect stay for our weekend!

My boyfriend and I came up to the area for a weekend wedding and had trouble finding a place to stay until we stumbled upon this property. It was everything we needed, a good price, and did not require a two night stay minimum. The host was very accommodating and helpful to us even allowing us to check in early to get ready for the wedding. We were very happy with our stay everything we could have needed was there. The property is beautiful and after a great nights sleep there we enjoyed a morning walk down to the river with our coffee. I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely consider staying again!

The only negative was a bit small inside. But everything otherwise was fantastic. It included a lovely private deck with a great view. It was immaculately clean. The property manager was very helpful making suggestions.

Great little room

This was perfect for us. Wonderful deck and small office space was really nice. I was able to use my laptop while my wife slept undisturbed. Morning coffee machine was key to getting my day started. Bed was comfortable, but a twin, wish it was a queen. Host was great, Easy to contact, left us clean towels, we stayed 4 nights. Was very quiet and restful.

Nice room, great view, quiet and clean

This was a nice clean property and the host was very friendly. The only thing I would note is that the shower is pretty small so if you’re a larger person it’s probably not for you.

Great place in Madison!

My fiancé and I stayed 1 night at Trisha's home in Madison, NH. We had a great time. The room was exactly as described online. Trisha greeted us, and showed us our room and around the property. She graciously allowed us to check in early, as we had a wedding to get to that evening, and even let us stay later the following day. We highly recommend staying at Trisha's home!

One of the best stay experiences EVER!

This place was soooo amazing, including the beautiful and quiet location, amenities (1000% Instagram-worthy deck and views attached to the room!), and comfort level (bed is like a cloud)! The room was also extremely clean and sanitized, especially important during the pandemic. It has its own entrance and bathroom. Even better than all of that was Trisha, the host! She was extremely welcoming, very knowledgeable of the area, and passionate about what she does. She went above and beyond with us as well because she drove us to The Preserve multiple times (including at pickup at midnight!), where we attended a wedding and other related activities. She also offered late checkout in case we needed it and an extra day when we told her our flight was cancelled due to weather. It was a great place to stay and I would 100% recommend it without a doubt. Will definitely stay here if we are ever in the area! Trisha, thank you for such a memorable and wonderful stay!

Friendly, clean, beautiful, peaceful

It was a perfect spot for some R&R. The private deck provides outdoor space that when combined with the room is plenty of space for a home base when visiting from out of town. Trish was friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Trisha often visited the Mount Washington Valley with her family as a teenager and always felt drawn back as an adult. She moved to the Conway area full time over 20 years ago. When she first drove by the property many years ago she felt drawn to it in a deep down sort of way. Years later, when she was looking for a new place to live, a work colleague invited her to consider renting the owner's apartment in an old B & B that was formerly the Silver Lake Inn. That space turned out to be located in what is now Ripple on Silver Lake. Several years later, after some wild synchronicities, a deep knowing that she was supposed to own it, a bit of creative finance magic and against all conventional odds, Trisha bought the property. Several months later, when sorting through old family pictures after her Mom passed, Trisha found an old picture of her grandmother, taken in 1924, on one of the beaches on Silver Lake across from the house. Mom used to always talk about their yearly vacation on that lake but could never recall where that lake was. It's no wonder Trisha always felt connected to the area.
