Antonio and Joleen provided a great stay! The home has been newly remodeled. Still needs a couple of items finished, but overall very clean and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive regarding any issues that came up. Appreciated their response time and proactiveness.

The house was clean and very cute. Decorated tastefully. Beds comfortable. Pool very clean. Kitchen could use essentials like foil and seal storage bags. Nothing you can do about overall neighborhood. But run down for a Virbo location. Grill filthy. Trash in back alley over flowing. Back yard around the pool could use some ambiance. Very blah pool area. Likleyhood of booking again low.

The Lagoon at The Colony

A great house in a great location! We took our teenager daughters and a few friends to celebrate birthdays in Dallas and this was the perfect place to stay with 6 teenagers. They loved the big TV and comfy couches for watching movies after a hot day at Six Flags and the pool was the perfect place to cool off from the 110+ temps. There were plenty of beds too. We could have used a few extra towels or laundry detergent to wash towels with and there were no extra trash bags but nothing a couple of runs to the store couldn’t fix. We just had a few issues with outlets not working in the master bathroom and the hot water not working in the kitchen sink but we made it work. We would stay there again.

We never got the code for the rental. Owner would not respond and when he did he said we were not due till the next day. Which was wrong. Had to contact VRBO and they had to contact owner. House was not cleaned from previous renter. Manager came at 7pm and cleaned till after nine. So we were supposed to be allowed in at 4 and didn’t get in until after 9. Owner was rude and didn’t offer any compensation for the long delay or saying we were not supposed to be there.The manager tried her best but the rest of the check in and first day was poor.

As Advertised. Great for a family of 6.

Overall, our stay was great. We had 4 adults in our party. The house has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Plus, there is a full size washer and dryer for longer stays. There are 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Very clean look throughout the house. There is a full sized pool table in the garage and a swimming pool in the back yard. Unfortunately, a cool front came in so we were unable to use the swimming pool. The WiFi worked fine and was easy yo attach to. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood. We will rent again if available for our next trip to The Colony area. Mike San Antonio, TX

My family and I stayed for a weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. We arrived Friday evening and relaxed in the pool. Saturday, we woke up early and went to six flags and after a long day in the sun we went back to the house for some more fun in the pool!
