Great Place!

Excellent place! Loved the fire pit and fireplace. There was plenty of firewood. The living room was nice, kitchen was roomy and the beds were comfortable. It was very convenient to downtown which had a lot of great restaurants, bars and shops. A very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Very clean. The host was great with any questions or requests that we had. The host is very accommodating with pets. We had our 3 year old lab with us. Plenty of parking for 4 cars if you need it. The fire pit is so fun and they provide plenty of firewood. We sat by the firepit every night and did s'mores.

Inside house was clean but the exterior spaces we were excited to relax in were extremely dirty. Dusty, cob webs and a nest on the front porch. Grill area was not desirable either. Has more of a cabin vibe than luxury. Furniture was nice and comfortable. Not a lot of decent pans for cooking.

Cute home

We were in Highlands for a wedding. The house suited our needs perfectly. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and sitting areas. It was well stocked with all the essentials. We noticed two small things which the property manager responded to very quickly. Communication was clear,concise and welcoming. It is well situated to town and an easy drive to beautiful hikes and waterfalls. Definitely would stay again if we have the opportunity to return to Highlands. Absolutely stunning area!

We visited Highlands to attend a wedding. The property was just as described. We had a large group and it was nice to have plenty of places to sit in multiple areas of the house. The fence was also nice for our pup.

Nice house in Highlands

3 adults staying in Highlands two nights for a wedding. Beautiful house and property. Plenty of space. Everything was great. Spacious Bedrooms and bathrooms, etc. Towels etc all provided. WiFi worked great. Extra room and table was perfect for cards.

Cozy Mountain Home in Highlands

Well prior to our stay in Highlands, we received an email from the owner giving all the pertinent instructions and details about this charming vacation home. The house was attractively decorated (with Christmas decor still up) and well furnished. The gas fireplace was a particularly nice feature, as the weather was cold and rainy during our stay. All appliances worked well, as did the TV's and internet service.Had the weather been better, we would certainly have enjoyed the well furnished porches, deck, and fire pit (they all certainly looked inviting). The driveway was easy to negotiate and there was ample parking for 4 vehicles. Also the double doors off the den made for easy unloading and loading on arrival and departure.

Hallmark Christmas

My family and I stayed at this cozy cottage over Christmas. We were delighted with the cleanliness and location of the property. Grateful the owners had put up a Christmas tree to celebrate the holiday. Christmas Eve in town was perfect as we enjoyed a church service and dinner at a local restaurant. We highly recommend the cottage and location of home.in the Highland area.

Very Comfortable Stay in Highlands

This home was very comfortable for our group and conveniently situated to town. We enjoyed our stay! Compared to other properties we have booked in Highlands, it needs a little more attention to maintenance to be rated a “Luxury “ property.

Comfortable Stay at this Lovely Cottage

Everything we needed for our stay in this wonderful cottage. We loved the fire pit and fenced in area for our dogs! Great neighborhood for walking and close to town. Owner was quick to respond.
