This is a corner lot home and is about 1,356 square feet. Home comes with FULLY STOCKED and includes a coffee bar (Keurig K-cups + drip) as well as extra wood outside for the outdoor fire pit.

**NO HOUSE CHORES BEFORE YOU LEAVE** We believe you are on vacation or are away from home and should not have to worry about chores. All we ask is that you enjoy your time with us.

Accommodations good…amenities leave a bit to be desired…

The hosts are great at responding and communicating. The house is in great shape and was perfectly appointed with extra towels and plenty of room for everyone. Where this VRBO fell short was the amenities. We chose this house because we didn’t want to go anywhere and wanted to enjoy the hot tub, the games, and just hanging out with family. The hot tub was ice cold and took the entire time we were there to get warm, Half of the chairs around the fire pit were broken and unusable, the backyard was full of leaves, and the basketball game had flat balls and had no batteries. There was also no hand soap to wash your hands with at any of the sinks, so that’s something we didn’t expect. Overall it was a good stay and it’s a lovely house but if you’re counting on using the amenities I would make sure they are in working condition before you select this VRBO.

We travel quite often.. This home was by far one of our most favorites!! The home was spotless.. The mattress was excellent. The house was well equipped!! Will definitely come back!

Perfect

We stayed here with 5 adults from age 25-54 and one 2 year old. This house has something for everyone. The game room was a hit. There was something for everyone and the backyard was so cute with the string lights and fire pit. Communication with Laura was very quick. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was out of town the whole time but was available somewhat I left property there and had a few issues with hot tub but was able to troubleshoot it and she offered a discount to stay again we would stay again definitely it was amazing and very clean and quaint!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The host was very quick to respond to questions. There were a few items missing from the house and, when asked about it, was there within a few hours to drop off the items.

Great stay

The house was very clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Theres a bbq in back that i cooked alot of food on. We were there for an event at the Frisco Conference center and the house is only about 15 minutes away.... perfect location. Costco iand Sprouts market are about 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again. If you drink coffee don't forget to bring some K-Cups. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Great place!

We traveled for a tournament at the Comerica Center. This location was a short distance from there. We enjoyed the games in our down time and relaxing watching tv. We slept great. Beds were comfortable, a/c was cool. Great set up for families it was too hot to be outside too long, but the outdoor space would be great in the fall. 🙂 We were excited to see wild rabbits hanging out in the back yard and front yards of neighbors. We enjoyed breakfast at the Eggsquisite Cafe a few minutes up the road and will definitely eat there again when we’re back in Frisco.

Great house and convenient location

The house is well maintained and very comfortable. Cute backyard. Really fun game room set up in the garage (good to use when the outdoor temperature is comfortable). Nice corner lot with a good sized driveway for parking. Check-in/check-out was very easy and communication with the host was great.

Home away from home

My daughters and I needed a one week short term stay while our Frisco home was being remodeled. Because we had our dog we thought this was a better more comfortable option than a hotel and it was the BEST decision. This home is perfectly located, central to anywhere you'd want to go in Frisco. The neighborhood is smaller, older and well kept; quiet which we loved. This was the most well appointed VRBO I have stayed in. She thought of everything! Not only is it well decorated with nice solid furniture and linens, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped and stocked. There were extra trash bags, cleaning supplies, even batteries for the remotes, Qtips, cotton balls, Kleenex, washcloths and towels. It was so CLEAN and everything was organized and in a space where it was easily found...no hunting around for extra TP or the TV remotes. Underrated is the precious outdoor living space with string lights and a fire pit...such a wonderful touch! The yard is quaint but plenty of space for our dog to run around. The garage has been converted into a game space with a ping pong table, work out bench & weights, dart board, putting area and painted mural walls for pics which my teenaged girls loved! We each had our own rooms and the beds were so comfortable, linens soft and plenty of pillows. Again, it is quiet and tucked away so we all slept so well. We could not have been happier and I literally have no critiques or negative things to say! It was perfect.

Would be great for 2 adults and kids; Not great for more than 3 adults

We never received a code to get into the property. We ended up waiting almost an hour in the pouring rain after contacting both the owner and the vrbo helpdesk. The helpdesk finally got us a code- we were never contacted by the owner to see if we got in. Once you get the code it only opens a lockbox, which then has a key to get in the house. Very annoying to have to keep track of a key and do 2 locks. Pros: The house is clean and the kitchen is well equipped and the master bedroom is fine. There are also several game areas and a workout area set up in the garage. Cons: This house is NOT equipped to handle more than 3 adults. There are only 3 towels TOTAL in each bathroom. 1 washcloth! 1 hand towel If you have more than 3 adults, there is nowhere to sit in the living room (Only 3 adults can fit on the couch sitting right next to each other). The 3rd bedroom is SPARTAN - literally only a bed and an unusable tv and 2 high decorative shelves. No dresser, no side table, no lamp - nothing. None of the remotes in the house worked the tv in the 3rd bedroom. Also multiple outlets are loose from the walls. There are also no instructions anywhere about how to work the multiple remotes to control the tvs. The 2nd bathroom has no bathmat only 3 towels and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. I can see where a family with 2 adults and 2-3 children would do fine here. Would not recommend if you have 3 or more adults if you plan on spending any amount of time at the house.
