Beautiful mountain vacation home!

Our whole family loved staying at this beautiful mountain home when we came to Highlands for a family wedding. Our hosts were extremely courteous and helpful in fixing a problem. It was the perfect place for us!

We had some horrible wind while we were there. The lights lighting the walkway were broken off and the chairs around fire pit blew down the hill. We were there for my son's wedding and had such a busy weekend with planned events that we were unable to retreive the chairs. Just wanted to let you know. Your home was gorgeous. The power went out a couple of times and the generator kicked on immediately. We wish we could have had more time to really enjoy it but were there mostly only to sleep. Thanks for sharing your home.

Nice and affordable Highlands home

We had a great quick stay and the home. The location is just a minute from downtown and convenient to all the Highland activities. The house was exactly as shown on vrbo and very comfortable. We had some trouble with the key on check in and the owners were very responsive and we worked it out quickly.

Amazing & Beautiful Home the Highlands

Gorgeous home and views located just a mile and a half from downtown Highlands. As a large group visiting from all over for a wedding, this place was wonderful. Laura was easy to get in touch with if I had any questions or concerns. Book this house for any special occasion!

Great House

We loved the house. It is conveniently located to main street in Highlands. The house is clean, well stocked, and spacious. Having bedrooms and a bathroom on all three levels gave everyone privacy. We especially loved the deck which afforded a lovely view. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again should I get another opportunity to visit Highlands.

Weekend getaway

The location of the property is great for doing things in Highlands and Cashiers and doing some hiking. We only had three couples in the five bedroom house and it worked perfectly for the dining room, kitchen, and living areas. It might possibly have been tight with 4 more adults. We did enjoy our stay.

Fantastic location for a family getaway

We were in Highlands for our son's wedding and this house was perfect! We had 7 adults altogether and there was plenty of room for sleeping, gathering, and getting ready for the various wedding events. We had one hiccup when the upstairs shower leaked into the dining room, but the owner had it repaired quickly. The view was fantastic!

Roomy cabin

We had 3 families staying for a Highlands destination wedding and the cabin had plenty of rooms for all of us. The view from the back deck was amazing and we were conveniently located near the town.

Perfect Getaway in Highlands

We really enjoyed our stay in Highlands - this house was the perfect location not far from town, but still felt secluded (and with a beautiful view!) and close by to several hikes/waterfalls. The house provides a lot of space - with two living spaces, kitchen, dining room, and several bedrooms. The owner was also very response and helpful. Overall would stay here again!

Location & views!

We had Such a great time. You’re so close to Main Street, but still have a fantastic view of the mountains. Accommodations are great. All nine of us adults had plenty of room, and enjoyed having three bathrooms. The mattresses were not the most comfortable, but everything else was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked, the place was spotless, and we needed for nothing. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again! I only wish that we had more time!

Highlands Home with a View

Stayed here for a week with my family of four, my mom and my in-laws. The house is located just a few minutes from downtown Highlands which was very convenient for dinners. Having multiple master bedrooms was great for the larger family and the game room was a hit with my 6 and 8-year old. Unbelievable views of the mountains and nighttime sunsets. Laura, the owner, was very responsive and communicated well during our stay. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Wonderful family getaway in Highlands

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful mountain home in the Highlands. It is a super comfortable home with gorgeous Mountain views, modern amenities, fun family room for the teens and beautiful fireplace. It is only minutes to downtown Highlands and is a great space for any family. The owners were gracious and checked in to see if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this property.
