The Sagewood community enjoys a prime location close to the heart of downtown Palm Springs, with Palm Canyon Drive - and its renowned restaurants, boutiques, antique shops, casinos, and nightlife - only one mile west. Hit the links at one of the 100-plus golf courses that await in the surrounding area, go hiking in Tahquitz or Indian Canyons, and take in an incredible view as you ride the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, six miles west.

This vacation rental requires a utility deposit of $500 for 28 nights, with $125 added for each additional week.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
