Was a beautiful setting the pine trees were large and beautiful to see. A big squirrel was playing running up and down the trees. A blue jay also was playing in the trees and woke us one morning knocking outside our window. The house had more steps than I realized so I didn’t get to to into the backyard but set on the back porch and watched everyone. I love the house a little shabby in places but warm and welcoming with a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. I will probably go back, just wish it was more senior with heart problems friendly. But young people it’s perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with me and my family.

This property looked nice online, communication was absolutely horrible while leading to booking and still trying to receive my refund (cleaning fee) 10 days after the fact.Not only was the property unkempt there were bugs all downstairs that were festering, and the bedrooms were unable to be used. Literally thousands of bugs.I sent an email to the owners and nothing in response. There were sheets of drywall left everywhere. The house looks as if it was maybe just purchased and put up for a VRBO without all of the repairs done.I would book elsewhere.

I'm so sorry you didn't enjoy the house :( The house has been inspected thoroughly and there are no bugs or drywall scraps, so the issues you reported have been resolved. We did have quite a bit of communication back and forth before and during your stay, and your security deposit was refunded a few days after your departure, so I'm at a bit of a loss when you mentioned those things. I hope you'll try us again in the future, as it's a wonderful house!

Everything was perfect! The hot tub was preheated, the house was very clean, and plenty of space for all of us. The host was very quick in communicating with us and accommodating with a change in the amount of people in our group. I would definitely stay here again.

I find it very confusing to monitor all of the communication between the VRBO app, e-mail and then another app that contained the check-in and out rules. The app that contained the rules was a .pdf that just wasn’t working properly and was frustrating. We did our best to leave things clean, but weren’t certain what the requirement were.I was excited about the back yard fire table, grill and hot tub, but they were not clean so we didn’t use them at all. Loved the back deck and front porch though, and spent a good deal of time on each. Loved Kachina Village, and its proximity to everything while still enjoying the quiet in the pines.The bathroom on the main floor really needs updating.The house worked great for having separate spaces for each of us, while allowing us to all gather together again.

We had a really nice family stay at this cabin. It’s beautiful, spacious, and in a great mountain setting, and we especially appreciated being able to bring our dogs. We made some wonderful family memories here and overall enjoyed our time.That said, there are a few things that could use some attention. The cabin is starting to show some wear and could benefit from a few simple updates, new throw pillows and replacing the older, somewhat grungy kitchen rug would make a big difference. There were also a few items throughout the cabin with visible wear and tears. The water pressure in the upstairs master bedroom was very poor, dish towels were pretty sparse, and the coffee pot took quite a while to brew and seems like it may be nearing the end of its life. The propane tank was also empty when we arrived, so we had to have it filled ourselves, although the owners are reimbursing us for that.Overall, I would recommend this cabin for families looking for a spacious, comfortable, dog-friendly place in the mountains with the basic essentials. If you’re looking for a more updated or higher-end experience with lots of little amenities and finishing touches, this may not be the best fit. But for a relaxed mountain getaway where you’re not looking for anything too fancy, it’s a nice option and we enjoyed our stay.

We just stayed here 1 night, but it was quiet and relaxing. The property isn't quite as secluded as the pictures make it seem, but it's quiet an well-appointed. Recommend booking with confidence.

This was the best place for a getaway for the month of July from the Phoenix heat! It's clean, spacious, great backyard if bringing a dog and not too far from shopping, lakes and restaurants in Flagstaff. Also, very friendly neighborhood. We would highly recommend this one!

We had great communication as we approached our stay. We were very confident the check-in process would be easy and it was. The only issue was the weather and the host suddenly changed the thermostat setting from cool to heat for us since the temperature got down to 58 overnight.It’s a beautiful home in the woods at about 6800 foot elevation. There is plenty of room for up to five cars in the parking area. The kitchen is well done and easy to use. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get to use the outside deck or hot tub. But I’m sure you’ll enjoy that if you come here.The master bedroom is wonderful. The bed is extremely comfortable, lots of room, and the bathroom looks like a magazine ad.The beds were comfortable all around. It rained all weekend and it was very humid. Due to this the basement bedroom was a little musty. But that was our only complaint for the weekend.All of our guests had a great weekend and we will look for this property the next time we’re coming through Flagstaff.

Great house/cabin in quiet neighborhood

We had a short stay but it was spectacular. Great place for family stay after visiting the Grand Canyon. All amenities were as expected but maybe bring a couple extra blankets if your warm blooded :-), plenty of room but cozy and nice areas to hang out together. Nice updated bathrooms and great kitchen, would definitely stay again

Beautiful space and location

Great location tucked away in the woods but super close to the highway leading to stores, canyons and Sedona. Clean and stocked, very large space great for big groups. Everything you need to enjoy a quiet time away from everything else.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house met our needs as a place to stay while we explored Sedona each day. It would have been nice to have control over the air conditioning, as the main floor tended to get warm during the day. The hot tub wasn’t clean when we arrived, but management responded quickly and sent someone out the next morning to take care of it. Overall, the house felt clean and was a decent place to stay, though it wasn’t one of our favorites.
