Beautifully furnished throughout, this private four bedroom townhome includes a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy everything you need to cook a full meal!

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Upstairs primary bedroom includes a king size bed and downstairs second primary bedroom has a comfy queen bed, both with private ensuite bathrooms.

Living room features large sectional sofa, Smart HDTV with Firestick and Prime, electric fireplace, two-person work desk with wired internet, dining table for up to eight guests and large kitchen island with additional seating. Grad weekend was awesome

This was an excellent place to gather our family for graduation weekend. Exceptionally clean and roomy. Quiet area with easy access to campus and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great as posted. The communication with Kate was perfect always even though we never needed anything she was always attentive to any request. The house was clean and perfect for us. Location was great.

My family and I loved our stay and have added it to our family memories. Just a few items to mention; spiderwebs in shower windows and linens not very clean. Other than that, was a nice space for a holiday trip!

This was a great property. They had all the amenities we needed and more. We flew in fit Phoenix. There were 4 bedrooms. There was one bedroom on the first level so you could have your privacy. There was even a grill in the garage that you could use if needed. It was a central location so every day we could go out to different sights and then come back and relax for the evening. I would highly recommend this townhouse.

responsive host-great place to stay!

We enjoyed staying at this property! We have stayed at VRBO properties for most of our vacations because of the need for a kitchen. Three members of our family have food allergies which means we need to prepare most of our food. This property was well stocked in the kitchen and overall had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, the refrigerator (though relatively new) broke down when we were there. Kate went above and beyond in communicating with us, addressing the issue, getting the refrigerator fixed, and even purchasing a mini-fridge to help out until our refrigerator was fixed. She also offered to pay for the food we lost. I was very impressed with Kate as a host. We were blessed to have had such a responsive host and a wonderful property to stay at during our time in Arizona.

Disappointing Stay

Our stay was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were greeted with closed window shades and some closed bedroom doors, which set an unwelcoming tone. The carpets and rugs were so stained and felt dirty. Carpet tack strips were exposed in some areas, leading to someone in our party cutting themselves on a tack while walking up the stairs. The bunk room main light didn’t work and some of the kitchen lights didn’t work which was frustrating and made it very dark in those areas. Upon arrival we were also greeted with a horrible smell throughout the house that was nauseating. We opened every window and left the house right after our arrival to try to air out the smell. Other issues included discovering urine stains on the hall bath shower curtain, finding garbage under beds, finding a used vape, and finding dirty clothes in a bathroom drawer-making the place feel gross and making you wonder if it was even cleaned before our arrival. We basically used the place to sleep and didn’t want to spend any extra time there. Overall the rental was a major letdown.

Nice place

We enjoyed the place, the property manager was very helpful and very friendly, the place has everything you need, the only thing I don't like is the garage is small and we struggled to accommodate the two cars we had, the stairs are a little long and without breaks, but in general it is a good place to arrive, we leave it as clean as possible even and when cleaning is paid for, the place invites you to leave it as you saw it when you arrived.

We had a great time in the flagstaff area and this house was a perfect home base. We come to Flaggstaff often and this house has a Great set-up. Kitchenware was great, plenty of towels. TV worked perfectly and access is super easy. Owners were super helpful and responsive and very accommodating. We’ll be back very soon we hope!!

Had a lovely stay! The home is centrally located to lots of great areas with hiking and nature trails nearby, and grocery and convenience stores too. The home is new clean and has lots of attention to detail in decor and amenities provided.

Beautiful condo! Just a short drive to downtown fun! Garage parking was nice to have.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable condo. 5 minute drive to downtown and some trails. Sedona about an hour away, Grand Canyon was 1 1/2 hours. Garage parking was nice to have. It is three levels, but that was expected from the information provided so no problem. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place in a Great town, lots to do

Great beds, mattresses very comfortable. Big kitchen that was well stocked. Easy location to find. It is on a busy road so if road noise bothers you it could be a consideration.

Amazing Flagstaff Getaway

The house was immaculate and had all of the necessities to cook, clean and do laundry for the duration of our stay. The rooms were beautiful and stocked with extra linens and toiletries. This property really had great attention to detail and made our stay wonderful with tons of family board games and snacks upon arrival. The living area had a great setup and large dining table for everyone to gather around. The parking at the complex was a little hard to find, but the 2 car garage was spacious and had room for all the snow gear and a large truck.

We love the location of our home. Within a few minutes you can be downtown enjoying a great meal, doing a little window shopping, listening to live music, or cruising around the beautiful NAU campus. We are located within 30 minutes of the AZ Snow Bowl and beautiful red rocks of Sedona!

We have stayed in many short term rentals and find that many of the essentials are missing. We have made sure that our home is equipped with all of the essentials, plus other nice to have amenities!
